a data acquisition module configured to: acquiring the temperature and the liquid level of engine oil in an engine oil pan;
a control module configured to: according to the comparison between the liquid level of engine oil in the engine oil pan and a preset calibration value, the engine oil is automatically replenished or automatically extracted; before automatic engine oil replenishment, regulating the temperature of engine oil to be replenished according to the temperature of engine oil in an engine oil pan; when the automatic replenishment or automatic extraction of the engine oil is performed, the flow rate of the replenished engine oil or the extracted engine oil is adjusted according to the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan.
The operation method of the system is the same as the control method of engine oil capacity and temperature in embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.

Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature, comprising:
acquiring the temperature and the liquid level of engine oil in an engine oil pan;
according to the comparison between the liquid level of engine oil in the engine oil pan and a preset calibration value, the engine oil is automatically replenished or automatically extracted; before automatic engine oil replenishment, regulating the temperature of engine oil to be replenished according to the temperature of engine oil in an engine oil pan; when the automatic replenishment or automatic extraction of the engine oil is performed, the flow rate of the replenished engine oil or the extracted engine oil is adjusted according to the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan.

The method for controlling the capacity and temperature of engine oil according to claim 1, wherein the oil to be replenished is detected, and when it is judged that the oil to be replenished is degraded or contaminated, an early warning is made to reduce the rotation speed and torque of the engine.
3. The method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature according to claim 1, wherein the preset calibration value is a preset range value; when the oil level in the engine oil pan is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range value, the engine oil is automatically replenished; when the oil level in the engine oil pan is greater than the maximum value of the preset range value, the engine oil is automatically extracted; when the oil level in the engine oil pan is within a preset range, automatic replenishment and automatic extraction of oil are not performed.

The method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature according to claim 3, wherein a law of change in temperature of oil in an engine oil pan in a preset time period before a current time is determined, and when the oil level in the engine oil pan is in a downward trend and the rate of change in temperature in the preset time period is greater than a preset value, the temperature of the oil to be replenished is adjusted in advance.
5. The method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature as set forth in claim 1, wherein the oil level at a plurality of locations in the engine oil pan is obtained, and an average of the oil levels at the plurality of locations is taken as the level of the oil in the engine oil pan.
6. The method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature according to claim 5, wherein a side wall temperature of an engine oil pan is detected to determine a boundary line at which a maximum temperature difference occurs; and judging whether the boundary line is overlapped with the liquid level of the engine oil in the final engine oil pan, if so, determining the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan as the final determined liquid level, otherwise, continuing to detect the liquid level and the temperature to carry out re-judgment.

The method for controlling the capacity and temperature of engine oil according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the engine oil to be replenished is adjusted to be equal to the temperature of the engine oil in the engine oil pan before the automatic replenishment of the engine oil is performed; when the automatic replenishment of the engine oil is carried out, if the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan is lower than a first preset value, the replenishment flow rate of the engine oil is increased; when the automatic extraction of the engine oil is carried out, if the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan is higher than a second preset value, the oil extraction flow is increased; the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value.
8. A control system for engine oil capacity and temperature, comprising:
a data acquisition module configured to: acquiring the temperature and the liquid level of engine oil in an engine oil pan;
a control module configured to: according to the comparison between the liquid level of engine oil in the engine oil pan and a preset calibration value, the engine oil is automatically replenished or automatically extracted; before automatic engine oil replenishment, regulating the temperature of engine oil to be replenished according to the temperature of engine oil in an engine oil pan; when the automatic replenishment or automatic extraction of the engine oil is performed, the flow rate of the replenished engine oil or the extracted engine oil is adjusted according to the liquid level of the engine oil in the engine oil pan.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the engine oil capacity and temperature control method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method for controlling engine oil capacity and temperature of an engine as claimed in any one of claims 1-7 when executing the program.
