Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缆绳系带装置。
背景技术
这种类型的缆绳系带较为详细地叙述在SE 510655之中。
在此缆绳系带中,头部依之不再能够卡住捆扎部的扎紧力主要由头部的厚度来决定。在这方面特别不利的是以下事实,即头部具有一沟状凹槽,虽然它有助于引入捆扎部,但会削弱头部。
因此在此存在一种需求,即以比较薄壁和细长的锁定头来获得强大的锁定力。
US 3837047披露了一种模塑塑料扎系带,设计得以致它可以通过通常的模塑工艺方法制成,其中各模塑部分和任何一些插入部都移动在同样方向上,亦即彼此跨越。扎系带的截面设计成沿着各边缘带有各锁定凸缘,这些凸缘向上和向下伸展,也就是说,从系带的两侧伸出。当扎系带的所述截面被插入锁定头时,扎系带由于各锁定凸缘与具有互补形状的锁定头中各部分之间的可靠的互锁啮合而在锁定头中形成一桥状加强件。各锁定凸缘赋予扎系带以较大厚度和挠曲刚度,会限制扎系带的柔性并从而在系紧各缆绳细束时构成一种缺点。
发明内容
本发明在所述类型扎系带方面的目的是制作一种装置,显著地增大所需用以强制断开扎系带的力量,同时即使在系紧各缆绳细束时仍能确保扎系带的柔韧性和耐用性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扎系带装置,包括一具有一定宽度和厚度的细长捆扎部,在一端处具有一宽度小于捆扎部的细长插入部,而在另一端处具有一锁定头,锁定头一方面带有一通孔,用于捆扎部并具有与捆扎部基本相同的宽度但大于捆扎部厚度的高度,以及另一方面在通孔的一横向壁部上带有一沟状凹槽,其宽度致使它允许插入部经由凹槽被插进通孔而形成一扎系环圈,而各相互作用的构件设置在捆扎部上和锁定头之中,设计得通过彼此可靠的互锁啮合相对于锁定头锁定捆扎部,以及指向通孔的销状凸起配置在凸槽的每一边缘处,捆扎部具有沿着其相应边缘延伸的沟槽,所述沟槽设计用来当捆扎部被插进通孔时与相应凸起的自由端啮合

具体实施方式
示于图中的符合本发明的一种缆绳系带的实施例包含一头部1、一捆扎部2、一宽度小于捆扎部2的插入部3和一用作抓握片的端部4。捆扎部2的长度原则上是任意的,一如插入部3的长度,后者至少与头部1一般长。端部4具有一大于捆扎部2的宽度并在至少一侧上配置各横向脊,以便当比如围绕一束缆绳或类似物拉紧系带时抓握这部分。
头部1配置一通孔6,延伸在头部1的纵向上并横交各捆扎部2-4。一沟状凹槽7穿过头部的上壁并具有一适于接受插入部3的宽度,此凹槽连带有向外倾斜的边缘,后者也可以当作是各导引边缘,用于导引插入部3向下进入通孔6。一榫舌8形式的锁定件设置在通孔之中。此榫舌从通孔6底部开始而主要沿对角线方向伸向通孔6的相对一端并伸向沟状凹槽7。在面对沟状凹槽7的一侧上,榫舌8配置许多制逆齿9,目的是要与捆扎部2上的相应制逆牙齿10相互作用。在把插入部3穿进榫舌8顶上的通孔6之后,一如图2之中所示,其将被下压向通孔6的底部而随后回弹以便确保齿9与10之间的咬合。特别应当指出,榫舌的形状和在通孔6中的固紧位置意味着齿9与10之间的咬合随着捆扎部2上拉力的增大而加强。
端部4具有另一重要功能。由于以下事实,即其宽度防止它经由通孔6脱出,所以可以容易通过把插入部3向下送入凹槽7而形成一个比如松松地围绕一束缆绳的环圈。另外一些缆绳在扎系带被系紧之前可以随需要通过所述环圈被插入。
按照本发明,向内指向通孔6的凸起11设置在凹槽7的各个边缘上。一沟槽12沿着捆扎部2的每一边缘延伸。各凸起11设计得当捆扎部被插进通孔6时与各沟槽12啮合。头部1各壁的锁定从而借助于捆扎部2予以实现,使得所述各壁即使在较高拉紧力作用下也维持在一起,也就是说,凹槽7的宽度保持不变。因此,即使在强烈拉紧力作用下,扎系带的可靠锁定也可以实现。

Claims (1)

1.一种扎系带装置,包括一具有一定宽度和厚度的细长捆扎部(2),在一端处具有一宽度小于捆扎部(2)的细长插入部(3),而在另一端处具有一锁定头(1),锁定头一方面带有一通孔(6),用于捆扎部(2)并具有与捆扎部(2)基本相同的宽度但大于捆扎部(2)厚度的高度,以及另一方面在通孔(6)的一横向壁部上带有一沟状凹槽(7),其宽度致使它允许插入部(3)经由凹槽(7)被插进通孔(6)而形成一扎系环圈,而各相互作用的构件设置在捆扎部(2)上和锁定头(1)之中,设计得通过彼此可靠的互锁啮合相对于锁定头(1)锁定捆扎部(2),以及指向通孔(6)的销状凸起(11)配置在凸槽(7)的每一边缘处,其特征在于,捆扎部(2)具有沿着其相应边缘延伸的沟槽(12),所述沟槽设计用来当捆扎部(2)被插进通孔(6)时与相应凸起(11)的自由端啮合。
