技术领域
本发明属于医用消毒技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液及应用。
背景技术
根据国家对于软式内镜清洗消毒的规范,要求所有软式内镜每次使用后均应进行彻底清洗和高水平消毒或灭菌。规范同时指出软式内镜及重复使用的附件、诊疗用品分类处理应遵循的原则。进入人体无菌组织、器官、或接触破损皮肤、破损粘膜的软式内镜及附件应进行灭菌;与完整黏膜接触,而不进入人体无菌组织、器官,也不接触破损皮肤、破损黏膜的软式内镜及附属物品、器具,应进行高水平消毒。
目前用于内镜高水平消毒或灭菌的主要消毒剂为戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛或传统过氧乙酸等,这些消毒剂中有些难以达到灭菌水平,如邻苯二甲醛;有些消毒灭菌时间过长,如戊二醛;有些对内镜存在较大腐蚀或使用不方便,如传统过氧乙酸。目前现有的过氧乙酸消毒剂多采用过氧乙酸稀释后直接使用的方式进行软式内镜高水平消毒或灭菌,这种方式存在腐蚀性大,用户使用麻烦等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液及应用,本发明中的过氧乙酸消毒液能够有效减缓过氧乙酸腐蚀性,并且使用方便,无需活化等待或者额外纯化水,提高了医院使用方便性和工作效率。
本发明提供一种用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,包括组分A和组分B;
组分A包括0.1~35wt%的过氧化氢,0.3~20wt%的过氧乙酸、0.001~0.1wt%的稳定剂和余量的水;
组分B包括0.005~0.1wt%的缓蚀剂、0.001~0.1wt%的表面活性剂、4~10wt%的pH调节剂和余量的水;
所述缓蚀剂为2-[1-甲苯-4-磺酰基)-1H-[1,2,3]三唑-4-基]-丙醇,5-甲基-1H-苯并三唑,1-(4-碘苄基)-4-苯氧基甲基-1H-1,2,3-三氮唑,1-(4-基甲基吡啶)-1H-1,2,3-三氮唑-4-甲醇和1-对甲苯基-1H-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲醇中的一种或几种。

检测环境:温度:20℃,湿度:52%RH;

Claims (7)

1.一种用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,包括组分A和组分B;
组分A包括0.1~35wt%的过氧化氢,0.3~20wt%的过氧乙酸、0.001~0.1wt%的稳定剂和余量的水;
组分B包括0.005~0.1wt%的缓蚀剂、0.001~0.1wt%的表面活性剂、4~10wt%的pH调节剂和余量的水;
所述缓蚀剂为2-[1-甲苯-4-磺酰基)-1H-[1,2,3]三唑-4-基]-丙醇,5-甲基-1H-苯并三唑,1-(4-碘苄基)-4-苯氧基甲基-1H-1,2,3-三氮唑,1-(4-基甲基吡啶)-1H-1,2,3-三氮唑-4-甲醇和1-对甲苯基-1H-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲醇中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为羟基乙叉二磷酸和/或三聚磷酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为磷酸二氢钠和/或磷酸二氢钾。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液,其特征在于,组分A和组分B的混合液中,过氧乙酸的质量浓度为0.2~0.4%。
6.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的用于内镜消毒的过氧乙酸消毒液在内镜消毒中的应用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,使用时将组分A和组分B按比例混合后直接使用。
