本发明是关于无线连接式机动车胎压侦测系统,尤其是指一种无线辅助接收器的定位装置及其方法。
背景技术
在现代,为了使驾驶能够实时掌握汽车轮胎的状况,避免出现突然爆胎或胎压不足的情形,进而影响驾驶的行车安全,目前在国内许多机动车常配有胎压侦测系统,而常见的胎压侦测系统由分别装设于机动车轮圈的胎压侦测器以及在机动车内部的主机所组成,每一胎压侦测器于一定时间内会读取对应轮胎内的气压或其他预设参数如胎内温度、胎内湿度等,之后将读取结果传送给该主机。若任一胎压侦测器所感测的结果出现异常时,该胎压侦测系统产生警报讯号通知机动车的驾驶,使驾驶获得警示,减低意外发生的情况。
市面上业者在胎压侦测系统上,对于如何让主机判别不同车轮上的胎压侦测器所采用的方式,经常为刻录方法,利用仪器将各胎压侦测器对应的位置及序号刻录在主机上,以供主机辨别及明白,此种方法在稳定性上有着不错的效果。
然,此种方法虽然稳定,但若是要更换胎压侦测器或刻录的信息错误,通常只能回厂进行重新刻录,极其麻烦,容易造成使用者的困扰。
且,常见的无线式胎压侦测系统因为无线系统本身的限定,导致传递数据时偶尔会出现缺失的情形,同时,若在大型机动车上,部分无线式胎压侦测器会因为距离主机过远,而出现完全联机不到的状况,是以无线式胎压侦测器在大型机动车上的实用性不佳。
因此,若能优化改善上述情况,能有效提升使用者更换不同胎压侦测器的意愿及方便性,也减少回厂使用仪器所造成的麻烦以及使用者的更换胎压侦测器的人工成本,同时,数据的准确性能获得更多的保障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种无线辅助接收器的定位装置及其方法,其不需像传统刻录方式一样,每次都需更换或新增胎压侦测器都需回厂重新刻录序号,同时,因为使用多重验证系统,使定位更为准确,不像先前技术时常会出现漏失及错误的情况。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无线辅助接收器的定位装置,其包括有无线胎压侦测器、无线主机及无线辅助接收器,其中该无线胎压侦测器安装于机动车轮胎,且无线胎压侦测器包括有感测模组及讯息发出模组。
而无线主机设置于机动车上,包括有控制模组以及数据收发模组,该控制模组包括有依据接收数据进行定位判断的功能,该数据收发模组负责接收无线胎压侦测器所发出的讯息。
另外,无线辅助接收器与无线主机及无线胎压侦测器以无线系统连接,并设置于与无线主机不同的位置,且无线辅助接收器包括有主控模组及传收模组,该传收模组用以接收以及传递讯息。
其中,无线胎压侦测器以讯息发出模组传递讯息至数据收发模组与传收模组,而数据收发模组及传收模组进一步包括有感测与其连接的各无线胎压侦测器的讯号强度的功能,数据收发模组及传收模组把获得及感测的讯息传递至控制模组及主控模组进行分析,其中,主控模组会将所分析的结果信息透过传收模组转传至无线主机的数据收发模组,然后数据收发模组会把信息传递至控制模组进行比对验证。
一种无线辅助接收器的定位方法,其包括有连接步骤、设定步骤、传送步骤、计算转传步骤及完成步骤,其中连接步骤指无线辅助接收器先与无线主机以无线系统连接,之后无线辅助接收器会开始向外搜寻并以无线系统连接各无线胎压侦测器。
而设定步骤指在完成连接步骤后,用户或其他系统操作无线辅助接收器,使该无线辅助接收器明白自身位置进而辅助定位各无线胎压侦测器的动作。
接下来,传送步骤指在完成设定步骤后,各无线胎压侦测器会传送所感测的轮胎讯息至无线主机及无线辅助接收器的动作。
再来,计算转传步骤指在完成传送步骤后,无线辅助接收器及无线主机会接收到各无线胎压侦测器所传递的轮胎讯息,且同时会分析计算各无线胎压侦测器的收讯来源位置信息,而无线辅助接收器及无线主机从讯号强度、讯息来源的相位角中任一条或一条以上的信息来判断传递讯息的各无线胎压侦测器位置,同时,无线辅助接收器把所计算的结果再转传至该无线主机验证。
最后是完成步骤,在完成计算转传步骤后,无线主机会依照自身所分析计算的来自各无线胎压侦测器的收讯来源位置信息及来自无线辅助接收器所传递的收讯来源位置信息,进行交互参照比对用以精确定位出各无线胎压侦测器所在的轮胎位。

实际使用时,如图1至图3所示,使用者需先将无线辅助接收器3与无线主机2以无线系统进行连接,之后对无线辅助接收器3进行位置设定,当各无线胎压侦测器1以无线系统连接无线主机2与无线辅助接收器3并传递信息后,该无线主机2与该无线辅助接收器3即可根据各无线胎压侦测器1的讯号强度比较以及自身位置来判断传递讯息的无线胎压侦测器1的车轮位,同时,因为无线辅助接收器3会将所计算分析的数据转传给无线主机2,是以该无线主机2得以多重交互比对验证,获得更精准的定位。
如图3所示,在无线辅助接收器3设定自身位置接近右前轮时,即可知道各无线胎压侦测器1中讯号A最强的为右前轮,并依次强、再次强等判断其他无线胎压侦测器1的车轮位。
进一步,如图4所示,该传收模组32包括有感测该讯息发出模组12向传收模组32自身传递讯息的相位角θ的功能,而该主控模组31透过该相位角θ以计算各无线胎压侦测器1的相对方位,如图4所示的θ1与θ2的差异,并透过比对自身位置计算各无线胎压侦测器1的车轮位。
进一步,本发明的无线辅助接收器的定位装置包括有控制显示器,用以显示该控制模组22所比对的信息并且提供用户辅助操控该无线辅助接收器的定位装置以增加适用性。
进一步,如图1至图4所示,本发明的无线辅助器的定位装置,其中无线系统可为RFID(无线射频辨识)、GPRS(通用封包无线服务)、蓝牙、Wi-Fi(无线网络)、IrDA(红外通讯技术)、UWB(超宽带)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距离无线通信)等无线传输方式中任一种或一种以上。
前述为本发明主实施例的主要技术特征,其对应本案权利要求1的内容,得以详知本发明的目的与实施型态,而其余附属权利要求所述的技术特征是为对权利要求1内容的详述或附加技术特征,而非用以限制权利要求1的界定范围,应知本案权利要求1不一定要包含其余附属权利要求所述的技术特征。
于下进一步细述本发明的实施方式,图1至图4所示,本发明提供有无线辅助接收器的定位方法,该定位方法包括有以下步骤:连接步骤S10、设定步骤S11、传送步骤S12、计算转传步骤S13及完成步骤S14,其中连接步骤S10指无线辅助接收器3先与无线主机2以无线系统连接,之后无线辅助接收器3会开始向外搜寻并以无线系统连接各无线胎压侦测器1。
而设定步骤S11指在完成连接步骤S10后,用户或其他系统操作无线辅助接收器3,使该无线辅助接收器3明白自身位置进而辅助定位各无线胎压侦测器1的动作。
接下来,传送步骤S12指在完成设定步骤S11后,各无线胎压侦测器1会传送所感测的轮胎讯息至无线主机2及无线辅助接收器3的动作。
再来,计算转传步骤S13指在完成传送步骤S12后,无线辅助接收器3及无线主机2会接收到各无线胎压侦测器1所传递的轮胎讯息,且同时会分析计算各无线胎压侦测器1的收讯来源位置信息,而无线辅助接收器3及无线主机2从讯号强度、讯息来源的相位角中任一条或一条以上的信息来判断传递讯息的各无线胎压侦测器1位置,同时,无线辅助接收器3把所计算的结果再转传至该无线主机2验证。
最后是完成步骤S14,在完成计算转传步骤S13后,无线主机2会依照自身所分析计算的来自各无线胎压侦测器1的收讯来源位置信息及来自无线辅助接收器3所传递的收讯来源位置信息,进行交互参照比对用以精确定位出各无线胎压侦测器1所在的轮胎位。
进一步,本发明的无线辅助接收器的定位方法包括有确定步骤S15,该确定步骤S15指无线主机2对于在完成步骤S14后所获得的讯息进行确认以及后续应用的动作。
进一步,本发明的无线辅助接收器的定位方法,其中无线系统可为RFID(无线射频辨识)、GPRS(通用封包无线服务)、蓝牙、Wi-Fi(无线网络)、IrDA(红外通讯技术)、UWB(超宽带)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距离无线通信)等无线传输方式中任一种或一种以上。
另外,本发明进一步包括有传递轮胎信息与验证该轮胎信息的功能,利用无线胎压侦测器1的感测模组11侦测轮胎讯息的特性,分别透过讯息发出模组12传递给无线主机2以及无线辅助接收器3,无线辅助接收器3再主动或被动的传递所收到的轮胎讯息至无线主机2,这样多重验证的方式可以确保无线主机2的数据完整不容易出现漏失。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种无线辅助接收器的定位装置,其特征在于,包括:
无线胎压侦测器,其安装于机动车轮胎,且该无线胎压侦测器包括有感测模组及讯息发出模组;
无线主机,其设置于机动车,包括有控制模组以及数据收发模组,该控制模组包括有依据接收数据进行定位判断的功能,该数据收发模组负责接收该无线胎压侦测器所发出的讯息;
及无线辅助接收器,其与该无线主机及该无线胎压侦测器以无线系统连接,并设置于与该无线主机不同的位置,且该无线辅助接收器包括有主控模组及传收模组,该传收模组用以接收以及传递讯息;
其中,该无线胎压侦测器以该讯息发出模组传递讯息至该数据收发模组与该传收模组,该数据收发模组及该传收模组包括有感测与其连接的各无线胎压侦测器的讯号强度的功能,且该数据收发模组及该传收模组所获得及感测的讯息将传递至该控制模组及该主控模组进行分析,而该主控模组将所分析的结果信息透过该传收模组转传至该数据收发模组再传递至该控制模组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无线辅助接收器的定位装置,其特征在于,所述传收模组进一步包括有感测该讯息发出模组向该传收模组传递讯息的相位角的功能,而该主控模组透过该相位角以计算各无线胎压侦测器的相对方位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无线辅助接收器的定位装置,其特征在于,进一步包括有控制显示器,用以显示该控制模组所比对的信息并且提供用户辅助操控该无线辅助接收器的定位装置以增加适用性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无线辅助接收器的定位装置,其特征在于,所述无线系统指RFID无线射频辨识、GPRS通用封包无线服务、蓝牙、Wi-Fi无线网络、IrDA红外通讯技术、UWB超宽带、Zigbee紫蜂及NFC近距离无线通信无线传输方式中任一种或一种以上。
5.一种无线辅助接收器的定位方法,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:
连接步骤,无线辅助接收器先与无线主机以无线系统连接,该无线辅助接收器于与该无线主机进行连接后,向外搜寻并以无线系统连接各无线胎压侦测器;
设定步骤,完成该连接步骤后,操作该无线辅助接收器,使该无线辅助接收器明白自身位置进而辅助定位各无线胎压侦测器;
传送步骤,完成该设定步骤后,各无线胎压侦测器传送轮胎讯息至该无线主机及该无线辅助接收器;
计算转传步骤,在该传送步骤后,该无线辅助接收器及该无线主机接收到轮胎讯息并分析计算收讯来源位置信息,该无线辅助接收器及该无线主机从讯号强度、讯息来源的相位角中任一条或一条以上的信息来判断传递讯息的各无线胎压侦测器位置,该无线辅助接收器将所计算的结果转传至该无线主机;
及完成步骤,在完成该计算转传步骤后,该无线主机依照自身所分析计算的各无线胎压侦测器的收讯来源位置信息以及该无线辅助接收器所传递的收讯来源位置信息,进行交互参照比对用以精确定位出各无线胎压侦测器所在的轮胎位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无线辅助接收器的定位方法,其特征在于,进一步包括有确定步骤,该无线主机对于在该完成步骤后所获得的讯息进行确认以及后续应用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的无线辅助接收器的定位方法,其特征在于,所述无线系统指RFID无线射频辨识、GPRS通用封包无线服务、蓝牙、Wi-Fi无线网络、IrDA红外通讯技术、UWB超宽带、Zigbee紫蜂及NFC近距离无线通信无线传输方式中任一种或一种以上。
