Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garbage treatment, in particular to an organic garbage deodorant prepared by wormcast and compound microorganisms.
Background
Wormcast is a granular substance with higher porosity produced by the digestion and decomposition of organic wastes by earthworms, is rich in a large amount of microorganisms, and has the functions of adsorbing and purifying odor substances. In recent years, the use of earthworms to treat waste in japan, the united states, canada and other countries has been leading to the world in terms of solving environmental pollution as a municipal waste treatment and supplement system. However, wormcast itself has a certain smell and is not absorbed completely.
The deodorization by microorganisms is clearly the most environment-friendly, which is to decompose and eliminate odor sources by biological oxidation, has a wide deodorization range, and inhibits the number of anaerobic bacteria or other harmful bacteria by biological bacterial balance so that the odor cannot be generated.
The combination of the processes of wormcast, microorganism and the like provides an effective way for deodorizing garbage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the organic garbage deodorant prepared by utilizing the wormcast and the compound microorganism, which has simple preparation process, good deodorizing effect and good application prospect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, in a first aspect, the invention provides an organic garbage deodorant prepared by wormcast and compound microorganisms, which is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A consists of the following components in parts by weight:
80-90 parts of wormcast
1 to 5 portions of sulfur bacteria
1-5 parts of thiobacillus denitrificans;
the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Respectively carrying out activation culture on sulfur bacteria and thiobacillus denitrificans;
(2) Preparing wormcast into a fermentation medium with the mass concentration of 110-120 g/L;
(3) Inoculating the sulfur bacteria and the thiobacillus denitrificans which are well activated and cultured in the step (1) into the fermentation culture medium prepared in the step (2), wherein the culture time is 24-32 hours, the culture temperature is 25-28 ℃, and the component A is obtained after the inoculation is completed;
the component B consists of the following components in parts by mass:
100-120 parts of sawdust
1-3 parts of citric acid;
the citric acid is added, so that the acidity of the sawdust can be enhanced, the oxidizing property of the percarbonate amide can be enhanced, and the odor removal rate can be improved.
The preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) And (3) stirring and mixing all substances of the component B uniformly.
Preferably, the wormcast in the component A needs to be pretreated in a manner of exposing for 0.3-2 h. A small amount of worm eggs in the wormcast can be killed by insolation, so that the death and decay of young earthworms in the later use process are avoided, and additional odor is generated.
Preferably, the component B comprises 1 to 2 parts of percarbonate amide, the oxidation of which can oxidize H 2 S is oxidized to sulfurous acid and then oxidized to sulfuric acid, and H is removed 2 S at the same time can be with NH 3 Reacting to form salt and simultaneously removing NH 3 Enhancement of NH 3 The removal rate.
Preferably, the component B comprises 0.01 to 0.02 part of lavender essence, and the wormcast has certain odor although having certain deodorizing effect, and under certain scenes with higher requirements, the lavender essence is added to improve the olfactory experience.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for using the organic garbage deodorant prepared from wormcast and compound microorganisms, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing the component A and the organic garbage;
(2) Uniformly distributing the component B on the upper layer of the organic garbage mixed in the step (1).

Comparative example 1
The citric acid in the B component of example 2 was removed and the procedure of example 2 was followed.
Comparative example 2
The percarbonate amide of component B of example 2 was removed and the procedure of example 2 was followed.
Comparative example 3
The lavender essence in the B component of example 2 was removed, and the same procedure as in example 2 was followed.
Comparative example 4
The wormcast exposure pretreatment process in example 2 was removed, and the same as in example 2 was followed.
Comparative example 5
The deodorant A and B components of example 2 were uniformly mixed with sheep manure or chicken manure, and the other components were the same as in example 2.
Deodorization experiments were performed using the deodorizing agents prepared in the above examples and comparative examples, and the results are shown in table 1:
the specific deodorizing process is as follows: test bottles numbered 1 to 8 were respectively subjected to a blank (no deodorant was added to the blank bottles), examples 1 to 2, and deodorant prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5, respectively, and were subjected to an experiment by filling chicken manure for the first time and filling sheep manure for the second time. The specific process is as follows:
(1) 50g of chicken manure or sheep manure and 5g of deodorant A component are taken and uniformly mixed.
(2) Uniformly spraying 2g of component B in the deodorant on the mixed solid in the step (1).
(3) After the sample bottle was closed for 72 hours, the air in the sample bottle was taken for component measurement.
Deodorant was prepared for the above examples and comparative examples, and the deodorant effect is shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 deodorizing effect
Remark 1. Removal = (blank NH 3 Or H 2 S concentration-NH in each test flask 3 Or H 2 S concentration)/blank NH 3 Or H 2 S concentration is multiplied by 100%,
2.NH 3 the content is measured by GB/T14679, H 2 S content is measured by using GB/T11742 method
As can be seen from the above table, in comparative example 1, citric acid in the B component of example 2 was removed, and in the same manner as in example 2, NH was used for chicken manure and sheep manure 3 Removal rate and H 2 The S removal rate is reduced to a certain extent, which indicates an acidic environment and is more favorable for exerting the oxidability of the peroxy acid amide; comparative example 2 the carbonic acid amide of the B component of example 2 was removed, and NH was removed for chicken manure and sheep manure as in example 2 3 Removal rate and H 2 S removal rate is obviously reduced, which proves that the oxidation of carbonic acid amide has obvious effect, especially on H 2 S removal has a greater impact; in the comparative example 3, the effect of removal is not greatly affected, but for the removal place with higher deodorizing requirements, the lavender essence can mask the taste of the deodorant, so that better olfactory experience is brought; in comparative example 4, the deodorizing effect is somewhat reduced, because a small amount of eggs in the wormcast die when the wormcast is hatched in the later use process, and the wormcast is decayed to generate additional odor, so that the deodorizing rate is reduced; the data of comparative example 5 shows that the use method is different, so that after the A component and the B component are contacted and mixed, the percarbonic acid amide in the B component kills part of bacteria in the A component, and the deodorizing effect is seriously reduced.
