Based on the above design concept, an exemplary structure of the wire harness fixing device of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and includes a fixing body 1 located at the middle portion, and two binding tapes 3 disposed at opposite sides of the fixing body 1. Here, the band 3 can be in other numbers than two, such as one, three, etc. For the convenience of describing the invention, the connection part is a projection welding stud not shown in the drawings, and the thread on the projection welding stud is the thread part.
The structure of the fixing body 1 is as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the central portion thereof is a sleeving hole 101 capable of being sleeved on a projection welding stud, the lock tongue 102 is located on the inner peripheral wall of the sleeving hole 101, specifically, two lock tongues 102 are oppositely arranged along the radial direction of the projection welding stud, and in the axial direction of the projection welding stud, the heads of the two lock tongues 102 have a height difference h, preferably, the height difference h of the heads of the two lock tongues 102 is 1/2 of the pitch of the threads on the projection welding stud, so that after the two lock tongues 102 are assembled with the thread portion, the heads of the two lock tongues 102 can be completely embedded into the gap between adjacent threads, so as to form an embedding fit with the thread portion.

A through hole 103 for the ribbon 3 to pass through is formed through both sides of the through hole 103 in the fixing body 1, a clamping portion 104 extending into the through hole 103 is fixedly connected to the fixing body 1, and clamping teeth are formed on the clamping portion 104 so as to be engaged with a fitting portion 301 described below. Specifically, the snap-in teeth are configured as multi-stage snap-in teeth so that the problem that the cable harness is shaken due to loose and dragging failure of the cable tie 3 can be effectively prevented. In this structure, the through-hole 103 may not be provided with the engaging portion 104.
The ribbon 3 is provided with a fixed end fixedly connected with the fixed main body 1 and a free end; wherein, ribbon 3 can be integrated into one piece's structure with fixed main part 1, still can be for the solid connection structure as an organic whole through equipment such as bonding, joint. In addition, an engaging portion 301 is formed on the binding belt 3, the engaging portion 301 is configured to be an engaging tooth arranged along the length direction of the binding belt 3, and after the binding belt 3 is wound in the circumferential direction of the binding belt, the engaging tooth and the clamping tooth are engaged and self-locked due to the guiding of the free end, so that the clamping of the binding belt 3 and the fixing main body 1 is formed. Here, the band 3 can be of other construction than that described above, as is known in the art.
In order to prevent the wire harness from slipping after being tightened, a bulge 302 is formed on the cable tie 3 between the fixed end and the clamping teeth, so that when the cable tie 3 is wound on the wire harness, the bulge 302 is pressed on the wire harness, and the wire harness can be effectively prevented from sliding. In this embodiment, the protrusions 302 are three circular protrusions 302, but the protrusions 302 may also be anti-slip structures with other numbers and shapes, such as one, two, etc., and the shape may be a long strip, a square, etc.
In order to further ensure the stable and reliable connection between the fixing body 1 and the projection welding stud, a locking part 2 with an extrusion part 201 is arranged on the fixing body 1, the locking part 2 has a fastening state fixedly connected with the fixing body 1 and a disengagement state disengaged from the fastening state and disengaged from the fixing body 1; in the tightened state of the locking part 2, the pressing part 201 is configured to apply a pressing force to the latch 102 toward the threaded part.

In order to prevent the locking portion 2 from being lost, a hook portion 2011 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the locking portion 2, the hook portion 2011 can be clamped into the second clamping hole 107 to form a hook with the fixing body 1, at this time, the locking portion 2 does not completely enter the clamping groove 105, the extrusion portion 201 does not form extrusion on the lock tongue 102, that is, the locking portion 2 is in a disengaged state at this time.
