背景技术

如申请号为CN202110307550.8,且名称为“一种杂环共价有机聚合物的制备方法及其在铀酰离子吸附中的应用”的发明专利,发明人将2,4,6-三醛基间苯二酚和3,3’-二氨基二苯胺通过希夫碱反应制备2,4,6-三醛基间苯二酚-3,3’-二氨基二苯胺杂环共价有机聚合物。该杂环共价有机聚合物以咪唑官能团作为连接单元,且在咪唑官能团周围有大量的羟基官能团,因此可提高对铀酰离子的吸附容量,并对铀酰离子的吸附具有良好的选择性。
又如,申请号为CN202210643111.9,专利名称为“一种多孔聚合物铀吸附材料及其制备方法”的发明专利中,制备的吸附材料是同时具有表面磷酸基团和铁离子配体的多孔材料。其合成的具体步骤为:(1)超交联杯芳烃多孔聚合物的制备;(2)在浓磷酸中制备表面带有磷酸基团的多孔铀吸附材料;(3)在浓酸环境下与铁盐加热反应一定时间合成表面磷酸基团锚定铁离子的多孔高效铀吸附材料。该发明制备的吸附材料能够同时模拟在海水和废水中有效捕获铀离子,具有比表面积大、吸附容量高、选择性好等优点;且制备方法简单、成本低、效率高,有良好的市场前景。
吸附材料中碳材料由于其高孔隙率、绿色性、低成本以及良好的理化性质等特点而被认为在吸附领域具有巨大的潜力,但是原始碳材料的表面通常缺乏结合位点,因而吸附性能较差。
根据软-硬酸碱(HSAB)理论,含有软供体原子(如O、S、N等)的配体会优先与锕系和/或镧系元素发生配位键合作用,因此含有软供体原子对于吸附材料至关重要。这其中,具有高共价交联结构和本征-P=N-键的聚磷腈纳米颗粒已被证明是制备杂原子掺杂碳微/纳米材料的理想候选者。在氮气气氛中,聚磷腈在500-1000℃的温度范围内碳化,其含有的杂原子(N、P、S、O)会热解以形成多孔结构,因此聚磷腈衍生的碳微纳米材料通常具有多孔结构。在碳化过程中,聚磷腈衍生的碳微纳米颗粒的形貌可以很好地保存,并且孔隙结构和杂原子含量可以根据碳化条件进行微观调整。
现有技术中也有利用或引入聚膦腈作吸附剂的技术,如申请号为CN202210964277.0,且名称为“一种铀吸附水凝胶材料及其制备方法和应用”的发明专利,发明人将3,3'-二氨基联苯胺、六氯三聚磷腈、三乙胺溶解于二甲基亚砜中,得到溶液;将溶液在惰性气体氛围中以2-5℃/min升温至125℃,加热30-60min后形成凝胶;将凝胶降温至室温后进行洗涤及干燥,得到气凝胶;将气凝胶再放在水中以5-10℃/min加热至60℃,并恒温10-20min后进行干燥,得到铀吸附水凝胶材料,该铀吸附水凝胶材料在铀吸附过程中表现出极其优秀的吸附速率,以及较大的吸附容量和较好的选择性。另如本申请人及主要发明人之一刘妍申请的,CN201810577057.6《一种酰胺肟基核壳结构磁性聚膦腈纳米微球及其制备和作为铀吸附剂的应用》中,公开了一种酰胺肟基核壳结构磁性聚膦腈纳米微球及其制备和作为铀吸附剂的应用。在磁性铁纳米粒子表面包覆聚膦腈,再在聚膦腈上接枝聚丙烯氰,将聚丙烯氰羟肟化,即得酰胺肟基核壳结构磁性聚膦腈纳米微球并应用于水溶液体系中铀离子的富集与分离。发明CN201810309109.1《一种氨基化磁性聚膦腈吸附剂及制备和分离与富集铀的方法》中,发明人将纳米碳材料和聚膦腈材料通过超声技术形成吸附剂载物,再将吸附剂载物与磁性粒子相结合,通过改变反应条件控制备出不同结构和形貌的氨基化磁性聚膦腈吸附剂。该发明磁材料因其易于快速分离回收、比表面积大、活性高、周期短、准确性高、成本低、操作简便且不受自然温度影响等优点,弥补了传统吸附剂在吸附体系中吸附后无法进行快速固液分离、回收及重复利用的缺陷,使得在放射性废水中的铀处理过程中速度快、效率高。
基于以上背景,本发明拟采用超声聚合和高温碳化的方法制备杂原子掺杂的聚磷腈碳微球材料,并通过水热法将二硫化钼负载在碳微球上,制备出一种铀吸附碳微球复合材料并应用于废水中铀离子的富集与去除。
发明内容
本发明的实施方案公开了一种铀吸附碳微球复合材料,所述铀吸附碳微球复合材料为聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料,所述复合材料通过聚磷腈衍生碳材料与二硫化钼在水热条件下制备。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法;
本发明的目的之二在于提供采用所述铀吸附碳微球复合材料处理含铀废水的方法;
本发明目的之一是这样实现的:一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法:
a.取单宁酸TA在乙腈中超声至均匀分散,随后加入三乙胺,在5-10℃条件下超声水浴30min,超声参数为190W,40kHz;另取六氯环三磷腈HCCP和4,4’-二羟基二苯砜BPS于乙腈中超声至均匀分散;将后者加入至前述溶液中,相同条件下继续反应1h;
b.将制备的材料离心,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60℃真空干燥12h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到浅黄色粉末状物质(PZS-co-TA聚合物);
c.将PZS-co-TA聚合物在管式炉中煅烧2h。煅烧参数为氮气气氛,600℃。冷却至室温后,用研钵研磨至细微颗粒状,得到聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC;
d.取钼酸铵、硫脲和聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC于去离子水中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到反应混合液;将反应混合液移至聚四氟反应釜,加热至180℃后继续反应12h;
e.将制备的材料离心,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60℃真空干燥12h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2。
所述步骤a中单宁酸质量与三乙胺体积之比为0.12g:3mL;单宁酸、六氯环三磷腈和4,4’-二羟基二苯砜的质量比为单宁酸:六氯环三磷腈:4,4’-二羟基二苯砜=6:5:5。
所述步骤d中钼酸铵、硫脲和TAC碳微球的质量比为钼酸铵:硫脲:TAC=6:11:25。
本发明目的之二是这样实现的:
采用所述铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2处理含铀废水的方法,先调节待处理的含铀溶液的体积和吸附剂的质量比为30mL:0.0050g,调节pH值为2.0-7.0,吸附温度为15-55℃,吸附时间为5-120min,铀溶液浓度为20-200mg/L,振荡速度为150r/min。
进一步,所述pH值调节剂为1mol/L的HNO3溶液和1mol/L的NaOH溶液;优选地,pH值为5.5。
进一步,所述优选吸附时间为80min。
本发明同现有技术相比,具备以下特点:
(1)本发明制备聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料的方法简单、结构稳定、环境友好,提高了材料的制备效率,有利于规模化应用。
(2)本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料以二硫化钼沉积在碳微球表面,二硫化钼引入的大量S空位有利于与铀酰离子产生配位作用,因此提高了对铀酰离子的吸附性能。
(3)本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料,对铀酰离子具有优异的选择性。
(4)本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料实现了对水样中铀酰离子的快速高容量吸附,为功能吸附剂的制备提供了一种新的方案。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,所述方法如无特别说明均为常规方法,所述原材料如无特别说明均能从公开商业途径获得。基于本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提条件下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护的范围。
实施例1:一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法及性质表征:
溶液A:量取100mL的乙腈,在超声下加入0.1200g单宁酸至均匀分散,之后加入3.00mL的三乙胺,室温下反应1h。溶液B:量取100mL的乙腈,在超声下先后加入0.1000g的六氯环三磷腈和0.1000g的4,4’-二羟基二苯砜至完全溶解。溶液A反应结束后,将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,相同条件下继续反应1h。反应结束后,离心,移除上清液,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60℃真空干燥12h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到浅黄色粉末状物质(PZS-co-TA聚合物)。将PZS-co-TA在管式炉中于600℃煅烧2h。冷却至室温后,用研钵研磨至细微颗粒状,得到黑色固体粉末(聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC)。
进一步地,先后称取0.1236g钼酸铵和0.2284g的硫脲于50mL的去离子水中,搅拌至溶解完全。接着称取0.5000g的TAC碳微球于上述混合溶液中反应1h。均匀分散后,将溶液加入100mL聚四氟反应釜中,加热至180℃后继续反应12h。反应结束后冷却至室温,将灰黑色产物离心,移除上清液,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60℃真空干燥12h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到黑色固体粉末(铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2)。

图3是铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2和TAC/MoS2-U的红外光谱图;1622cm-1、1506cm-1、1394cm-1、1060cm-1和940cm-1处的特征吸收峰分别属于C=C、C-N、S-O、Ar-O-P和P-N键。另外,894cm-1和599cm-1分别是S-S和Mo-S键的特征吸收带。TAC/MoS2-U的红外光谱图中,963cm-1处出现的新特征峰与[O=U=O]2+的不对称拉伸振动相关,表明铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2成功吸附了铀酰离子。
使用SEM对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2的微表面形态和元素分布进行表征。由图4可见,不同尺寸的MoS2纳米颗粒在花球表面有明显的分散或点缀,这从侧面证实了MoS2在聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料TAC表面生长。
红外表征和扫描电镜的结果表明,本发明成功制备了铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2。
实施例2:实验条件的优化
溶液的pH值是控制吸附剂表面电荷和吸附物(铀酰离子)形态的关键因素,显著影响吸附剂在吸附过程中的性能,因此在pH值为2.0至7.0的范围内进行批量实验,研究了其对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2吸附量的影响(图5)。用1mol/L的HNO3或NaOH溶液调节溶液的pH值在2.0-7.0范围内变化,将5mg铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2加入到30mL浓度为100mg/L的铀溶液中,使用恒温震荡器震荡1h,用滤纸过滤,采用紫外分光光度计测量滤液中剩余的铀酰离子含量,计算铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附容量。当pH从2.0增加至5.5,铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附量逐渐增加到最大值(409.2mg/g)。铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2在pH<5.5时对铀酰离子的亲和性较低,阻碍了吸附过程。此外,大量的H3O+也与铀酰离子竞争用于捕获空置的吸附位点。当pH接近5.5时,表面基团质子化程度的降低和多核氢氧化物(如(UO2)3(OH)5 +)的形成,使条件更有利于对铀酰离子的吸附。在pH>5.5时,由于静电排斥,丰富的阴离子,如UO2(CO3)2 2-,难以固定在铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2带负电荷的吸附位点上,导致吸附量降低。因此,选择5.5作为所研究吸附剂的最佳pH值。
实施例3:铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附与去除
研究了吸附时间和铀溶液初始浓度对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2吸附铀酰离子的影响。用1mol/L的HNO3或NaOH溶液将铀溶液的pH值调至5.5,称取5mg铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2加入到30mL浓度为100mg/L的铀溶液中,使用恒温震荡器震荡不同时间后取样,用滤纸过滤,采用紫外分光光度计测量滤液中剩余的铀酰离子含量,计算铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附容量,绘制铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附动力学曲线图。由图6可见,实验前80min中,铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2表现出明显的动力学曲线和快速的吸附行为,随后达到吸附平衡。且铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附动力学更加符合准二级动力学模型,因此吸附过程更加符合化学吸附。
用1mol/L的HNO3或NaOH溶液将铀溶液的pH值调至5.5,称取5mg铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2加入到30mL不同浓度(20-200mg/L)的铀溶液中,使用恒温震荡器震荡80min,用滤纸过滤,采用紫外分光光度计测量滤液中剩余的铀酰离子含量,计算铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附容量,绘制铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附等温线图。由图7可见,由于固液界面浓度梯度的驱动力较大,随着铀酰离子初始浓度的增加,铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2的吸附量随着铀溶液浓度的增大而增大,直至达到平衡状态。经非线性拟合发现,吸附过程更加符合Langmuir模型,表明铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附是单层吸附,且最大理论吸附容量为676.5mg/g。上述结果表明本发明制备铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附效率高,具有良好的应用前景。
实施例4:铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的选择性吸附
在实际的自然环境和工业废水中,可能有多种离子存在,对吸附性能形成干扰,因此需要对材料在不同金属离子存在下的亲和力进行测试。考察了其他共存金属离子对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2吸附铀酰离子的选择性的影响。在30mL含100mg/L的铀酰离子与等浓度干扰金属离子的混合溶液中,加入5mg铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2,恒温振荡80min,用滤纸过滤,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱测量滤液中剩余的铀酰离子含量,计算铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附容量,测试Co2+,Ni2+,Cr2+,Cu2+,La3+,Pb2+和Fe3+等金属离子对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2吸附铀酰离子的影响。图8中的结果表明,以上共存金属离子对铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2吸附铀酰离子的影响很小,在混合金属离子存在条件下,铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子同样具有良好的亲和力和选择性,具有相对良好的吸附性能。以上结果表明,本发明方法制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2对铀酰离子的吸附具有抗干扰能力强的优点,是一种高效铀酰离子吸附剂。
综上所述,本发明制备聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料的方法简单、结构稳定、环境友好,提高了材料的制备效率,有利于规模化应用;本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料以二硫化钼沉积在碳微球表面,二硫化钼引入的大量S空位有利于与铀酰离子产生配位作用,因此提高了对铀酰离子的吸附性能;本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料,对铀酰离子具有优异的选择性;本发明制备的铀吸附碳微球复合材料实现了对水样中铀酰离子的快速高容量吸附,为功能吸附剂的制备提供了一种新的方案。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 取单宁酸TA在乙腈中超声至均匀分散,随后加入三乙胺,在5-10 °C条件下超声水浴30 min,超声参数为190 W,40 kHz ;另取六氯环三磷腈HCCP和4,4’-二羟基二苯砜BPS于乙腈中超声至均匀分散;将后者加入至前述溶液中,相同条件下继续反应1 h;
b. 将制备的材料离心,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60 °C真空干燥12 h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到浅黄色粉末状物质(PZS-co-TA聚合物);
c.将PZS-co-TA聚合物在管式炉中煅烧2 h。煅烧参数为氮气气氛,600 °C。冷却至室温后,用研钵研磨至细微颗粒状,得到聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC;
d. 取钼酸铵、硫脲和聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC于去离子水中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到反应混合液;将反应混合液移至聚四氟反应釜,加热至180 °C后继续反应12 h;
e. 将制备的材料离心,用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤沉淀物三次,然后在60 °C真空干燥12 h,用研钵将材料仔细研磨至细微颗粒状,得到铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中,所述单宁酸、六氯环三磷腈和4,4’-二羟基二苯砜的质量比为单宁酸:六氯环三磷腈:4,4’-二羟基二苯砜=1.2:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d中,所述钼酸铵、硫脲和聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC的质量比为钼酸铵:硫脲:聚磷腈衍生碳微球材料TAC=6:11:25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,获得的聚磷腈衍生碳微球复合材料应用于吸附水溶液中的铀酰离子。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,采用所述铀吸附碳微球复合材料TAC/MoS2处理含铀废水的方法,先调节待处理的含铀废水的体积和吸附剂的质量比为30 mL: 0.0050 g,调节pH值为2.0-7.0,吸附温度为15-55 °C,吸附时间为5-120 min,振荡速度为150 r/min。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH值调节剂为1 mol/L的HNO3溶液和1 mol/L的NaOH溶液。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于铀吸附的聚磷腈衍生碳微球/MoS2复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH值调节为5.5,所述时间为80 min。
