Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothing fabrics, in particular to a manufacturing method of waterproof and antibacterial pure cotton clothing fabrics.
Background
The garment is made of the fabric, the fabric is a material for making the garment, and as one of three factors of the garment, the fabric can not only explain the style and the characteristics of the garment, but also directly show the color and the modeling of the garment, and the garment is noble and perfect and has soft hand feeling; cotton fabric is moisture-absorbing, breathable and comfortable to wear, and is popular with people, but the cotton fabric has larger specific surface area and stronger moisture-absorbing capacity; in the southern plum rain season, pure cotton clothes are easy to be attached by microorganisms, and microorganisms grow and propagate on textiles, so that not only are the cleanliness and wearing comfort of the textiles affected, but also cotton fibers are discolored or damaged due to the propagation of the microorganisms, special odors are generated, even disease transmission is caused, and the health of users is affected. In order to reduce the invasion of bacteria to human bodies, the cotton fabric is very necessary to be subjected to waterproof and antibacterial finishing.
The most important factors in the antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics are antibacterial agents, which can be classified into inorganic antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and composite antibacterial agents according to their structures. In the inorganic antibacterial agent, the fabric finished by the silver antibacterial agent has excellent antibacterial capability, but the antibacterial performance is weakened due to the increase of washing times, the nano silver antibacterial auxiliary agent is easy to fall off in the washing process, and the human skin is damaged, and the use is forbidden, so that the invention provides the manufacturing method of the waterproof antibacterial pure cotton clothing fabric.
