according to the working principle, all the soil to be restored is turned over, crushed and mixed with the medicament to complete the established soil restoration depth operation target; finally, the piston rods of the two hydraulic rods are synchronously contracted to an initial state, the chain plate type turning device is upwards retracted to the initial state, meanwhile, the turning gear motor is closed, the piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders are controlled to be upwards contracted to the initial state, the uniform mixing gear motor and the three-section type spiral uniform mixing drill bit are lifted to the initial state, and the uniform mixing gear motor, the medicament pump and all solenoid valve nozzles are closed.
The arrangement mode of the turning cutters is that the turning cutters of two adjacent rows are staggered front and back, so that the resistance of the turning cutters when entering the soil can be reduced, the breaking rate is improved, and the missing tillage is effectively avoided; the turning knife adopts a semi-circular cylinder structure, the upper side edge of the turning knife is provided with a cutting edge with an inclined plane of 30 degrees, the turning knife is convenient to crush and discharge soil, the damage to the cutting tool caused by hard stones when the turning knife cuts the soil is effectively avoided, the outer circle of the front end of the turning knife is provided with a semicircular table structure with thin front and thick rear, the cutting stripping capability of the turning knife can be enhanced, and the cutting resistance is reduced.
The invention has scientific design, reasonable structure, simple operation and convenient control, people can complete the soil restoration process by using the device only by simply knowing the device, the influence of personnel replacement on the device function is reduced to the greatest extent, and the soil restoration efficiency is improved.
The hydraulic rod and the hydraulic oil cylinder are adopted to provide power for the local structure position, so that the optimization of the power element is realized, a traditional power providing mode with low efficiency and slow response is replaced, extra energy is not consumed, the energy waste and the working strength of the power element can be effectively reduced, the energy consumption can be effectively reduced, and the equipment failure rate and the equipment investment cost are reduced.
According to the invention, the chain plate type turning and throwing crushing and spiral uniform mixing crushing integrated double crushing design is adopted, so that the soil can be effectively crushed layer by layer in a scanning way, the medicament and the soil particles are fully and uniformly mixed, the tillage depth adjusting range is wide, the soil breaking quality is high, the medicament and soil uniform mixing property is high, the automation degree is high, and the passivation efficiency of soil heavy metal is effectively improved.
In conclusion, the invention has scientific design, compact structure, simple and convenient operation and convenient control, integrates crushing, pesticide spraying and mixing, effectively improves the soil crushing rate, enhances the pesticide-soil uniform mixing property, improves the automation degree and effectively improves the passivation efficiency of soil heavy metals.

As shown in fig. 1-8, the novel in-situ chain plate type soil crushing and repairing device comprises a headstock 1, a frame 2, a chain plate type turning device, a medicament spraying device and a spiral uniform mixing and crushing device, wherein the frame 2 is horizontally and fixedly connected to the rear side of the headstock 1 along the front-rear direction, the chain plate type turning device is arranged right below the frame 2 along the front-rear direction, the front end of the chain plate type turning device is hinged to the front side part of the frame 2, a retracting mechanism for driving the chain plate type turning device to vertically turn is arranged on the rear side of the headstock 1, the medicament spraying device is arranged on the front side part of the frame 2, the spraying part of the medicament spraying device is arranged on the lower part of the front side part of the frame 2 and is positioned above the front side of the chain plate type turning device, the medicament spraying device sprays downwards, the spiral uniform mixing and crushing device is vertically arranged on the rear side part of the frame 2 and is positioned behind the chain plate type turning device, a power system and a control system are arranged on the headstock 1, and the power system respectively provides power for the chain plate type turning device, the medicament spraying device, the spiral uniform mixing and the retracting mechanism are respectively connected with the chain plate type turning device, the medicament spraying device and the helical uniform mixing and the retracting mechanism.
The locomotive 1 adopts a tractor main body, the frame 2 is of a cuboid cover plate structure with an open lower side, the upper and lower dimensions of a front side plate of the frame 2 are larger than those of other three side plates of the frame 2, a plurality of bolt seats 3 are fixed on the front side surface of the front side plate of the frame 2, and each bolt seat 3 is fixedly connected with the rear side of the locomotive 1 through bolts;
the power system comprises an engine, a generator and a small hydraulic station, wherein the engine provides power for the generator, the generator provides power for the small hydraulic station, a chain plate type turning device, a medicament spraying device and a spiral uniform mixing crushing device, and the small hydraulic station provides hydraulic power for the retraction jack and the spiral uniform mixing crushing device.
The chain plate type turning device comprises a turning frame 4, a chain plate type conveyor 5 and a turning baffle 6, wherein the turning frame 4 is a rectangular frame, the turning frame 4 is vertically arranged right below the front side part of the frame 2, the center line of the turning frame is horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, the lower side frame of the turning frame 4 is higher than the ground, a lifting beam 7 extending forwards horizontally is uniformly formed on the upper side of the middle part of the left side frame and the upper side of the middle part of the right side frame of the turning frame 4, the front ends of the two lifting beams 7 are respectively hinged on the left side and the right side of the rear lower side edge of the front side plate of the frame 2, the hinge shafts of the two lifting beams are horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, the chain plate type conveyor 5 is horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, the front side part of the chain plate type conveyor 5 concentrically passes through the turning frame 4 forwards, the front parts of the left side and the right side of the frame of the chain plate type conveyor 5 are fixedly connected with the turning frame 4, the rear lower part of the lifting beam 7 at the left side is fixedly provided with a turning reducing motor 8 which is positioned at the left front side of the frame of the drag conveyor 5 and is used for providing power for the drag conveyor 5, the motion direction of the drag conveyor belt of the drag conveyor 5 is clockwise seen from the left side, the upper half of the drag conveyor belt of the drag conveyor 5 moves from front to back, the lower half of the drag conveyor belt of the drag conveyor 5 moves from back to front, the turning baffle 6 is horizontally arranged right above the drag conveyor 5 along the front and back direction, the front side edge of the turning baffle 6 is integrally and fixedly connected with the upper side edge frame of the turning frame 4, the rear side edge of the turning baffle 6 is integrally provided with a circular arc plate 9 which covers the rear end of the drag conveyor 5 (can be better covered above the rear end of the drag conveyor 5), the outer surfaces of all the drag conveyor plates 10 of the drag conveyor 5 are fixedly provided with a plurality of turning knife groups which are arranged at left and right intervals, the turning knife groups on two adjacent chain plates 10 are arranged in a front-back staggered way, a generator provides power for the turning speed reducing motor 8, and a control system is in signal connection with the turning speed reducing motor 8.
The turning knife group on a certain half-width chain plate 10 on the chain plate conveying belt of the chain plate conveyor 5 comprises a knife holder 11 and a turning knife 12, the knife holder 11 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the corresponding chain plate 10 through a plurality of fastening bolts, the turning knife 12 is of a half-round platform cylinder structure which is big in front and small in back and front, the axis of the turning knife 12 is arranged in a front-high back-low inclined mode, the turning knife 12 is transparent in front and back and is arranged in an open side to the right, the lower side of the turning knife 12 is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper side of the knife holder 11, the upper side of the turning knife 12 is provided with a knife edge which is a 30-degree inclined plane, and the outer circle of the front end of the turning knife 12 is provided with a half-round platform structure 13 which is thin in front and thick in back.
The retracting mechanism comprises two hydraulic rods 14, the two hydraulic rods 14 are symmetrically and correspondingly arranged above the two lifting beams 7, two long holes 15 which are spaced left and right are vertically formed in the front side plate of the frame 2, the two long holes 15 are respectively corresponding to the two lifting beams 7, the two hydraulic rods 14 are obliquely arranged at the front and back sides and respectively pass through the two long holes 15, two ends of the left hydraulic rod 14 are respectively hinged to the left rear side of the frame of the head 1 and the upper side of the rear end part of the left lifting beam 7, two ends of the right hydraulic rod 14 are respectively hinged to the right rear side of the frame of the head 1 and the upper side of the rear end part of the right lifting beam 7, the small hydraulic station provides hydraulic power for the two hydraulic rods 14, and the control system is in signal connection with the two hydraulic rods 14.
The medicine spraying device comprises a medicine spraying box 16, a medicine storage box 17 and a medicine pump 18, the medicine spraying box 16, the medicine storage box 17 and the medicine pump 18 are fixedly arranged on the front side part of the upper side face of the frame 2 at intervals, a medicine adding cover 19 is arranged at the top of the medicine storage box 17, a medicine inlet of the medicine spraying box 16 is connected with an outlet of the medicine pump 18 through a medicine conveying pipeline 20, a medicine outlet of the medicine storage box 17 is connected with an inlet of the medicine pump 18 through a medicine sucking pipeline 21, a plurality of medicine spraying pipes 22 which are arranged at intervals are fixedly connected with the bottom of the medicine spraying box 16, each medicine spraying pipe 22 vertically penetrates through the upper side plate of the frame 2 and is located above the front side of the chain plate conveyor 5, electromagnetic valve nozzles 23 which spray downwards are arranged at the lower ends of each medicine spraying pipe 22, a generator provides a power supply for the medicine pump 18, and a control system is respectively connected with the medicine pump 18 and each electromagnetic valve nozzle 23 through signals.
The spiral mixing and crushing device comprises a guide frame 24, a guide sliding seat 25, a mixing and decelerating motor 26, three-section spiral mixing and crushing drill bits and a lifting mechanism, wherein the guide frame 24 is a cuboid frame, the guide frame 24 is fixedly installed on the lower side of the rear side part of an upper side plate of a frame 2 and is positioned on the rear side of a chain plate conveyor 5, the bottom of the guide frame 24 is higher than the ground, one vertical guide rod 27 is fixedly arranged around the inside of the guide frame 24, the four vertical guide rods 27 are arranged in a rectangular array, the guide sliding seat 25 is a square seat with a central hole, four side surfaces of the guide sliding seat 25 are all circular arc surfaces facing a central depression, the guide sliding seat 25 is horizontally arranged in the guide frame 24 at the same center, four corners of the guide sliding seat 25 are respectively provided with guide holes penetrating up and down, the four vertical guide rods 27 respectively penetrate through the four guide holes, the upper side plate of the guide sliding seat 25 is connected to the rear side part of the four vertical guide rods 27 in a sliding manner, square holes 28 corresponding to the upper side plate of the guide sliding seat 2 are vertically arranged on the rear side part of the frame 2, the mixing and decelerating motor 26 is vertically arranged on the right upper side of the guide sliding seat 25 and can vertically pass through the square holes 28, the three-section spiral mixing and the four vertical guide rods 25 are vertically arranged on the upper side plate 25, the three-section spiral mixing and the spiral mixing and decelerating motor 25 is provided at the upper end of the vertical drill bit 25 at the same time, the upper end of the vertical end of the spiral mixing and decelerating motor 25 is coaxially arranged at the upper end of the vertical drill bit 25, the vertical drill bit 25 is coaxially arranged at the upper end of the upper end and the vertical end of the vertical drill bit 25 and the power reducing motor 26 is arranged at the upper end of the vertical drill bit and the vertical drill bit 25 and the power generator at the upper end and lower end and the power end of the vertical end and the vertical drill bit. The circumferential diameter of the outer circle of the transition helical blade 35 > the circumferential diameter of the outer circle of the crushing helical blade 32 > the circumferential diameter of the outer circle of the homomixer helical blade 37, and the helical directions of the crushing helical blade 32, the homomixer helical blade 37 and the transition helical blade 35 are the same.
The lifting mechanism comprises a door frame type support 38 and a hydraulic cylinder 39, the left side, the right side and the lower side of the door frame type support 38 are all open, the door frame type support 38 is fixedly arranged on the rear side part of the upper side plate of the frame 2, the door frame type support 38 stretches across the square hole 28 front and back and covers the right upper side of the uniform mixing speed reducing motor 26, the hydraulic cylinder 39 is vertically arranged in the door frame type support 38 and is positioned right above the uniform mixing speed reducing motor 26, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 39 extends downwards, the upper end of a cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 39 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the lower side surface of the upper side plate of the door frame type support 38, the lower end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 39 is fixedly connected with the top of the shell of the uniform mixing speed reducing motor 26 through a flange 40, the small hydraulic station provides hydraulic power for the hydraulic cylinder 39, and the control system is in signal connection with the hydraulic cylinder 39.
Bolts, engines, generators, small hydraulic stations, and related hydraulic lines, hydraulic valves, supply lines and related signal lines are not shown; the headstock 1, the control system, the engine, the generator, the small hydraulic station, the chain plate conveyor 5, the turning reduction motor 8, the hydraulic rod 14, the medicament pump 18, the uniform mixing reduction motor 26, the drill shaft 29, the positioning drill point 30, the coupler, the hydraulic cylinder 39 and the flange are all conventional technologies, and the specific structure and the working principle are not repeated; the control system is a device for a driver to control the whole vehicle and each moving part on the vehicle head 1, and comprises various control buttons, control levers and the like, which are similar to the common control devices in medium-and large-sized engineering vehicles, and the specific structure and the related working principle are not repeated.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: initially, the hydraulic rod 14 and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 39 are in a contracted state, the two lifting beams 7 are in a horizontal state, the chain plate conveyor 5 is in a horizontal retraction state higher than the ground, the guide sliding seat 25 is positioned at the uppermost part of the four vertical guide rods 27, and the positioning drill point 30 is in a retraction state higher than the ground; the worker opens the dosing cover 19 to add the prepared soil remediation agent into the drug storage box 17, closes the dosing cover 19 after dosing, sits on the headstock 1 to drive the novel in-situ chain-plate type soil crushing and remediating device to the soil area to be remediated, then, the worker controls the turning speed reducing motor 8 and the agent pump 18 to start through the control system, simultaneously opens all solenoid valve nozzles 23, the turning speed reducing motor 8 drives the chain plate conveying belt of the chain-plate type conveyor 5 to start moving, then, the control system controls the piston rods of the two hydraulic rods 14 to synchronously extend, the two hydraulic rods 14 push the two lifting beams 7 to incline downwards by a certain angle, the two lifting beams 7 drive the chain-plate type conveyor 5 to descend through the turning frame 4, so that the chain-plate type conveyor 5 is in a front high-rear low inclined state, and the rear side part of the drag conveyer 5 is pressed downwards into the soil, when each drag 10 of the drag conveyer 5 drives each turning knife 12 on the drag conveyer to continuously rotate, each turning knife 12 cuts the soil to form a groove, the cut and stripped soil is continuously conveyed forwards and upwards along with the lower half of the drag conveyer belt of the drag conveyer 5, the cut and stripped soil moves to the upper half of the drag conveyer belt of the drag conveyer 5 and is continuously conveyed backwards and downwards along with the half of the drag conveyer belt of the drag conveyer 5 to the rear of the groove, the turning baffle 6 can prevent the soil from being thrown upwards and falling to other areas during turning, soil turning and first crushing can be realized after a period of time, during the soil turning, the medicament pump 18 continuously sucks medicament in the medicament storage box 17 through the medicament suction pipeline 21, the medicament pump 18 pumps the medicament into the medicament spraying box 16 continuously through the medicament conveying pipeline 20 under a certain pressure, then the medicament in the medicament spraying box 16 is sprayed downwards through the electromagnetic valve nozzles 23 at the lower ends of the medicament spraying pipes 22, and the cut and stripped soil particles are just sprayed to the medicament when being conveyed to the front upper part of the chain plate conveyor 5 along with the lower half of the chain plate conveying belt of the chain plate conveyor 5, so that the preliminary mixing of the soil and the medicament is realized; then, the headstock 1 drives the whole device to move forwards for a certain distance to stop, so that the spiral uniform mixing and crushing device forwards reaches the position above the soil which is turned over in the initial working area of the chain plate type turning device, wherein the chain plate type turning device can continuously cut, strip and crush the soil which passes forward when moving forwards along with the headstock 1, and meanwhile, the cut and stripped soil and the medicament are preliminarily mixed; then, the equal-mixing speed reducing motor 26 is started, the equal-mixing speed reducing motor 26 drives the three-section type spiral equal-mixing drill bit to rotate forward and reach the working rotating speed, the hydraulic oil cylinder 39 is controlled by the control system to act, the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 39 slowly extends downwards, the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 39 pushes the equal-mixing speed reducing motor 26 to move downwards, the three-section type spiral equal-mixing drill bit slowly moves downwards, and meanwhile the guide sliding seat 25 slides downwards along the four vertical guide rods 27; when the positioning drill tip 30 starts to move downwards to contact with the soil, the positioning drill tip 30 gradually damages the central position and the surrounding soil, so that the second crushing of the soil is realized;
