Description

Wire harness fixing device for stacked installation and wire harness fixing method using same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wire harness fixing device, and more particularly, to a wire harness fixing device mounted in a stacked manner and a wire harness fixing method using the same.
Background
With the development of new energy industry, the application of electric automobiles and energy storage devices is more and more widespread. The fixing of the signal acquisition wire harness on the high-voltage component of the battery management system affects the advantages and disadvantages of the whole battery management system. At present, when the wire harness is fixed, the wire harness is fixed on the metal plate of the vehicle body by adopting the ribbon buckle, and the mode is easy to operate and is also suitable for the rhythm of mass production and assembly of automobiles. However, the conventional band buckle adopts a mode of binding the wire harness in advance, and after binding is completed, the position of the band buckle cannot be adjusted, so that the requirement on the accuracy of the fixing position of the wire harness is extremely high. In addition, because of different vehicle types or different positions of the vehicle body of the same vehicle type, the sizes of holes (commonly used circular holes with the diameter of 6mm and circular holes with the diameter of 8 mm) for fixing the wire harness are different from each other on the metal plate of the vehicle body. This results in the fact that when the conventional tie-down buckles are used for fixing, the tie-down buckles cannot be mutually used in the fixing holes with different diameters and shapes, which necessarily results in resource waste.
In addition, some parts of the sheet metal part of the vehicle body are not provided with sheet metal holes, so that the wire harness is directly suspended in the vehicle. The sheet metal fixing part of the conventional buckle structure is directly clamped on the sheet metal of the vehicle body, and the buckle is easy to fall off due to insufficient fixing strength, so that the wire harness is suspended in the vehicle. The wire harness can interfere with peripheral components along with the shaking of the vehicle body, so that the wire harness can be worn for a long time, and even a fire disaster is caused by short circuit. Therefore, a stable and reliable wire harness fixing mode is needed, the problem of fixing the signal acquisition wire harness can be effectively solved, the safety performance of the whole battery management system is improved, the wire harness fixing device with higher universality is adopted to solve the problem of wire harness fixing, and a plurality of groups of wire harnesses are installed in a wire harness arrangement space as few as possible, so that the standardization and the universality of wire harness fixing are finished.

Then, the second wire harness 33 sequentially passes through the second empty space 24 on the second wire harness fixing assembly 2 and is locked, so that the second wire harness 33 is installed on the wire harness fixing device. Finally, the first harness 32 and the second harness 33, which are stacked and mounted on the side wall 3 of the case, are required to be stacked and mounted on the side wall 3 (side wall of the external structure) of the case.
Meanwhile, when a plurality of groups of wire harnesses are required to be locked and fixed through the wire harness fixing device, the second wire harness fixing component and the Nth wire harness fixing component are correspondingly arranged on the locking part of the first wire harness fixing component (a mode that the wire harness locking part of the Nth-1 wire harness fixing component is sleeved and connected with the connecting part of the Nth wire harness fixing component can also be adopted), and the second wire harness fixing component and the Nth wire harness fixing component are sequentially connected with the first wire harness fixing component in series. Then, the first wire harness passes through a first empty space formed by the locking part and the fixing part of the first wire harness fixing assembly, and the locking part is tightened to lock the first wire harness. And then the second wire harness passes through a second empty space formed by the wire harness locking part of the second wire harness fixing assembly and the connecting matching part, and the wire harness locking part is tightened to lock the second wire harness. Then, the third wire harness is passed through the third empty space of the third wire harness fixing assembly and is tightened and locked by the wire harness locking portion thereof, and the operation is repeated until the nth wire harness is passed through the empty space of the nth wire harness fixing assembly and is tightened and locked by the wire harness locking portion thereof. Finally, a plurality of groups of wire harnesses are arranged on one wire harness fixing device, and the wire harness fixing device is fixed on an external structure through a mounting hole of the external structure, so that the wire harnesses are fixedly arranged on the external structure.
The invention provides a wire harness fixing device for stacked installation and a wire harness fixing method using the device. The first wire harness is limited and fixed in the first empty space through the matching of the locking part of the fixing part of the first wire harness fixing component. The second wire harness installation assembly is fixedly connected with the first wire harness installation assembly by penetrating the locking part on the first wire harness fixing assembly through the connecting hole on the connecting part of the second wire harness installation assembly. And then, the second wire harness is arranged in a second empty space formed by combining the connecting matching part of the second wire harness fixing assembly and the wire harness locking part. Finally, the wire harness fixing device is fixed on the external structure by installing the installation structure of the fixing part of the first wire harness fixing assembly on the installation hole of the external structure. The first wire harness fixing component and the second wire harness fixing component are combined and fixed in a detachable mode, and the fixing can be achieved in a mode that a protruding structure on a connecting portion of the second wire harness fixing component is connected with a clamping structure portion on a connecting matching portion in a clamping mode as shown in fig. 4. The lower part of the connection matching part shown in fig. 5 can be in interference fit and installed in the convex blocks symmetrically arranged on the inner side wall of the connection part, so that the connection part of the second wire harness fixing assembly is detachably and fixedly connected with the connection matching part.
