Description

Method for manufacturing filament non-woven fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of filament non-woven fabrics, in particular to a manufacturing method of filament non-woven fabrics.
Background
The existing method for manufacturing filament non-woven fabrics, commonly called a spunbonding method, basically adopts polymer particles (such as polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, polyethylene, polylactic acid and the like) as raw materials, and forms continuous and uniform melt through a spinneret plate after heating, melting, extruding and metering, and then carries out one-step process routes of cooling, stretching (mechanical or air flow), lapping, consolidation (hot rolling, needling, hot air, water needling and the like) and winding. The production efficiency is high, the product is widely applied, but the product produced by the technology is limited in that the raw material is an organic material which can be melted by heating, and is not suitable for basalt with the raw material property of inorganic mineral substances. There is also a production technique which is carried out by unwinding, dividing, webbing, consolidating to a winding process using shaped filament cakes without melt spinning, known as a two-step process. The application range of the raw materials of the two-step process is far longer than that of the one-step process, but the requirement of the use scene of the basalt continuous filament fiber non-woven fabric is different from that of the product tissue structure produced by the existing two-step process, so that the production of the product meeting the use scene of the basalt continuous filament fiber non-woven fabric according to the existing two-step process cannot be realized.
Chinese patent (application number: 201310292596.2) discloses a method for manufacturing filament non-woven fabrics, which comprises the following steps: firstly, unwinding filament fibers by using a creel; the filament fiber comprises polyphenylene sulfide fiber, aramid fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, viscose fiber, polyimide fiber or polyacrylonitrile fiber, and carbon fiber, glass fiber or basalt fiber, and is untwisted continuous filament with fineness of 1-200 μm; washing the filament fiber by adopting ultrasonic waves, and drying the filament fiber by utilizing a single fiber drying device; then, the filament fiber is sent into a tubular drafting machine through a speed regulating roller and a tensioner to be drafted and accelerated, and then the filament fiber is evenly dispersed through a filament swinging device and is laid on a net-forming curtain to form a filament fiber net; finally, the filament fiber net is manufactured into filament non-woven fabrics by a non-woven fabric processing method of needling, water needling or hot rolling.
A Chinese patent (application No. 97117575.6) entitled "apparatus for forming a long fiber web and method for producing a long fiber nonwoven fabric" discloses a long fiber web forming apparatus and method for producing a long fiber nonwoven fabric, wherein long fibers are used as raw materials, a fiber web is formed by the long fiber web forming apparatus, and the formed fiber web is subjected to consolidation process, thereby obtaining a long fiber nonwoven fabric. The method of the present invention omits the extruder and spinning system of the general spunbonding nonwoven process, and omits the cotton opening, carding and stacking processes of the traditional staple nonwoven process. Therefore, the method not only simplifies the manufacturing process, but also has wider application range due to the diversified selection of raw materials.
Chinese patent (application number: 201811108973.1) patent name "a method for producing nonwoven fabric by filament yarn-forming using filament yarn cake as raw material", the patent discloses a method for producing nonwoven fabric by filament yarn-forming using filament yarn cake as raw material, the method comprises: (1) Placing a filament bundle cake on a creel, and unwinding the filament bundle from the cake; (2) Introducing the unwound filament bundles into a godet by a godet; (3) quantitatively feeding the filament bundles into a filament divider through a filament guiding disc; (4) Separating the filament bundles into loose single-fiber shapes by a filament separator; 5) Superposing the separated single-fiber filaments with each other through a lapping machine to form a uniform fiber web; (6) processing the fiber web into a nonwoven fabric by a consolidation method. The invention aims to provide a method for producing non-woven fabrics by filament yarn dividing and forming with filament yarn bundle cakes as raw materials, which has simple equipment, low investment and wide application range.
The three cited patents are two-step processes for producing non-woven fabrics, which have the following problems: (1) Although the basalt continuous filament fiber can be selected as a raw material, the basalt continuous filament fiber belongs to an inorganic fiber, and can not be solidified by a heating method; if needle punching, stitch bonding or other methods are used for consolidation, basalt continuous filament fibers may be broken and not consolidated; (2) The above-cited patent emphasizes that the fibers of the continuous filament bundles are dispersed to obtain a satisfactory distribution effect, but that the nonwoven fabric produced from the dispersed basalt continuous filament fibers is not required for the subsequent process.
