Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴及制备方法，该中药敷贴包括如下重量份的原料：丹参8‑15份、红花6‑12份、川牛膝10‑15份、大黄12‑18份、附子12‑18份、侧柏12‑18份、赤芍12‑18份、乳香12‑18份、没药12‑18份、当归6‑12份、桃仁10‑15份、柴胡6‑10份、桂枝6‑10份、花椒8‑12份、干姜8‑12份、三棱8‑12份、莪术8‑12份、栀子6‑12份、独活8‑12份、茜草8‑12份、艾叶8‑12份、威灵仙8‑12份、荆芥8‑12份；本发明由二十余种纯中草药配置而成，对跌打损伤、扭伤等肿痛能快速根治，对骨质增生、骨刺造成的肿胀、疼痛有明显的疗效，对骨质增生、骨刺有明显软化效果，对治疗颈椎、腰椎疼痛，肩周炎有明显疗效，特别是活血、通络、化瘀、消肿、去痛方面具有明显治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴及制 备方法。
背景技术
跌打损伤肿痛、骨质增生、骨刺，为多发症，尤其中老年人。如因跌打、扭伤、撞伤、挫伤等造成的肿痛不及时医治，会造成肿痛时间延长或造成肌肉组织、骨骼损伤永久性损伤；骨质增生、骨刺为中老年人慢发症，若诊治不及时，会愈发严重，造成肿胀、疼痛加 剧，甚至造成行动不便。出现跌打、扭伤性肿痛、骨质增生骨刺等症状，关键是及时治疗。 目前治疗方法，普遍是吃药、输液、黑膏贴敷，治疗时间长，效果不佳。其主要原因是没 有从根本上施药治疗；因此需要一种新型的一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴 及制备方法来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴，由二十余种纯中 草药配置而成，对跌打损伤、扭伤等肿痛能快速根治，对骨质增生、骨刺造成的肿胀、疼 痛有明显的疗效，对骨质增生、骨刺有明显软化效果，对治疗颈椎、腰椎疼痛，肩周炎有明显疗效，特别是活血、通络、化瘀、消肿、去痛方面具有明显治疗效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴，该中 药敷贴包括如下重量份的原料：丹参8-15份、红花6-12份、川牛膝10-15份、大黄12-18份、 附子12-18份、侧柏12-18份、赤芍12-18份、乳香12-18份、没药12-18份、当归6-12份、桃仁 10-15份、柴胡6-10份、桂枝6-10份、花椒8-12份、干姜8-12份、三棱8-12份、莪术8-12份、栀子6-12份、独活8-12份、茜草8-12份、艾叶8-12份、威灵仙8-12份、荆芥8-12份、王不留10-15份。

一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴制备方法，具体包括以下步骤：
S101、挑选重量份无霉变和虫蛀现象的丹参、红花、川牛膝、大黄、附子、侧柏、赤芍、 乳香、没药、当归、桃仁、柴胡、桂枝、花椒、干姜、三棱、莪术、栀子、独活、茜草、艾 叶、威灵仙、荆芥和王不留，清洁干净后烘干处理，得到制备原料；
S102、将所述步骤S101制备原料中的花椒、桃仁和王不留热炒后加工粉末，同时将其他 中药材打碎，加工成粉末状，以六号筛过滤，除去杂质；得到混合原料；
S103、将S102中得到的混合原料配以高度纯粮食酒，调和为稠糊状即可；
进一步的，所述步骤S102中热炒的温度控制在40-60℃之间，所述步骤S103中的粮食酒的 度数为52-60度。

一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴，该中药敷贴包括如下重量份的原料：丹 参12份、红花10份、川牛膝14份、大黄15份、附子16份、侧柏17份、赤芍15份、乳香16份、 没药16份、当归12份、桃仁11份、柴胡7份、桂枝8份、花椒9份、干姜10份、三棱9份、莪术10份、栀子8份、独活10份、茜草9份、艾叶9份、威灵仙11份、荆芥10份、王不留13份。
实施例2

一种治疗跌打损伤、骨增生和骨刺的中药敷贴制备方法，具体包括以下步骤：
S101、挑选重量份无霉变和虫蛀现象的丹参、红花、川牛膝、大黄、附子、侧柏、赤芍、 乳香、没药、当归、桃仁、柴胡、桂枝、花椒、干姜、三棱、莪术、栀子、独活、茜草、艾 叶、威灵仙、荆芥和王不留，清洁干净后烘干处理，得到制备原料；
S102、将所述步骤S101制备原料中的花椒、桃仁和王不留热炒后加工粉末，同时将其他 中药材打碎，加工成粉末状，以六号筛过滤，除去杂质；得到混合原料；
S103、将S102中得到的混合原料配以高度纯粮食酒，调和为稠糊状即可；

本实施例中，本重要敷贴的使用方法为：将调制好的稠糊药粉敷于症状部位，用医用纱 布或保鲜膜包覆固定，敷药次数：每天1-2次，敷药时间：每次2-3小时，也可制作为膏药进 行贴敷，贴敷时间适当延长1-2小时。
案例1、
范某某、男、6岁，2018年5月20日诊，屋内窗台玩耍，跌落，左脚左侧肿胀，敷药一次， 症状减轻，连敷三次症状基本消失。
案例2、
孟某某、女、74岁，2011年7月诊，行走中不慎跌倒，右膝盖部红肿，无法行走，敷药一 次，当天症状减轻，敷药三天，可正常行走。
案例3、
韩某某、腰椎骨质增生，疼痛难忍，敷药一次，疼痛部位发热(自述)，敷药两天症状减轻，连敷七天，疼痛基本消失，可以正常活动。
案例4、
范某某、49岁，2021年8月诊，骑电瓶车跌倒，左膝盖部肿胀，无法行走，敷药当天症状 减轻，敷药三天红肿症状明显好转，又巩固两天可正常行走。
由此可见：跌打、扭伤、撞伤、挫伤等引起的各类肿痛，敷药一次症状明显减轻，坚持 敷药直至肿痛症状消除；颈椎、腰椎盘突出、骨刺引起的肿痛一般敷药3-4天症状明显减轻。
本实施例中，本中药敷贴由二十余种纯中草药配置而成，对跌打损伤、扭伤等肿痛能快 速根治，对骨质增生、骨刺造成的肿胀、疼痛有明显的疗效，对骨质增生、骨刺有明显软化 效果，对治疗颈椎、腰椎疼痛，肩周炎有明显疗效，特别是活血、通络、化瘀、消肿、去痛方面具有明显治疗效果。

S101、挑选重量份无霉变和虫蛀现象的丹参、红花、川牛膝、大黄、附子、侧柏、赤芍、乳香、没药、当归、桃仁、柴胡、桂枝、花椒、干姜、三棱、莪术、栀子、独活、茜草、艾叶、威灵仙、荆芥和王不留，清洁干净后烘干处理，得到制备原料；
S102、将所述步骤S101制备原料中的花椒、桃仁和王不留热炒后加工粉末，同时将其他中药材打碎，加工成粉末状，以六号筛过滤，除去杂质；得到混合原料；
