step 8: the background server receives the rectification completion instruction and then sends a re-acquisition instruction to the acquisition mobile terminal;
step 9: the acquisition mobile terminal acquires corresponding image information again according to the received acceptance information after receiving the re-acquisition instruction and uploads the image information to the background server; executing the step 4;
step 10: and returning acceptance passing information to the acquisition mobile terminal and the execution mobile terminal.
