本发明属于纺织品抗菌剂技术领域,尤其是一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂及其制备方法,针对现有技术中抗菌效果有限、整理后的织物水洗多次后抗菌率下降等问题,现提出以下方案,有机无机复合抗菌剂包括有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂等,所述有机无机复合抗菌剂中的多种抗菌成分相互协同作用。本发明中通过有机无机抗菌成分协同作用,高效抗菌,简单高效,对人体健康不会造成损害;该方法不仅能实现有机、无机抗菌成分的充分混合,而且能够实现抗菌剂与织物的交联;另外,该抗菌剂制备工艺简单,精简生产工序,易工艺化推广。

本发明涉及纺织品抗菌剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品,即经纺织加工而成的产品。包括纱线、机织物、针织物、编织物等。随着社会的发展,物质条件的提高,人们对衣物的要求也是越来越高,希望纺织品能够自带除菌抗菌的效果,来满足人们的需要。
但是,现有的纺织品抗菌效果有限,并且在织物在多次水洗之后其抗菌率会严重下降,继而导致效果不佳,因此,亟需设计一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂及其制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
基于针对现有技术中抗菌效果有限、整理后的织物水洗多次后抗菌率下降等问题,本发明提出了一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂,有机无机复合抗菌剂包括有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂等,所述有机无机复合抗菌剂中的多种抗菌成分相互协同作用。
优选地,所述有机抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、L-精氨酸。
优选地,所述无机抗菌剂包括硝酸银、硫酸铜、纳米二氧化硅。
优选地,所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂配方及比例如下:壳聚糖0.5-5%,羧甲基壳聚糖0.2-2%,L-精氨酸0.2-2%,硝酸银0.1-3%,硫酸铜0.1-5%,纳米二氧化硅0.2-5%,分散剂1-2%,硅烷偶联剂剂0.2-0.5%。
优选地,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选地,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-570。
一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取一定量硝酸银、氨水、去离子水制成银氨溶液,加入一定量硫酸铜,置于磁力搅拌器上充分搅拌,制成溶液备用;
S2、用300W超声波超声一定量纳米二氧化硅、水与分散剂15-30min,备用;
S3、水浴锅升温至40-80℃,恒温,将一定量壳聚糖、L-精氨酸与去离子水混合置于水浴锅中,用缓冲溶液调节溶液PH至2-5使得壳聚糖等充分溶解;
S4、将上述三种溶液混合,依次添加羧甲基壳聚糖、硅烷偶联剂,充分搅拌,制成有机无机复合抗菌剂。

本发明的有益效果是通过有机无机抗菌成分协同作用,高效抗菌,简单高效,对人体健康不会造成损害;该方法不仅能实现有机、无机抗菌成分的充分混合,而且能够实现抗菌剂与织物的交联;另外,该抗菌剂制备工艺简单,精简生产工序,易工艺化推广。
具体实施方式
一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂,有机无机复合抗菌剂包括有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂等,所述有机无机复合抗菌剂中的多种抗菌成分相互协同作用。
本发明中,有机抗菌剂包括壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、L-精氨酸。
本发明中,无机抗菌剂包括硝酸银、硫酸铜、纳米二氧化硅。
本发明中,有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂配方及比例如下:壳聚糖0.5-5%,羧甲基壳聚糖0.2-2%,L-精氨酸0.2-2%,硝酸银0.1-3%,硫酸铜0.1-5%,纳米二氧化硅0.2-5%,分散剂1-2%,硅烷偶联剂剂0.2-0.5%。
本发明中,分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明中,硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-570。
一种纺织品用有机无机复合抗菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取一定量硝酸银、氨水、去离子水制成银氨溶液,加入一定量硫酸铜,置于磁力搅拌器上充分搅拌,制成溶液备用;
S2、用300W超声波超声一定量纳米二氧化硅、水与分散剂15-30min,备用;
S3、水浴锅升温至40-80℃,恒温,将一定量壳聚糖、L-精氨酸与去离子水混合置于水浴锅中,用缓冲溶液调节溶液PH至2-5使得壳聚糖等充分溶解;
S4、将上述三种溶液混合,依次添加羧甲基壳聚糖、硅烷偶联剂,充分搅拌,制成有机无机复合抗菌剂。
