ii.2 receiving red focus: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the second trolley (22), moving the second trolley (22) with the empty coke tank along the first track (11), running the first trolley (21) under the crane derrick (5) and clamping and positioning, lifting the coke tank full of red coke by the transporting crane (6), then carrying the empty coke tank by the second trolley (22) to the coke oven (111) to receive the red coke, moving the second trolley (22) with the coke tank filled with the red coke along the first track (11) to the coke oven side of the crane derrick (5) and clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.3 lifting red coke: the transporting crane (6) lifts the coke tank filled with red coke from the first trolley (21) and moves the coke tank filled with red coke to the upper part of the second track (12) along the crane track (6),
and ii.4, red coke is put down: the transporting crane (6) lowers the coke tank filled with red coke onto a third trolley (23),
ii.5 transporting red coke: loosening a positioning device (4) for clamping a third trolley (23), wherein the third trolley (23) carries a coke tank filled with red coke and a fourth trolley (24) to move to a dry quenching furnace (121) along a second track (12), the fourth trolley (24) is connected with an empty coke tank rear moving trolley at a crane derrick (5), the third trolley (23) moves to the lower part of the crane derrick (5) and then discharges coke for quenching, the third trolley (23) and the fourth trolley (24) carry the empty coke tank together to move to the dry quenching side of the crane derrick (5) along the second track (12) and are clamped by the positioning device (4),
ii.6 transporting empty coke pot: the dumping crane (6) lifts the empty coke tank from the fourth trolley (24) and moves the empty coke tank to the upper part of the first track (11) along the crane track (6),
ii.7 emptying the coke drum: the empty coke tank is lowered onto a first trolley (21) by a transfer crane (6),
ii.8 receiving red focus: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the first trolley (21), moving the first trolley (21) with the empty coke tank to the coke oven (111) along the first track (11) to receive red coke, moving the first trolley (21) with the coke tank filled with red coke to the coke oven side of the crane derrick (5) along the first track (11) after receiving red coke, clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.9 lifting red coke: the transporting crane (6) lifts the coke tank filled with red coke from the second trolley (22) and moves the coke tank filled with red coke to the upper part of the second track (12) along the crane track (6),
and ii.10, red coke is put down: the transporting crane (6) lowers the coke tank filled with red coke onto a fourth trolley (24),
ii.11 transport red coke: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the fourth trolley (24), moving the fourth trolley (24) with the coke tank filled with red coke to the coke quenching device along the second track (12) for coke quenching, moving the fourth trolley (24) with the empty coke tank to the dry coke quenching side of the crane derrick (5) along the second track (12) after coke quenching, clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.12 transfer empty coke pot: the dumping crane (6) lifts the empty coke drum from the third trolley (23) and moves the empty coke drum along the crane track (6) to above the first track (11),
repeating the steps ii.1 to ii.12.
5. A method of using a coke drum transport apparatus for use between different rails as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the method comprises the following steps of:
i. vehicle positioning: the first trolley (21) and the second trolley (22) move to the lower part of the coke oven side of the crane derrick (5) along the first track (11), the first trolley (21) is clamped by the positioning device (4) under the crane derrick (5), the first trolley (21) is driven away from the crane derrick (5) after the operation of the first trolley (21) is completed, and the driven-in second trolley (22) is clamped, so that the first trolley (21) and the second trolley (22) are sequentially fixed on the first track (11);
the third trolley (23) and the fourth trolley (24) move to the lower part of the dry quenching side of the crane derrick (5) along the second track (12), the positioning device (4) under the crane derrick (5) clamps the third trolley (23) firstly, drives away from the crane derrick (5) after the operation of the third trolley (23) is completed, clamps the fourth trolley (24) which is driven in, and enables the third trolley (23) and the fourth trolley (24) to be fixed on the second track (12) in sequence;
the transporting crane (6) moves to the upper part of the first track (11) along the crane track (6);
and ii, transporting coke:
ii.1, emptying the coke tank: the empty coke tank is lowered onto a second trolley (22) by a transfer crane (6),
ii.2 receiving red focus: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the second trolley (22), moving the second trolley (22) with the empty coke tank along the first track (11), running the first trolley (21) under the crane derrick (5) and clamping and positioning, lifting the coke tank full of red coke by the transporting crane (6), then carrying the empty coke tank by the second trolley (22) to the coke oven (111) to receive the red coke, moving the second trolley (22) with the coke tank filled with the red coke along the first track (11) to the coke oven side of the crane derrick (5) and clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.3 lifting red coke: the transporting crane (6) lifts the coke tank filled with red coke from the first trolley (21) and moves the coke tank filled with red coke to the upper part of the second track (12) along the crane track (6),
and ii.4, red coke is put down: the transporting crane (6) lowers the coke tank filled with red coke onto a third trolley (23),
ii.5 transporting red coke: loosening a positioning device (4) for clamping a third trolley (23), wherein the third trolley (23) carries a coke tank filled with red coke and a fourth trolley (24) to move to a dry quenching furnace (121) along a second track (12), the fourth trolley (24) is connected with an empty coke tank rear moving trolley at a crane derrick (5), the third trolley (23) moves to the lower part of the crane derrick (5) and then discharges coke for quenching, the third trolley (23) and the fourth trolley (24) carry the empty coke tank together to move to the dry quenching side of the crane derrick (5) along the second track (12) and are clamped by the positioning device (4),
ii.6 transporting empty coke pot: the dumping crane (6) lifts the empty coke tank from the fourth trolley (24) and moves the empty coke tank to the upper part of the first track (11) along the crane track (6),
ii.7 emptying the coke drum: the empty coke tank is lowered onto a first trolley (21) by a transfer crane (6),
ii.8 receiving red focus: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the first trolley (21), moving the first trolley (21) with the empty coke tank to the coke oven (111) along the first track (11) to receive red coke, moving the first trolley (21) with the coke tank filled with red coke to the coke oven side of the crane derrick (5) along the first track (11) after receiving red coke, clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.9 lifting red coke: the transporting crane (6) lifts the coke tank filled with red coke from the second trolley (22) and moves the coke tank filled with red coke to the upper part of the second track (12) along the crane track (6),
and ii.10, red coke is put down: the transporting crane (6) lowers the coke tank filled with red coke onto a fourth trolley (24),
ii.11 transport red coke: releasing the positioning device (4) clamping the fourth trolley (24), moving the fourth trolley (24) with the coke tank filled with red coke to the coke quenching device along the second track (12) for coke quenching, moving the fourth trolley (24) with the empty coke tank to the dry coke quenching side of the crane derrick (5) along the second track (12) after coke quenching, clamping by the positioning device (4),
ii.12 transfer empty coke pot: the dumping crane (6) lifts the empty coke drum from the third trolley (23) and moves the empty coke drum along the crane track (6) to above the first track (11),
repeating the steps ii.1 to ii.12.
