Abstract
本发明提供一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,该系统主要包括液货舱、气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器、冷凝液储罐、膨胀阀、燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐、燃气主阀和循环泵等。其中气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器和膨胀阀组成再液化的蒸汽处理系统,用于液化液舱内产生的乙烷蒸发气。燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐和燃气主阀组成燃气供给系统,用于为机舱内的双燃料柴油机提供满足温度及压力要求的乙烷燃气。两个系统经换热循环管路连接起来,实现热量转移。通过该系统可同时实现乙烷蒸发气的再液化和乙烷燃料的供给,减少乙烷船相关设备数量,降低建造成本,节省能量消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,特别是涉及一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统。
背景技术
页岩气革命使得用于长距离运输乙烷的乙烷运输船成为市场热点。常规乙烷运输船上,均配置复迭式乙烷蒸发气再液化系统;而对于采用乙烷燃料推进的乙烷运输船,除了上述复迭式乙烷蒸发气再液化系统外,还会额外配置一套独立的乙烷燃气供给系统。
液货舱内装载处于-98℃的液态乙烷,在运输过程中,低温乙烷不断蒸发,在液货舱顶部积聚大量乙烷蒸发气,需要通过再液化系统将蒸发气压缩为液态后再回流至液货舱。常规乙烷运输船上,再液化系统是制冷过程,主要将热量从乙烷蒸发气转移到冷却介质海水中;燃气供给系统是加热过程,主要将热量从蒸汽转移到乙烷燃料中,加压加热后的气态乙烷满足后被用作机舱燃料。再液化系统主要包括蒸发气压缩机、货物冷凝器、冷凝液储存罐、制冷剂压缩机、制冷剂冷凝器以及制冷剂冷凝罐等设备;乙烷燃气供给系统则主要包括低压泵、高压泵、蒸发器、水乙二醇泵、水乙二醇/蒸汽加热器等。两套系统设计相互独立,设备数量多,成本高,功耗大。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明意在提供一种用于直接将热量在再液化系统和燃气供给系统进行转移的乙烷货物处理及燃气供给系统,同时实现乙烷蒸发气的再液化和乙烷燃料的供给,使再液化与燃气供给建立联系,实现热量互补,从而减少乙烷船相关设备数量,降低船舶建造成本,节省能量消耗。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,包括乙烷蒸汽处理系统、乙烷燃气供给系统及换热循环管路,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统包括冷凝器,液货舱内的乙烷蒸发气经过所述冷凝器液化形成液态乙烷后返回所述液货舱;
所述乙烷燃气供给系统包括燃气蒸发器,所述液货舱内的液态乙烷经所述燃气蒸发器气化并加热到预设温度后输送至机舱;
换热循环管路为经过冷凝器及燃气蒸发器的闭合管路,在所述冷凝器内吸收热量后的换热工质被输送至燃气蒸发器用于加热,在所述燃气蒸发器内释放热量后的换热工质被输送至冷凝器用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量交换。
优选地,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统还包括气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝液储罐和膨胀阀,液货舱内的乙烷蒸发气先经气液分离器进行气液分离,分离后的乙烷气体被输送至蒸发气压缩机进行压缩;压缩后的乙烷气体在冷凝器内被换热循环管路中的换热工质冷凝液化形成液态乙烷,然后被储存在冷凝液储罐中,再经膨胀阀膨胀降温后返回所述液货舱。
优选地,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统不配置独立的制冷剂系统,冷凝器所需要的冷量全部由所述乙烷燃气供给系统提供。
优选地,所用的蒸发气压缩机为1级或者2级压缩,蒸发气压缩机的出口压力低于15barg。
优选地,传热工质进入所述冷凝器的进口温度不超过-20℃。
优选地,所述乙烷燃气供给系统还包括燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵和燃气主阀,所述液货舱内设置的燃气低压泵将液货舱内的液态乙烷经流量调节阀输送至燃气高压泵;经所述燃气高压泵加压达到预设压力后被输送至燃气蒸发器,在所述燃气蒸发器内被换热循环管路中的换热工质气化并加热到预设温度,满足压力和温度要求的乙烷燃气被输送至机舱,用于为船舶提供动力和电力。
优选地,所述乙烷燃气供给系统不配置独立的热源系统,燃气蒸发器所需热量全部由所述乙烷蒸气处理系统提供。
优选地,满足压力和温度要求的乙烷燃气经燃气缓冲罐和燃气主阀后,再被输送至机舱;所述机舱内有多个双燃料柴油机,包括双燃料主机及双燃料发电机,使用柴油或乙烷气体作为能源;在所述燃气主阀与单个双燃料柴油机之间的管路还设有燃气阀组单元,便于对单个双燃料柴油机的燃气使用进行控制。
优选地,所述传热工质为水乙二醇或丙烷,所述换热循环管路通过循环泵提供循环动力。
优选地,所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的滑油冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温;当所述蒸发气压缩机为2级蒸发气压缩机时,所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的级间冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温。
如上所述,本发明提供一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,该系统主要包括液货舱、气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器、冷凝液储罐、膨胀阀、燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐、燃气主阀和循环泵等。其中气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器和膨胀阀组成再液化的蒸汽处理系统,用于液化液舱内产生的乙烷蒸发气。燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐和燃气主阀组成燃气供给系统,用于为机舱内的双燃料柴油机提供满足温度及压力要求的乙烷燃气。两个系统经换热循环管路连接起来,换热循环管路为经过冷凝器及燃气蒸发器的闭合管路,在冷凝器内吸收热量后的换热工质输送至燃气蒸发器用于加热,在燃气蒸发器内释放热量后的换热工质输送至冷凝器用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量转移。通过该系统可同时实现乙烷蒸发气的再液化和乙烷燃料的供给,减少乙烷船相关设备数量,降低船舶建造成本,节省能量消耗。

如图1所示,本发明提供适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,具体包括乙烷蒸汽处理系统、乙烷燃气供给系统及换热循环管路:
所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统包括冷凝器4,液货舱1内的乙烷蒸发气经过所述冷凝器4液化形成液态乙烷后返回所述液货舱1;
所述乙烷燃气供给系统包括燃气蒸发器13,所述液货舱1内的液态乙烷经所述燃气蒸发器13气化并加热到预设温度后输送至机舱;
换热循环管路为经过冷凝器4及燃气蒸发器13的闭合管路,在所述冷凝器4内吸收热量后的换热工质被输送至燃气蒸发器13用于加热,在所述燃气蒸发器13内释放热量后的换热工质被输送至冷凝器4用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量交换。
具体地,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统还包括气液分离器2、蒸发气压缩机3、冷凝液储罐5和膨胀阀6,液货舱1内的乙烷蒸发气经气液分离器2进行气液分离,分离后的乙烷气体被输送至蒸发气压缩机3进行压缩;压缩后的乙烷气体在冷凝器4内被换热循环管路中的换热工质冷凝液化形成液态乙烷,进而被储存在冷凝液储罐5中,再经膨胀阀6膨胀降温后返回液货舱。此处所用的蒸发气压缩机2可以是1级或者2级压缩,蒸发气压缩机的出口压力低于15barg。此处对蒸发器压缩机的出口压力进行限定,是为了有效降低压缩机的作业能耗,因为过高的出口压力会增加压缩机的作业功率。
进一步地,所述蒸发器压缩机2还配有滑油冷却器及级间冷却器,以对蒸发器压缩机进行降温。作为优选方案,所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的滑油冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温;当所述蒸发气压缩机为2级蒸发气压缩机时,所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的级间冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温。具体也是利用经过燃气蒸发器13释放热量后的换热工质,使低温的换热工质经过滑油冷却器及级间冷却器实现降温。
所述乙烷燃气供给系统还包括燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵和燃气主阀,液货舱1内设置的燃气低压泵10将液货舱内的液态乙烷经流量调节阀11输送至燃气高压泵12;经燃气高压泵12加压达到预设压力(此处预设压力需满足双燃料柴油机需求)后被输送至燃气蒸发器13,在燃气蒸发器13内被换热循环管路中的换热工质气化并加热到预设温度(此处预设温度需满足双燃料柴油机需求温度);满足压力和温度要求的乙烷燃气经燃气缓冲罐14和燃气主阀15后被送至机舱,用于为船舶提供动力和电力。所述冷凝液储罐5及燃气缓冲罐14起到了临时中转的作用,便于对乙烷的流量、温度等做进一步调控。
其中,换热循环管路为经过冷凝器4及燃气蒸发器13的闭合管路,在冷凝器4内吸收热量后的换热工质输送至燃气蒸发器13用于加热,在燃气蒸发器13内释放热量后的换热工质输送至冷凝器4用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量互补。所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统不配置独立的制冷剂系统,冷凝器所需要的冷量全部由所述乙烷燃气供给系统提供。同样地,所述乙烷燃气供给系统不配置独立的热源系统,燃气蒸发器所需热量全部由所述乙烷货物蒸气处理系统提供。传热工质进入所述冷凝器的进口温度不超过-20℃,以保证冷凝器的液化效果。
具体地,本申请相当于形成了三套管路系统,第一套管路系统为气液分离器2、蒸发气压缩机3、冷凝器4、冷凝液储罐5及膨胀阀6的组合,用于对液货舱内的蒸发器进行再液化处理;第二套管路系统为燃气低压泵10、流量调节阀11、燃气高压泵12、燃气蒸发器13、燃气缓冲罐14及燃气主阀15的组合,用以给机舱提供燃气;第三套管路系统为换热系统,在第一套管路系统与第二套管路系统之间建立联系,以实现冷凝器4与燃气蒸发器13的热量传递,使能量得到最合理的利用。对于系统中各设备不需要同时保持运行,可以根据实际需要进行灵活启停。
进一步地,所述机舱内有多个双燃料柴油机,包括双燃料主机19及双燃料发电机18,可使用柴油或乙烷气体作为能源。
进一步地,所述传热工质优选为水乙二醇或丙烷,整个换热循环管路通过循环泵7提供循环动力。水乙二醇即乙二醇水溶液,其常用作防冻的循环工质,具有较佳的携热能力和对流换热能力,尤其在闭式换热系统中,有广泛的应用。
进一步地,在燃气主阀15与单个双燃料柴油机之间的管路还设有燃气阀组单元17,便于对单个双燃料柴油机的燃气使用进行控制。
综上所述,本发明提供一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,该系统主要包括液货舱、气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器、冷凝液储罐、膨胀阀、燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐、燃气主阀和循环泵等。其中气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝器和膨胀阀组成再液化的蒸汽处理系统,用于液化液舱内产生的乙烷蒸发气。燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵、燃气蒸发器、燃气缓冲罐和燃气主阀组成燃气供给系统,用于为机舱内的双燃料柴油机提供满足温度及压力要求的乙烷燃气。两个系统经换热循环管路连接起来,换热循环管路为经过冷凝器及燃气蒸发器的闭合管路,在冷凝器内吸收热量后的换热工质输送至燃气蒸发器用于加热,在燃气蒸发器内释放热量后的换热工质输送至冷凝器用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量转移。通过该系统可同时实现乙烷蒸发气的再液化和乙烷燃料的供给,减少乙烷船相关设备数量,降低船舶建造成本,节省能量消耗。
本系统直接使用乙烷燃料的冷能作为再液化系统冷凝器冷量来源,不仅可以免除常规的制冷剂系统,还可以大大降低蒸发气压缩机压缩终了压力,减少压缩级数,降低设备成本和能耗。使用压缩后乙烷蒸发所具备的热能作为燃气供给系统热量来源,可以免除常规的蒸汽系统,减少船舶蒸汽锅炉的使用,降低成本和能耗。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种适用于船舶的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,包括乙烷蒸汽处理系统、乙烷燃气供给系统及换热循环管路,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统包括冷凝器,液货舱内的乙烷蒸发气经过所述冷凝器液化形成液态乙烷后返回所述液货舱;
所述乙烷燃气供给系统包括燃气蒸发器,所述液货舱内的液态乙烷经所述燃气蒸发器气化并加热到预设温度后输送至机舱;
换热循环管路为经过冷凝器及燃气蒸发器的闭合管路,在所述冷凝器内吸收热量后的换热工质被输送至燃气蒸发器用于加热,在所述燃气蒸发器内释放热量后的换热工质被输送至冷凝器用于制冷,从而形成循环实现热量交换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统还包括气液分离器、蒸发气压缩机、冷凝液储罐和膨胀阀,液货舱内的乙烷蒸发气先经气液分离器进行气液分离,分离后的乙烷气体被输送至蒸发气压缩机进行压缩;压缩后的乙烷气体在冷凝器内被换热循环管路中的换热工质冷凝液化形成液态乙烷,然后被储存在冷凝液储罐中,再经膨胀阀膨胀降温后返回所述液货舱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,所述乙烷蒸汽处理系统不配置独立的制冷剂系统,冷凝器所需要的冷量全部由所述乙烷燃气供给系统提供。
4.根据权利要求2所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,所用的蒸发气压缩机为1级或者2级压缩,蒸发气压缩机的出口压力低于15barg。
5.根据权利要求2所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,传热工质进入所述冷凝器的进口温度不超过-20℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,所述乙烷燃气供给系统还包括燃气低压泵、流量调节阀、燃气高压泵和燃气主阀,所述液货舱内设置的燃气低压泵将液货舱内的液态乙烷经流量调节阀输送至燃气高压泵;经所述燃气高压泵加压达到预设压力后被输送至燃气蒸发器,在所述燃气蒸发器内被换热循环管路中的换热工质气化并加热到预设温度,满足压力和温度要求的乙烷燃气被输送至机舱,用于为船舶提供动力和电力。
7.根据权利要求6所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于,所述乙烷燃气供给系统不配置独立的热源系统,燃气蒸发器所需热量全部由所述乙烷蒸气处理系统提供。
8.根据权利要求6所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于:满足压力和温度要求的乙烷燃气经燃气缓冲罐和燃气主阀后,再被输送至机舱;所述机舱内有多个双燃料柴油机,包括双燃料主机及双燃料发电机,使用柴油或乙烷气体作为能源;在所述燃气主阀与单个双燃料柴油机之间的管路还设有燃气阀组单元,便于对单个双燃料柴油机的燃气使用进行控制。
9.根据权利要求1所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于:所述传热工质为水乙二醇或丙烷,所述换热循环管路通过循环泵提供循环动力。
10.根据权利要求2所述的乙烷处理系统,其特征在于:所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的滑油冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温;当所述蒸发气压缩机为2级蒸发气压缩机时,所述换热循环管路还经过蒸发气压缩机的级间冷却器,以提供冷量利于降温。
