s3, recording the total equipment amount of planned users and planned use of project construction through a client of a computer or a mobile phone, and generating a 3D model according to the construction progress planned to be completed weekly or monthly;
s4, comparing the construction progress which is finished according to the weekly or monthly plan with the actual production progress which is finished actually every week or month;
s5, according to the result of the comparative analysis, timely generating notices at the client to supervise and urge constructors.

4. The system for whole process tracking for project management of construction engineering according to claim 1, wherein the construction cost management module mainly comprises the following steps in the process of tracking and managing project cost:
s1, inputting the planned use cost of project construction through a client of a computer or a mobile phone;
s2, after completion of the single project node, uploading the counted completion resolution to a client in time by a site constructor in a mode of inputting through a mobile phone or a computer;
s3, the material departments can regularly shoot and count the stock materials and the on-site materials, and timely upload the shot and recorded data to the client.
