Claims (12)
- 선박에 마련되어 액화가스가 저장된 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 공급받아 압축하는 압축기;
상기 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스의 전부 또는 일부를 공급받아, 상기 압축기로 도입될 미압축 증발가스 및 냉매와 열교환으로 냉각하는 열교환기;
상기 열교환기로 공급되는 냉매가 순환하는 냉매순환라인;
상기 냉매순환라인에 마련되며 상기 열교환기로 공급되는 상기 냉매가 팽창냉각되는 냉매 팽창장치; 및
상기 냉매순환라인에 마련되며 상기 열교환기에서 열교환 후 배출되는 냉매를 압축하는 냉매 압축부;를 포함하되,
상기 냉매 압축부에서 압축된 상기 냉매는 상기 열교환기로 도입되어,
상기 열교환기에서는 압축된 증발가스의 전부 또는 일부, 압축기로 도입될 미압축 증발가스, 상기 냉매 팽창장치에서 팽창 냉각된 냉매, 및 상기 냉매 압축부에서 압축된 냉매가 열교환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 압축부는
상기 열교환기에서 열교환 후 배출되는 냉매를 압축하는 제1 냉매압축기; 및
상기 제1 압축기에서 압축된 상기 냉매를 추가 압축하는 제2 냉매압축기;를 포함하여,
상기 냉매는 상기 제1 및 제2 냉매압축기를 순차로 거쳐 압축된 후 상기 열교환기로 도입되어 열교환으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 냉매압축기 중 어느 하나는 컴팬더 압축기로 마련되고, 상기 컴팬더 압축기는 상기 냉매 팽창장치에 연결되어 상기 냉매의 팽창에너지를 전달받아 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 압축부는
상기 열교환기에서 열교환 후 배출되는 냉매를 압축하여 상기 열교환기로 도입시키는 냉매 압축기; 및
상기 냉매 압축기를 구동시키는 모터;를 포함하고,
상기 모터는 상기 냉매 팽창장치에 연결되어 상기 냉매의 팽창에너지를 전달받아 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스를 상기 열교환기의 전단에서 분기하여 상기 선박에 마련되는 엔진으로 공급하는 연료공급라인; 및
상기 연료공급라인에 마련되어 상기 증발가스를 감압하는 연료 감압장치;를 더 포함하고,
상기 연료 감압장치에서 감압된 상기 증발가스는 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 상기 엔진으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기에서 열교환으로 냉각된 상기 증발가스를 공급받아 감압하는 감압장치; 및
상기 감압장치에서 감압된 증발가스를 공급받아 기액분리하는 기액분리기;를 더 포함하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 플래시 가스는 상기 열교환기 전단의 상기 미압축 증발가스 흐름으로 공급되어 상기 열교환기의 냉매로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 시스템. - 선박에 마련되어 액화가스를 저장하는 저장탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 압축기에서 압축하고,
상기 압축기에서 압축된 압축가스의 전부 또는 일부를, 상기 압축기로 공급될 미압축 증발가스와 열교환기에서 열교환으로 냉각하고 재액화하여 상기 저장탱크로 재저장하되,
상기 열교환기에는 냉매순환라인을 따라 순환하는 냉매가 공급되고, 상기 냉매는 압축 후 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 냉각되고, 팽창 냉각 후 상기 열교환기로 재도입되어,
상기 열교환기에서는 압축된 증발가스의 전부 또는 일부, 압축기로 도입될 미압축 증발가스, 압축된 냉매, 및 상기 압축 및 냉각 후 팽창 냉각된 냉매가 열교환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 제1 및 제2 냉매압축기를 순차로 거쳐 압축된 후 상기 열교환기로 도입되어 열교환으로 냉각되고 냉매 팽창장치에서 팽창 냉각 후 상기 열교환기로 도입되되,
상기 제1 및 제2 냉매압축기 중 어느 하나는, 상기 냉매 팽창장치에 연결되어 상기 냉매의 팽창에너지를 전달받아 구동되는 컴팬더 압축기로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 모터로 구동되는 냉매 압축기에서 압축된 후 상기 열교환기로 도입되어 열교환으로 냉각되고 냉매 팽창장치에서 팽창 냉각 후 상기 열교환기로 도입되되,
상기 모터는 상기 냉매 팽창장치에 연결되어 상기 냉매의 팽창에너지를 전달받아 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스는 상기 열교환기의 전단에서 분기되어 감압 후 상기 선박에 마련되는 엔진으로 공급되되,
감압된 상기 증발가스는 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 상기 엔진으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 방법. - 제 8항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기에서 냉각된 상기 증발가스는 감압으로 추가 냉각하고, 기액분리하여 액화가스는 상기 저장탱크로 재저장하고, 분리된 플래시 가스는 상기 열교환기 전단의 상기 미압축 증발가스 흐름으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 증발가스 재액화 방법.
