Background
The filter tip is used as a bridge between a smoker and main stream smoke, not only can filter out part of harmful components in the smoke, but also can effectively intercept total particulate matters in the main stream smoke of the cigarette, reduce tar content and reduce harm of the smoke to human health and environment by connecting the filter tip on the cigarette.
Along with the increasing requirements of consumers on the quality of cigarettes, how to enhance the comfort of the smoke, improve the aroma and improve the quality of the cigarettes becomes a hot spot for research and development of various cigarette manufacturers. The method for preparing or loading the essence and the spice on the particles and adding the essence and the spice on the cigarette filter tip is a currently commonly adopted mode, and the cigarette filter tip is widely appreciated by consumers. The current widely used filter tip particles mainly comprise two types, one is that dry plants are made into particles with the size of 20-80 meshes, and essence and spice are added or not added so as to achieve different purposes; the second is to dissolve the liquid essence and perfume in a certain solvent to make into the form of explosion beads, and then to squeeze the explosion beads when in use, so that the essence and perfume are released. However, the flavour in both filter particles will be stronger in the front few mouths of the puff and less in the rear, i.e. no slow release effect.

The particle segment 30 includes first particles and second particles, which are used to enhance the flavor of the cigarette or to adsorb harmful gases in the cigarette smoke. The weight ratio of the first particles to the second particles is a preset weight ratio, wherein the preset weight ratio is specifically set according to practical situations, and the preset weight ratio can be that the weight ratio of the first particles to the second particles is 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0. The tipping paper 40 contains bacterial cellulose thereon.
In order to enrich the smoke feeling of the cigarettes and improve the adsorption effect of the filter tip, the first filter segment 10 is made of acetate fiber tows, and the second filter segment 20 is made of activated carbon fibers. The first particles are flavor slow-release particles for increasing the flavor of the cigarettes, and the second particles are polyethylene glycol particles.
The first particles of the embodiment are prepared by adsorbing a flavoring agent by slow-release shell powder particles, wherein the flavoring agent is one or more of crape myrtle essence, sandalwood essence, jasmine essence, rose essence, grass essence, lavender essence and peppermint essence. The slow release shell powder particles are obtained by putting clean shells into a plasma generator for cleaning, calcining, modifying by a high-pressure furnace, and mixing with chitosan.
The first particles were prepared as follows:
pretreating and modifying shell powder, namely cleaning clean shells in a plasma generator, adding the clean shells into 2-10% citric acid solution for soaking for 5-8 hours, preferably adding the clean shells into 6% citric acid solution for soaking for 6 hours in the embodiment, then performing sand cleaning, cleaning with clear water, airing and crushing into small pieces; putting the crushed shell small blocks into a tubular furnace, calcining for 4 hours at the temperature of 1000-1100 ℃, naturally cooling along with the furnace, then putting the calcined shell small blocks into a high-pressure furnace, controlling the temperature in the furnace to be 650-750 ℃, then injecting water vapor and nitrogen into the high-pressure furnace, and controlling the pressure in the high-pressure furnace to be 10-12 atmospheres for modification for 5 hours; taking out the modified shell small blocks, crushing and sieving the crushed shell small blocks with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain modified shell powder;
preparing slow-release shell powder particles, namely preparing 0.5% chitosan solution by adopting acetic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 1%, flatly spreading modified shell powder, uniformly spraying the chitosan solution, then drying until the chitosan solution with the mass of 0.5 times is sprayed, drying and granulating to obtain slow-release shell powder particles;
and (3) mixing the slow-release shell powder particles with the flavoring agent to obtain the accessory spice, and screening out the slow-release shell powder particles to obtain the first particles.
The flavoring agent is attached to the shell powder by utilizing the porous adsorption effect of the shell powder, and then the slow release of the flavoring agent is realized by chitosan, so that the phenomenon that the flavor of the front mouths of smoking is too strong is avoided.

in this embodiment, after the first particles and the second particles are mixed in a predetermined weight ratio, the mixed first particles and second particles are placed between the first filter stage 10 and the second filter stage 20.
And step S30, the first filter section, the mixed first particles and second particles and the first filter section are spliced through tipping paper to form the cigarette filter.
In the present embodiment, after the mixed first and second particles are placed between the first and second filter segments 10 and 20, the first filter segment 10, the mixed first and second particles, and the first filter segment 10 are attached by the tipping paper 40 to form a cigarette filter.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but rather is intended to cover any equivalents of the structures or equivalent processes disclosed herein or in the alternative, which may be employed directly or indirectly in other related arts.
