Abstract

Description
本发明一般涉及炉内燃烧器,尤其涉及一种用于燃烧器和空气通道的新的、有效的旋流叶片。
用在工业和民用锅炉上的燃烧器和过热空气(OFA)通道的一个主要部件是位于二次(或燃烧)空气区的旋流叶片。这些旋流叶片通过在二次空气流出燃烧器或过热空气通道时使空气产生涡旋来改变进入的二次空气的流动方向。旋流叶片位于环绕燃烧器燃料喷口或OFA通道的核心空气流道的环状流道中。叶片由平板材料制成,并将其设计成能在环状流道中从全关位置调整到全开位置。
图1表示了在环绕燃烧器喷嘴18的环状的内层和外层空气区都带有可调旋流叶片12、14的Babcock & Wilcox(B&W)DRBXCL型燃烧器10。固定旋流叶片22也表示在燃烧器的外层空气区中。一个锥形扩散器16位于在24处供给一次空气及煤粉的燃烧器喷嘴18中。流入内、外层空气区的气流由调节风门20控制。
美国专利1,602,180披露了带凸缘的倾斜叶片。当然,该凸缘不是因为流向的缘故位于流道中,而是为了固定支撑在叶片上。
美国专利2,647,568披露了相对于燃烧器轴线倾斜的叶片或翼片。这些翼片具有扩口状和等高线状的表面,但它们不具有垂直于长度方向的延长部分。
美国专利2,515,813是又一个没有延长部分的倾斜叶片的例子。
美国专利3,049,055讨论了最佳叶片弯曲度。
如图2所示,接收F向气流的常规旋流叶片34的低压背面或下风面遭受沿表面扩散并流过叶片下游边缘的不断增加的旋涡V。如图3所示,在叶片低压侧形成扰动空气的旋涡或V。大的游涡的产生降低了旋流叶片的空气旋流性能,增大了跨过叶片的压降。
本发明涉及一种用于燃烧器气流通道和过热空气通道中的新颖的旋流叶片。本发明尤其涉及在旋流叶片根部增加一个垂直延长部分,根据一个给定公式,该垂直延长部分偏离旋流叶片前缘。该延长部分还有一个正比于旋流叶片高、长比(H/L)值的给定宽、长比(h/l)。另外,本发明的结构使沿叶根形成的旋涡减少了。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于底部空气通道和/或过热空气通道的低涡旋流叶片,该叶片包括:
一个具有叶根、前缘、尾缘及外部边缘的板状叶片部件;及一个固定在叶片部件上、大致从叶片低压侧根部横向延伸的延长部分,该延长部分在叶片处于从叶片部件前缘向叶片尾缘流过的气流中时用来减少沿叶片低压侧旋涡的形成和增长。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种能减少旋涡并提高效率、设计简单、结构坚固、生产成本低的叶片部件。
在所附的作为本发明公开文本一部分的权利要求书中具体记载了本发明的各种新颖特点。为了更好地理解本发明及在使用本发明时获得的操作上的优点和特殊目的,下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。

如图4至图6所示,本发明包括在用于燃烧器空气通道和过热空气通道中的旋流叶片36根部37上增加的一个延长部分38。该延长部分位于偏离旋流叶片前缘1u处。该偏离消除了阻止旋流叶片全关闭的任何机械干扰。延长部分的宽(h)与长(l)之比正比于具有高、长(H/L)比范围为0.43到0.80的旋流叶片的高长比。
本发明要解决的问题是要减小当旋流叶片与流向F成一定角度旋转时沿旋流叶片根部所形成的旋涡U的尺寸。当二次空气从高压侧前部流向低压侧后部时,沿旋流叶片根部形成旋涡。旋流叶片前缘附近旋涡的尺寸小,而当沿旋流叶片根部长度方向供给附加空气时,旋涡的尺寸就增加。
延长部分38减少了在旋流叶片根部周围流动的二次空气量,因而减小了旋涡的尺寸。旋涡尺寸的减小使旋流叶片间的流动面积增大,导致压降减少。实验结果表明压力可降低10%。此外,通过减小旋涡的尺寸,在本发明使气流产生涡旋情况下能提高效率。将叶片36的顶缘39的曲率半径R选择得适合燃烧器的空气通道,前缘和尾缘角θ也是如此选择。
虽然对用来解释本发明原理应用的具体实施例进行了详细说明和描述,很显然,在不超出本发明原理的情况下可以有其它的实施方案。
Claims (5)
1、一种具有叶根、前缘、尾缘及外部边缘的板状叶片部件;及一个固定在叶片部件上、从叶片低压侧根部基本上横向延伸的延长部分,该延长部分在叶片处于从叶片部件前缘向尾缘流过的气流中时用来减少沿叶片低压侧形成和增长的旋涡。
2、一种根据权利要求1的旋流叶片,其特征在于上述延长部分基本上沿垂直于叶片部件方向延伸。
3、一种根据权利要求2的旋流叶片,共特征在于延长部分长度小于根部长度,并基本处于根部中心。
4、一种根据权利要求2的旋流叶片,其特征在于前缘和尾缘彼此成锐角,叶片部件的外边缘是曲线形的,根部是直的。
5、一种根据权利要求1的旋流叶片,其特征在于上述延长部分具有宽度(h)和长度(l),其宽与长之比(h/l)正比于具有高、长比(H/L)范围为0.43到0.80的旋流叶片的高、长比。
