Abstract
本发明公开了一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液及其生产工艺,属于切削液技术领域。本发明的一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液25%‑50%、防锈剂2‑3%、改性石膏纤维1%‑3%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%‑0.5%、絮凝剂0.1%‑1%和去离子水50%‑75%。本发明解决了现有切削液的耐磨和耐高温的性能不佳的问题,本发明提出的一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液及其生产工艺,在切削液内增加改性石膏纤维,改性石膏纤维提高了本身的韧性和强度,同时石膏纤维本身具有较强的耐热性和尺寸稳定性,提高切削液的耐磨性能;硼酸盐具有良好的极压抗磨效果,通过油性液滴对其进行过包裹保护能够防止无水硼酸盐大量溶于水,进一步提切削液的耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,具体为一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液及其生产工艺。
背景技术
许多光学玻璃加工企业采用固结磨料研磨垫提高磨削均匀度和产品平整度,因此对玻璃磨削液的高效切削、冷却、润滑、玻璃粉沉降性能等要求很高。
公开号为CN106566646B的中国专利公开了一种水基玻璃切削液及其制备方法,各组分及质量百分比如下:絮凝剂0.10~0.20%;有机酸4~6%;有机碱8~12%;PH值稳定剂9~11%;多元醇12~18%;杀菌剂1.5~2.5%;玻璃屑沉降剂0.8~1.2%;去离子水50.8%~62.9%。
该专利虽然在一定程度上解决玻璃切削液对玻璃屑的沉降性能欠佳的技术问题,但是该专利中切削液的耐磨和耐高温的性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液及其生产工艺,通过在切削液内增加改性石膏纤维,改性石膏纤维提高了本身的韧性和强度,同时石膏纤维本身具有较强的耐热性和尺寸稳定性,在切割使用时,提高切削液的耐磨性能,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液25%-50%、防锈剂2-3%、改性石膏纤维1%-3%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%-0.5%、絮凝剂0.1%-1%和去离子水50%-75%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油20%-50%、改性硼酸盐1%-8%、有机酸20%-30%、有机碱20%-50%和表面活性剂5%-10%;防锈剂采用钼酸钠和硼胺的混合物,改性石膏纤维的制备方法如下:取石膏纤维材料和聚乙二醇至石墨烯混合液中搅拌均匀,反应完成后冷却加入明胶,过滤干燥粉碎后得到改性石膏纤维。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,阴离子表面活性剂采用十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的至少一种。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1,且非离子表面活性剂中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为1:3。
优选的,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚采用壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成,壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成的质量比为1:3。
优选的,所述改性石膏纤维在制备过程中所用的石墨烯混合液由纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和去离子水混合而成,石墨烯的质量浓度为0.1%-1%,纳米二氧化硅的质量浓度为0.2%-1.2%,改性石膏纤维为纳米级颗粒。
优选的,所述玻璃灰沉降剂选用氯化铵、硫酸铝和硫酸钙中的至少一种。
优选的,所述有机酸采用柠檬酸、硼酸、己二酸、辛酸、壬酸和葵酸中的至少一种,有机碱为三乙醇胺和乙烯胺中的至少一种。
优选的,所述絮凝剂采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为分子量为650万阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:制备基础切削液,将改性硼酸盐加入到基础油中混合分散均匀待用,向混合有改性硼酸盐的基础油中倒入部分去离子水,并混入表面活性剂搅拌成混合物,并加热至55℃-65℃,并将有机酸、有机碱倒入到混合物中,保温搅拌至有机酸、有机碱完全溶解,得到基础切削液;
S2:将絮凝剂用去离子水溶解后,将基础切削液、改性石膏纤维加入到溶解有絮凝剂的去离子水中混合均匀;
S3:将防锈剂、玻璃灰沉降剂以及剩余的去离子水倒入S2中溶液中,进一步搅拌混合均匀,得到切削液。
优选的,所述改性硼酸盐的制备方法如下:将无水硼酸盐加入球磨机中,同时向其中加入烷基磺酸盐、共轭亚油酸与聚乙烯醇一起进行球磨后过滤、烘干得到改性无水硼酸盐。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在切削液内增加改性石膏纤维,改性石膏纤维提高了本身的韧性和强度,同时石膏纤维本身具有较强的耐热性和尺寸稳定性,在切割使用时,提高切削液的耐磨性能;
2、本发明中硼酸盐具有良好的极压抗磨效果,但是其在水中不稳定,通过油性液滴对其进行过包裹保护能够防止无水硼酸盐大量溶于水,导致无水硼酸盐无法达到效果,进一步提切削液的耐磨性能;
3、本发明采用非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂结合,能够降低切削液表面的张力,起到清洗的作用,在切割过程中能够实现对TFT玻璃表面的清洗。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
为了解决现有切削液耐磨和耐高温的性能不佳的问题,请参阅图1,本实施例提供以下技术方案:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维1%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水64.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油22%、改性硼酸盐2%、有机酸25%、有机碱46%和表面活性剂5%。
防锈剂采用钼酸钠和硼胺的混合物,二者混合能够起到良好的防锈功能。
改性石膏纤维的制备方法如下:取石膏纤维材料和聚乙二醇至石墨烯混合液中搅拌均匀,反应完成后冷却加入明胶,过滤干燥粉碎后得到改性石膏纤维,改性石膏纤维在制备过程中所用的石墨烯混合液由纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和去离子水混合而成,石墨烯的质量浓度为0.5%,纳米二氧化硅的质量浓度为0.9%,改性石膏纤维为纳米级颗粒。
改性石膏纤维提高了本身的韧性和强度,同时石膏纤维本身具有较强的耐热性和尺寸稳定性,在切割使用时,能够对TFT玻璃起到保护作用。
表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,阴离子表面活性剂采用十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的至少一种。
非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1,且非离子表面活性剂中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为1:3,非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂结合,能够降低切削液表面的张力,起到清洗的作用,在切割过程中能够实现对TFT玻璃表面的清洗。
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚采用壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成,壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成的质量比为1:3,壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的产物具有良好的润湿、渗透和洗涤能力,壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的产物无渗透、洗涤的能力,而乳化、分散力较好,壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的产物可以作为分散剂使用,提高基础切削液中改性硼酸盐的分散性,防止改性硼酸盐沉淀。
玻璃灰沉降剂选用氯化铵、硫酸铝和硫酸钙中的至少一种,能够加速切削过程中产生的玻璃沉降。
有机酸采用柠檬酸、硼酸、己二酸、辛酸、壬酸和葵酸中的至少一种,有机碱为三乙醇胺和乙烯胺中的至少一种,有机酸和有机碱反应,可逆化学反应后生产酯类,成为优秀的润滑剂,对切削的刀具和TFT玻璃进行润滑保护。
絮凝剂采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为分子量为650万阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。
为了更好的展现TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液的生产流程,本实施例现提出一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备基础切削液,将改性硼酸盐加入到基础油中混合分散均匀待用,向混合有改性硼酸盐的基础油中倒入部分去离子水,并混入表面活性剂搅拌成混合物,并加热至55℃-65℃,并将有机酸、有机碱倒入到混合物中,保温搅拌至有机酸、有机碱完全溶解,得到基础切削液;
S2:将絮凝剂用去离子水溶解后,将基础切削液、改性石膏纤维加入到溶解有絮凝剂的去离子水中混合均匀;
S3:将防锈剂、玻璃灰沉降剂以及剩余的去离子水倒入S2中溶液中,进一步搅拌混合均匀,得到切削液。
改性硼酸盐的制备方法如下:将无水硼酸盐加入球磨机中,同时向其中加入烷基磺酸盐、共轭亚油酸与聚乙烯醇一起进行球磨后过滤、烘干得到改性无水硼酸盐,对无水硼酸盐进行改性,使其具有良好的亲油性,再将该具有良好亲油性质的无水硼酸盐加入基础油中进行分散,在去离子水中形成油性液滴中包裹有无水硼酸盐的结构,由于硼酸盐具有良好的极压抗磨效果,但是其在水中不稳定,通过油性液滴对其进行过包裹保护能够防止无水硼酸盐大量溶于水,导致无水硼酸盐无法达到效果。
实施例二:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维2%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水63.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油22%、改性硼酸盐2%、有机酸25%、有机碱46%和表面活性剂5%。
其他成分与实施例一相同,采用实施例一相同的方法制备切削液。
实施例三:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维3%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水62.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油22%、改性硼酸盐2%、有机酸25%、有机碱46%和表面活性剂5%。
其他成分与实施例一相同,采用实施例一相同的方法制备切削液。
实施例四:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维1%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水64.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油25%、改性硼酸盐3%、有机酸22%、有机碱45%和表面活性剂5%。
其他成分与实施例一相同,采用实施例一相同的方法制备切削液。
实施例五:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维1%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水64.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油43%、改性硼酸盐8%、有机酸20%、有机碱24%和表面活性剂5%。
其他成分与实施例一相同,采用实施例一相同的方法制备切削液。
对比例一:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水65.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油22%、改性硼酸盐2%、有机酸25%、有机碱46%和表面活性剂5%。
本对比例中,取消了改性石膏纤维材料,其他材料与实施例一相同,采用实施例一的相同的方法制备切削液。
对比例二:
一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液32%、防锈剂2%、改性石膏纤维1%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%、絮凝剂0.1%和去离子水65.6%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油22%、硼酸盐2%、有机酸25%、有机碱46%和表面活性剂5%。
本对比例中,取消了改性硼酸盐材料换用为普通的硼酸盐材料,其他材料与实施例一相同,采用实施例一的相同的方法制备切削液。
上述实施例以及对比例的材料配比如下表:
将上述实施例以及对比例中生产的切削液进行性能测试,结果如下表:
从上表可以得出,实施例一至实施例五中制备的切削液均有耐腐蚀、防锈的功能,同时最大无卡咬合负荷值较高,实施例二中2%改性石膏纤维,测试的最大无卡咬合负荷值最高,耐磨性能最好,在实施例四和实施例五中增加的改性硼酸盐的添加量,对最大无卡咬合负荷值改变不大,对比例一中未添加改性石膏纤维,其最大无卡咬合负荷值较低,对比例二中,用硼酸盐替换改性硼酸盐,制成的切削液有静止有沉淀。
综上所述:本发明提出的一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液及其生产工艺,在切削液内增加改性石膏纤维,改性石膏纤维提高了本身的韧性和强度,同时石膏纤维本身具有较强的耐热性和尺寸稳定性,在切割使用时,提高切削液的耐磨性能;硼酸盐具有良好的极压抗磨效果,但是其在水中不稳定,通过油性液滴对其进行过包裹保护能够防止无水硼酸盐大量溶于水,导致无水硼酸盐无法达到效果,进一步提切削液的耐磨性能;非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂结合,能够降低切削液表面的张力,起到清洗的作用,在切割过程中能够实现对TFT玻璃表面的清洗。

1.一种TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下组成的组分:基础切削液25%-50%、防锈剂2-3%、改性石膏纤维1%-3%、玻璃灰沉降剂0.3%-0.5%、絮凝剂0.1%-1%和去离子水50%-75%,其中,基础切削液包括以下按重量百分比计的成分:基础油20%-50%、改性硼酸盐1%-8%、有机酸20%-30%、有机碱20%-50%和表面活性剂5%-10%;防锈剂采用钼酸钠和硼胺的混合物,改性石膏纤维的制备方法如下:取石膏纤维材料和聚乙二醇至石墨烯混合液中搅拌均匀,反应完成后冷却加入明胶,过滤干燥粉碎后得到改性石膏纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,阴离子表面活性剂采用十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1,且非离子表面活性剂中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为1:3。
4.根据权利要求3所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚采用壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成,壬基酚与8~12分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚与15个以上分子环氧乙烷加成的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合而成的质量比为1:3。
5.根据权利要求4所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述改性石膏纤维在制备过程中所用的石墨烯混合液由纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和去离子水混合而成,石墨烯的质量浓度为0.1%-1%,纳米二氧化硅的质量浓度为0.2%-1.2%,改性石膏纤维为纳米级颗粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述玻璃灰沉降剂选用氯化铵、硫酸铝和硫酸钙中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述有机酸采用柠檬酸、硼酸、己二酸、辛酸、壬酸和葵酸中的至少一种,有机碱为三乙醇胺和乙烯胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液,其特征在于:所述絮凝剂采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为分子量为650万阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备基础切削液,将改性硼酸盐加入到基础油中混合分散均匀待用,向混合有改性硼酸盐的基础油中倒入部分去离子水,并混入表面活性剂搅拌成混合物,并加热至55℃-65℃,并将有机酸、有机碱倒入到混合物中,保温搅拌至有机酸、有机碱完全溶解,得到基础切削液;
S2:将絮凝剂用去离子水溶解后,将基础切削液、改性石膏纤维加入到溶解有絮凝剂的去离子水中混合均匀;
S3:将防锈剂、玻璃灰沉降剂以及剩余的去离子水倒入S2中溶液中,进一步搅拌混合均匀,得到切削液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的TFT玻璃盲孔切割用切削液的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述改性硼酸盐的制备方法如下:将无水硼酸盐加入球磨机中,同时向其中加入烷基磺酸盐、共轭亚油酸与聚乙烯醇一起进行球磨后过滤、烘干得到改性无水硼酸盐。
