step one, arranging a filter chamber (5) under the air flow of a paint spray booth (3), communicating the filter chamber (5) with the paint spray booth (3) through a gas collecting hood (8), and allowing paint mist-containing gas in the paint spray booth (3) to enter the filter chamber through the gas collecting hood (8);
step two, the folding openings of the plurality of carton filters are closed and are arranged orderly, the plurality of carton filters are fixed into a carton filter group through a support, a single carton filter in the carton filter group can be replaced quickly and is placed in the direction below the air flow of the paint spray booth (3), the windward side of the carton filter group is opposite to a paint spray gun, and a corresponding air passage (7) is reserved at the air outlet side of the carton filter group of the filter chamber (5);
and thirdly, generating negative pressure in the air passage (7), infusing paint mist generated in the paint spraying process in the paint spraying room (3) to the windward side in the carton filter group under the action of air flow, forcing the air in the paint spraying room (3) to be infused to the carton filter under the action of the gas collecting hood (8), and finally enabling the purified air to flow to the waste gas treatment equipment through the air passage (7).
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the labyrinth type paint mist filter comprises: the filter chamber (5) is positioned at any one side or two sides of the bottom, the side and the top of the paint spray booth (3).
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the labyrinth type paint mist filter comprises: the filter chamber (5) still is provided with the reserve filter assembly of multiunit (6), and reserve filter assembly (6) set up side by side with the carton filter group that is using, and when the carton filter group that is using is full-loaded, can replace fast, guarantees the normal use in spray booth (3).
