Correspondingly, the tenon 320 of the tenon 30 includes two tenons 320 spaced at the same distance as the first mortise 111 of the first finger 112 and the second mortise 211 of each second finger 212, such that when the first mating part 110 is mated with the second mating part 210, each of the first mortises 111 in each first finger 112 is aligned with a corresponding one of the second mortises 211 in each second finger 212 to allow the two tenons 320 of the tenon 30 to be inserted into the corresponding first and second mortises 111, 211 to secure the first and second halves 10, 20 together.
In the embodiment shown in the figures, the tenon 320 of the tenon 30 is a cylindrical tenon and the first and second mortises 111, 211 are circular mortises, but this is by way of example and not of limitation, and the tenon 320 and the first and second mortises 111, 211 may be of any shape that is complementary.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the tenon 320 of the tenon 30 includes two tenons, and each of the first and second fingers 112 and 212 includes two first and second mortises 111 and 211, respectively, but this is by way of example and not limitation, and the number of tenons 320 and the first and second mortises 111 and 211 may be any number as desired.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, when the first mating portion 110 mates with the second mating portion 210, the first mating portion 110 and the second mating portion 210 together define a mortise recess 330, the mortise recess 330 being complementary in shape to the base 310 of the tenon 30 to allow the base 310 to seat in the mortise recess 330. In other embodiments, the tenon recess 330 may be slightly larger than the base 310 of the tenon 30. In other embodiments, the mortise 330 may be absent.
The quick release clip of the present embodiment is a P-type quick release clip, but this is by way of example only and not by way of limitation, and the quick release clip structure of the present invention is applicable to other types of quick release clips.
The quick release clamp of the utility model has the following advantages: after the clamp band is secured to the mounting area using the fasteners at initial assembly, no further manipulation of the fasteners is required. When the part to be fixed is disassembled, only the tenon needs to be pulled out; and when the part to be fixed is installed, only the first half part and the second half part are butted and the tenon is inserted into the mortise, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the time and labor cost are saved.
While the structure and method of installation of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are intended in an illustrative rather than in a limiting sense. Thus, modifications and variations may be made to the present invention which fall within the scope of the claims appended hereto.
