The silencer plate 9 is corrugated, the included angle of the corrugation is 45-60 degrees, the silencer plate is made of PVC materials, the upper end of the silencer plate 9 extends to the highest position of the main waste gas input port 3, and the width of the silencer plate 9 can simultaneously shield all the main waste gas input ports 3.
Referring to fig. 10, after two fluids enter the box body 1 through the main exhaust gas inlet 3, they impact the surface of the silencing plate 9, the corrugated surface of the silencing plate 9 can split the air flow, the split air flows will interfere with each other, the impact force of the air flow is relieved, meanwhile, the air flow is prevented from vertically impacting the side wall of the box body 1, and the noise generated in the air inlet process is reduced.
The silencer 9 can be directly replaced after being damaged by the impact of the two fluids, and compared with a replacement pipeline, the silencer 9 is smaller in replacement difficulty and lower in maintenance cost.
The isolation plate 10 is a straight plate, and the upper end of the isolation plate 10 extends to the position of the box cover 2;
the partition board 10 plays a role in blocking gas circulation in the box, and liquid drops input at the main waste gas input port 3 are prevented from entering the auxiliary waste gas input port 4 when external equipment is not exhausted.
The surface of the case cover 2 is provided with strip-shaped air holes, the inner side of the case cover 2 is provided with a supporting frame 11, the supporting frame 11 is provided with a filter element 12, and the filter element 12 can completely cover all the air holes.
The bleeder vent is used for exhausting, avoids the too high collection work that influences waste water waste gas in the box 1, and filter 12 is used for sheltering from the bleeder vent, and is isolated inside box 1 with most aqueous vapor, avoids external impurity to get into in the box 1 simultaneously.
The filter element 12 is sheet glass wool, has good moisture and ventilation effects, and can play a role in noise reduction.
The bottom of the case 1 is fitted with a bottom bracket 13.
Referring to fig. 11, according to practical requirements, four rollers 14 may be mounted on the bottom of the bottom bracket 13, and the rollers 14 are universal wheels with locking structures.
The roller 14 mechanism can facilitate free handling of the drain box to accommodate different job scenario requirements.
