Abstract
本發明係為一種無線輔助接收器之定位裝置及其方法,透過將無線輔助接收器與無線主機無線連接,再透過各無線胎壓偵測器傳遞資訊至無線主機以及無線輔助接收器的方式,然後透過操作,無線主機以及無線輔助接收器即可依照各無線胎壓偵測器來源資訊判斷出各無線胎壓偵測器之車輪位,同時,無線輔助接收器會再將所分析計算之資訊轉傳至無線主機進行交互比對獲得更精確之定位,此種方法比起先前技術,不需在更換或新增胎壓偵測器回廠重新燒錄序號,同時,因為使用多重驗證系統,使定位更為準確,減少出現漏失及錯誤的情況。
Description
本發明是關於無線連接式機動車胎壓偵測系統,尤其是指一種無線輔助接收器之定位裝置及其方法。
在現代,為了使駕駛能夠即時掌握汽車輪胎的狀況,避免出現突然爆胎或胎壓不足的情形,進而影響駕駛的行車安全,目前在國內許多機動車常配有胎壓偵測系統,而常見之胎壓偵測系統係由分別裝設於機動車輪圈之胎壓偵測器以及在機動車內部的主機所組成,每一胎壓偵測器於一定時間內會讀取對應輪胎內的氣壓或其他預設參數如胎內溫度、胎內濕度等,之後將讀取結果傳送給該主機。若任一胎壓偵測器所感測的結果出現異常時,該胎壓偵測系統產生警報訊號通知機動車的駕駛,使駕駛獲得警示,減低意外發生的情況。
市面上業者在胎壓偵測系統上,對於如何讓主機判別不同車輪該上的胎壓偵測器所採用的方式,經常為燒錄方法,利用儀器將各胎壓偵測器對應的位置及序號燒錄在主機上,以供主機辨別及明白,此種方法在穩定性上有著不錯的效果。
然,此種方法雖然穩定,但若是要更換胎壓偵測器或燒錄的資訊錯誤,通常只能回廠進行重新燒錄,極其麻煩,容易造成使用者的困擾。
且,常見之無線式胎壓偵測系統因為無線系統本身的限定,導致傳遞資料時偶爾會出現缺失的情形,同時,若在大型機動車上,部分無線式胎壓偵測器會因為距離主機過遠,而出現完全連線不到的狀況,是以無線式胎壓偵測器在大型機動車上的實用性不佳。
因此,若能優化改善上述情況,能有效提升使用者更換不同胎壓偵測器的意願及方便性,也減少回廠使用儀器所造成的麻煩以及使用者的更換胎壓偵測器的人工成本,同時,資料的準確性能獲得更多的保障。
本發明提供一種無線輔助接收器之定位裝置,其包括有無線胎壓偵測器、無線主機及無線輔助接收器,其中該無線胎壓偵測器係安裝於機動車之輪胎,且無線胎壓偵測器包括有感測模組及訊息發出模組。
而無線主機係設置於機動車上,包括有控制模組以及資料收發模組,該控制模組包括有依據接收資料進行定位判斷之功能,該資料收發模組係負責接收無線胎壓偵測器所發出之訊息。
另外,無線輔助接收器係與無線主機及無線胎壓偵測器以無線系統連接,並設置於與無線主機不同之位置,且無線輔助接收器包括有主控模組及傳收模組,該傳收模組係用以接收以及傳遞訊息。
其中,無線胎壓偵測器係以訊息發出模組傳遞訊息至資料收發模組與傳收模組,而資料收發模組及傳收模組進一步包括有感測與其連接之各無線胎壓偵測器之訊號強度之功能,資料收發模組及傳收模組所將會把獲得及感測之訊息傳遞至控制模組及主控模組進行分析,其中,主控模組會將所分析之
結果資訊透過傳收模組轉傳至無線主機的資料收發模組,然後資料收發模組會把資訊傳遞至控制模組進行比對驗證。
為了解決問題,本發明另提供一種無線輔助接收器之定位方法,其包括有連接步驟、設定步驟、傳送步驟、計算轉傳步驟及完成步驟,其中連接步驟係指無線輔助接收器先與無線主機以無線系統連接,之後無線輔助接收器會開始向外搜尋並以無線系統連接各無線胎壓偵測器。
而設定步驟係指在完成連接步驟後,使用者或其他系統操作無線輔助接收器,使該無線輔助接收器明白自身位置進而輔助定位各無線胎壓偵測器之動作。
接下來,傳送步驟係指在完成設定步驟後,各無線胎壓偵測器會傳送所感測之輪胎訊息至無線主機及無線輔助接收器的動作。
再來,計算轉傳步驟係指在完成傳送步驟後,無線輔助接收器及無線主機會接收到各無線胎壓偵測器所傳遞之輪胎訊息,且同時會分析計算各無線胎壓偵測器的收訊來源位置資訊,而無線輔助接收器及無線主機係從訊號強度、訊息來源之相位角中任一者或一者以上的資訊來判斷傳遞訊息之各無線胎壓偵測器位置,同時,無線輔助接收器係將會把所計算之結果再轉傳至該無線主機驗證。
最後是完成步驟,在完成計算轉傳步驟後,無線主機會依照自身所分析計算之來自各無線胎壓偵測器的收訊來源位置資訊及來自無線輔助接收器所傳遞之收訊來源位置資訊,進行交互參照比對用以精確定位出各無線胎壓偵測器所在之輪胎位。
是故,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種無線輔助接收器之定位裝置及其方法,將無線輔助接收器與無線主機以無線系統進行連接,再透過無線
系統使各無線胎壓偵測器傳遞資訊至無線主機以及無線輔助接收器,再透過操作,無線主機以及無線輔助接收器即可依照各無線胎壓偵測器的訊號強度、訊息來源之相位角中任一者或一者以上的資訊來分析判斷出各無線胎壓偵測器所位於的之車輪位,同時,無線輔助接收器會再將所分析計算之資訊轉傳至無線主機進行交互比對參照獲得更精確之定位,此種方法不需像傳統燒錄方式一樣,每次都需更換或新增胎壓偵測器都需回廠重新燒錄序號,同時,因為使用多重驗證系統,使定位更為準確,不像先前技術時常會出現漏失及錯誤的情況。

胎壓偵測器1係安裝於機動車之輪胎,且無線胎壓偵測器1包括有感測模組11及訊息發出模組12。
再如第一圖至第四圖所示,無線主機2係設置於機動車上,包括有控制模組22以及資料收發模組21,該控制模組22包括有依據接收資料進行定位判斷之功能,該資料收發模組21係負責接收無線胎壓偵測器1所發出之訊息。
另外,如第一圖至第四圖所示,無線輔助接收器3係與無線主機2及無線胎壓偵測器1以無線系統連接,並設置於與無線主機2不同之位置,且無線輔助接收器3包括有主控模組31及傳收模組32,該傳收模組32係用以接收以及傳遞訊息。
其中,無線胎壓偵測器1係以訊息發出模組12傳遞訊息至資料收發模組21與傳收模組32,而資料收發模組21及傳收模組32進一步包括有感測與其連接之各無線胎壓偵測器1之訊號強度之功能,資料收發模組21及傳收模組32所將會把獲得及感測之訊息傳遞至控制模組22及主控模組31進行分析,其中,主控模組31會將所分析之結果資訊透過傳收模組32轉傳至無線主機2的資料收發模組21,然後資料收發模組21會把資訊傳遞至控制模組22進行比對驗證。
實際使用時,如第一圖至第三圖所示,使用者需先將無線輔助接收器3與無線主機2以無線系統進行連接,之後對無線輔助接收器3進行位置設定,當各無線胎壓偵測器1以無線系統連接無線主機2與無線輔助接收器3並傳遞資訊後,該無線主機2與該無線輔助接收器3即可根據各無線胎壓偵測器1之訊號強度比較以及自身位置來判斷傳遞訊息之無線胎壓偵測器1之車輪位,同時,因
為無線輔助接收器3會將所計算分析之資料轉傳給無線主機2,是以該無線主機2得以多重交互比對驗證,獲得更精準的定位。
如第三圖所示,在無線輔助接收器3設定自身位置接近右前輪時,即可知道各無線胎壓偵測器1中訊號A最強的為右前輪,並依次強、再次強……等判斷其他無線胎壓偵測器1之車輪位。
進一步,如第四圖所示,該傳收模組32包括有感測該訊息發出模組12向傳收模組32自身傳遞訊息之相位角θ之功能,而該主控模組31係透過該相位角θ以計算各無線胎壓偵測器1之相對方位,如第四圖所示之θ1與θ2的差異,並透過比對自身位置計算各無線胎壓偵測器1的車輪位。
進一步,本發明之無線輔助接收器之定位裝置包括有控制顯示器,用以顯示該控制模組22所比對之資訊並且提供使用者輔助操控該無線輔助接收器之定位裝置以增加適用性。
進一步,如第一圖至第四圖所示,本發明之無線輔助器之定位裝置,其中無線系統可為RFID(無線射頻辨識)、GPRS(通用封包無線服務)、藍牙、Wi-Fi(無線網路)、IrDA(紅外通訊技術)、UWB(超寬頻)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距離無線通訊)等無線傳輸方式中任一種或一種以上。
前述為本發明主實施例之主要技術特徵,其對應本案申請專利範圍第1項的內容,得以詳知本發明之目的與實施型態,而其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵是為對申請專利範圍第一項內容的詳述或附加技術特徵,而非用以限制申請專利範圍第一項的界定範圍,應知本案申請專利範圍第一項不一定要包含其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵。
於下進一步細述本發明之實施方式,第一圖至第四圖所示,本發明提供有無線輔助接收器之定位方法,該定位方法包括有以下步驟:連接步驟S10、設定步驟S11、傳送步驟S12、計算轉傳步驟S13及完成步驟S14,其中連接步驟S10係指無線輔助接收器3先與無線主機2以無線系統連接,之後無線輔助接收器3會開始向外搜尋並以無線系統連接各無線胎壓偵測器1。
而設定步驟S11係指在完成連接步驟S10後,使用者或其他系統操作無線輔助接收器3,使該無線輔助接收器3明白自身位置進而輔助定位各無線胎壓偵測器1之動作。
接下來,傳送步驟S12係指在完成設定步驟S11後,各無線胎壓偵測器1會傳送所感測之輪胎訊息至無線主機2及無線輔助接收器3的動作。
再來,計算轉傳步驟S13係指在完成傳送步驟S12後,無線輔助接收器3及無線主機2會接收到各無線胎壓偵測器1所傳遞之輪胎訊息,且同時會分析計算各無線胎壓偵測器1的收訊來源位置資訊,而無線輔助接收器3及無線主機2係從訊號強度、訊息來源之相位角中任一者或一者以上的資訊來判斷傳遞訊息之各無線胎壓偵測器1位置,同時,無線輔助接收器3係將會把所計算之結果再轉傳至該無線主機2驗證。
最後是完成步驟S14,在完成計算轉傳步驟S13後,無線主機2會依照自身所分析計算之來自各無線胎壓偵測器1的收訊來源位置資訊及來自無線輔助接收器3所傳遞之收訊來源位置資訊,進行交互參照比對用以精確定位出各無線胎壓偵測器1所在之輪胎位。
進一步,本發明之無線輔助接收器之定位方法包括有確定步驟S15,該確定步驟S15係指無線主機2對於在完成步驟S14後所獲得之訊息進行確認以及後續應用的動作。
進一步,本發明之無線輔助接收器之定位方法,其中無線系統可為RFID(無線射頻辨識)、GPRS(通用封包無線服務)、藍牙、Wi-Fi(無線網路)、IrDA(紅外通訊技術)、UWB(超寬頻)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距離無線通訊)等無線傳輸方式中任一種或一種以上。
另外,本發明進一步包括有傳遞輪胎資訊與驗證該輪胎資訊之功能,利用無線胎壓偵測器1之感測模組11偵測輪胎訊息的特性,分別透過訊息發出模組12傳遞給無線主機2以及無線輔助接收器3,無線輔助接收器3再主動或被動的傳遞所收到的輪胎訊息至無線主機2,這樣多重驗證的方式可以確保無線主機2的資料完整不容易出現漏失。

Claims (7)
- 一種無線輔助接收器之定位裝置,其包括:無線胎壓偵測器,其安裝於機動車之輪胎,且該無線胎壓偵測器包括有感測模組及訊息發出模組;無線主機,其設置於機動車,包括有控制模組以及資料收發模組,該控制模組包括有依據接收資料進行定位判斷之功能,該資料收發模組係負責接收該無線胎壓偵測器所發出之訊息;及無線輔助接收器,其係與該無線主機及該無線胎壓偵測器以無線系統連接,並設置於與該無線主機不同之位置,且該無線輔助接收器包括有主控模組及傳收模組,該傳收模組係用以接收以及傳遞訊息;其中,該無線胎壓偵測器係以該訊息發出模組傳遞訊息至該資料收發模組與該傳收模組,該資料收發模組及該傳收模組包括有感測與其連接之各無線胎壓偵測器之訊號強度之功能,且該資料收發模組及該傳收模組所獲得及感測之訊息將傳遞至該控制模組及該主控模組進行分析,而該主控模組將所分析之結果資訊透過該傳收模組轉傳至該資料收發模組再傳遞至該控制模組。
- 如請求項1所述之無線輔助接收器之定位裝置,其中該傳收模組進一步包括有感測該訊息發出模組向自身傳遞訊息之相位角之功能,而該主控模組係透過該相位角以計算各無線胎壓偵測器之相對方位。
- 如請求項1所述之無線輔助接收器之定位裝置,其中進一步包括有控制顯示器,用以顯示該控制模組所比對之資訊並且該提供使用者輔助操控該無線輔助接收器之定位裝置以增加適用性。
- 如請求項1所述之無線輔助接收器之定位裝置,其中該無線系統係指RFID(無線射頻辨識)、GPRS(通用封包無線服務)、藍牙、Wi-Fi(無線網路)、IrDA(紅外通訊技術)、UWB(超寬頻)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距離無線通訊)等無線傳輸方式中任一種或一種以上。
- 一種無線輔助接收器之定位方法,其包括有以下步驟:連接步驟,無線輔助接收器先與無線主機以無線系統連接,該無線輔助接收器於與該無線主機進行連接後,向外搜尋並以無線系統連接各無線胎壓偵測器;設定步驟,完成該連接步驟後,操作該無線輔助接收器,使該無線輔助接收器明白自身位置進而輔助定位各無線胎壓偵測器;傳送步驟,完成該設定步驟後,各無線胎壓偵測器傳送輪胎訊息至該無線主機及該無線輔助接收器;計算轉傳步驟,在該傳送步驟後,該無線輔助接收器及該無線主機接收到輪胎訊息並分析計算收訊來源位置資訊,該無線輔助接收器及該無線主機係從訊號強度、訊息來源之相位角中任一者或一者以上來判斷傳遞訊息之各無線胎壓偵測器位置,該無線輔助接收器將所計算之結果轉傳至該無線主機;及完成步驟,在完成該計算轉傳步驟後,該無線主機依照自身所分析計算之各無線胎壓偵測器的收訊來源位置資訊以及該無線輔助接收器所傳遞之收訊來源位置資訊,進行交互參照比對用以精確定位出各無線胎壓偵測器所在之輪胎位。
- 如請求項5所述之無線輔助接收器之定位方法,其中進一步包括有確定步驟,該無線主機對於在該完成步驟後所獲得之訊息進行確認以及後續應用。
- 如請求項5所述之無線輔助接收器之定位方法,其中該無線系統係指RFID(無線射頻辨識)、GPRS(通用封包無線服務)、藍牙、Wi-Fi(無線網路)、IrDA(紅外通訊技術)、UWB(超寬頻)、Zigbee(紫蜂)及NFC(近距離無線通訊)等無線傳輸方式中任一種或一種以上。
