紫外线(UV)是太阳光中波长在200~400nm之间的射线,约占太阳辐射总能量的7%。通常按波长将紫外线分为3个波段:长波UVA(320~400nm)、中波UVB(290~320nm)和短波UVC(200~290nm)。几乎全部UVC会被大气层中的臭氧层吸收、散射,能对人体皮肤造成损害的主要是UVA和UVB。UVA穿透能力强,可达真皮层,破坏胶原蛋白,导致皮肤松弛产生皱纹。此外,UVA还会造成黑色素沉积,产生色斑,加速皮肤老化。UVB能量高,容易造成晒伤,导致皮肤红斑、水肿;长期照射会损伤细胞DNA,严重时甚至会引起皮肤癌。其中,UVB占地表紫外线辐射总量的2~5%,UVA约占95~98%。
皮肤是人体最大的器官,也是抵御紫外线辐射的屏障。敏感肌是一种皮肤类型,这类皮肤的角质层较薄,表皮的屏障功能容易受损,皮肤在生理或病理条件下易发生的高反应状态。敏感肌容易对外界环境变化和使用的护理产品表现出不耐受的皮肤状态,伴有皮肤紧绷感、刺痛感,以及短时间的灼烧感,持续性的痒感等症状,或伴有毛细血管扩张、潮红以及红斑、脱屑、干燥等现象,容易受温度变化、紫外线、粉尘等外界刺激的影响。在季节更替时更容易出现皮肤缺水干燥、发红瘙痒等问题。日常护理中需要更加注重保湿。
为了避免长时间暴露于强烈日光下导致的皮肤问题,市场上研发出多种类型的防晒霜,大致可分为物理防晒霜、化学防晒霜和物化结合防晒霜三种。物理防晒剂几乎可以阻断所有波长的UVA和UVB,但是易凝聚、分散性差,容易堵塞毛孔,影响汗腺和皮脂腺的正常分泌;并且可能会在紫外线照射下通过光催化产生自由基。化学防晒剂质地轻薄不油腻,但光稳定性差,需要及时补涂;易被皮肤吸收,产生过敏反应;长期使用会使皮肤产生刺激性,损害皮肤细胞和结构。物化结合防晒霜混合使用两类防晒剂,起到协同增效的作用,能减少防晒剂的总使用量;并且结合了物理和化学防晒的优点,肤感良好,防晒效果稳定,安全性强。但防晒剂本身的缺陷依然存在。
例如,公开号为CN115252454A的发明专利,此申请涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种防晒霜及其制备方法,其由以下重量百分比的原料组成:乳木果油1~2%,甘油油酸酯柠檬酸酯0.6~1%,橄榄油乳化蜡2.1~3.1%,丙三醇3.7~4.1%,茯苓提取液3.7~4.1%,沙棘果提取液3.1~3.5%,金银花提取液2.4~2.8%,马齿苋提取液3.7~4.1%,当归提取液3.7~4.1%,黄岑提取液3.7~4.1%,脱氢乙酸钠0.03~0.05%,卡波姆37.1~41.1%,四氢嘧啶和/或羟基四氢嘧啶0.5~5%,去离子水余量。该申请具有可以抵御紫外线、减少皮肤损伤和保湿的效果。然而,其制备的防晒霜具有刺激性强、稳定性差等缺点。
基于此,我们提出了一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,希望解决现有技术中的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有防晒霜存在的缺陷,提供一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜及其制备方法。本发明的防晒面霜不仅能有效避免小分子化学防晒剂渗透进皮肤引发过敏,而且具有杀菌消炎、保湿抗皱以及修复紫外线损伤的功能,并且肤感良好、光稳定性优异,可以达到优良的防晒效果。
一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:乳化剂3-5%,角鲨烷0.8-1.2%,橄榄油0.8-1.2%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2-4%,霍霍巴油0.8-1.2%,天然蜂蜡0.8-1.2%,椰子油0.8-1.2%,精制乳木果油1.5-2.5%,可可酯0.4-0.6%,甘油3-5%,丁二醇3-5%,卡波姆U210.1-0.3%,海藻糖0.8-1.2%,依克多因0.4-0.6%,甘油聚醚-261-2%,透明质酸钠0.05-0.15%,尿囊素0.05-0.15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02-0.04%,甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3%,水溶性红没药醇0.8-1.2%,伊利水云母3-5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.8-1.2%,中和剂0.01-5%,馨鲜酮0.4-0.6%,己二醇0.4-0.6%,香精0.02-0.04%,余量为去离子水。
依克多因,化学名为四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸/四氢嘧啶,属于一种氨基酸衍生物。它是一种强亲水性物质,可以通过结合周围环境中的水分子,在细胞和蛋白质的周围形成一层“水合壳”,来减少皮肤水分流失,同时还能保护皮肤免受外界的刺激和伤害,对皮肤进行滋养和修复,增强皮肤抵御紫外线的能力。
伊利水云母的pH值一般为6~7(接近人体的pH值),耐酸碱、化学性质稳定,分散性好、附着力强。伊利水云母矿物组分简单,不含对人体有害的成分,属于绿色无污染的化妆品原料,可用于生产粉饼、眼影粉、防晒霜等化妆品。它具有较强的阳离子交换能力和极细小的粒径,用于防晒霜可以吸收皮肤分泌物、油脂等,同时起到抗紫外线、杀菌消炎的作用。
尿囊素是尿素的衍生物,无色无味、无刺激性、无致敏性,是一种非常安全的成分。尿囊素用于护肤品中不仅具有保湿、修护、舒敏的作用,还能起到抗炎、抗氧化的效果。
红没药醇是来自于春黄菊花中的一种天然成分,分子式为C15H26O。红没药醇不仅对皮肤瘙痒、抗菌止痒、皮肤晒伤修复、促进细胞再生等有很好的辅助作用,还能提高皮肤的抗刺激能力,修复有炎症和损伤的皮肤。
海藻糖是一种天然糖,属于小分子保湿剂,与膜蛋白有良好的亲和力。它可以降低冰点,延长保质期,防止油脂分解。此外,还具有保湿作用和对抗氧化剂“多酚”的稳定作用。
优选地,角鲨烷为植物角鲨烷,植物角鲨烷来源于橄榄油,是一种天然的润肤油,具有良好的抗氧化和耐热性能。对皮肤无刺激,不过敏,适用于婴幼儿护理用品。能有效渗透肌肤,延缓皮肤老化,对改善和消除黄褐斑有明显作用,还能增强细胞的新陈代谢,帮助修复受损的细胞。
优选地,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂类液晶乳化剂。
优选地,中和剂为氢氧化钠水溶液、精氨酸、氨丁三醇中至少一种。
优选地,氢氧化钠水溶液的浓度为8-12%,其在体系中所占质量百分比为0.3-0.5%。
优选地,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2混合得到。
优选地,伊利水云母为活化伊利水云母,伊利水云母的具体活化步骤如下:将伊利水云母球磨处理,加入水搅拌1-2h,搅拌状态下向其中滴加分散壳聚糖,40-60℃搅拌2-4h,离心,洗涤,烘干,研磨过筛,加入至分散二氧化钛中搅拌1-3h,喷雾干燥,400-500℃煅烧2-4h,降至室温。
伊利水云母片层负电荷可与壳聚糖上-NH3 +静电作用,壳聚糖插入伊利水云母片层之间,然后在伊利水云母片层负载纳米二氧化钛微粒,不仅解决了纳米二氧化钛易团聚的问题,而且两者可发挥协同作用,显著提高防晒指数,同时壳聚糖大分子链上具有能够形成分子内与分子间氢键的羟基、氨基官能团,既可与纳米二氧化钛在水溶液中极化解离形成羟基进而形成大量氢键,又可与面霜原料中海藻糖、依克多因进行结合,形成三维网络结构,进一步增强面霜的稳定性。
活化伊利水云母使本发明面霜不仅可阻挡皮肤内水分蒸发,促使角质层保持一定的含水量,而且与皮肤亲和性好,面霜稳定性能优异,保湿效果好,可满足敏感肌人群需求,同时由于将纳米二氧化钛负载并结合在伊利水云母片层结构内,纳米二氧化钛不易溢出,有效避免纳米二氧化钛直接接触皮肤导致皮肤出现敏感现象。
更优选地,伊利水云母、分散壳聚糖、分散二氧化钛的质量比为2-6:1-3:4-8。
更优选地,球磨处理至粒径为1-5μm。
更优选地,研磨过200目筛。
更优选地,分散壳聚糖采用如下具体步骤制取:将壳聚糖溶于浓度为0.1-1mol/L乙酸溶液中搅拌均匀,采用浓度为0.1-1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值为5-5.5,得到分散壳聚糖;或者通过酶切法得到可溶性壳聚糖溶液。
更优选地,壳聚糖和乙酸溶液的质量比为1-2:5-15。
更优选地,分散二氧化钛采用如下具体步骤制取:将纳米二氧化钛加入去离子水中搅拌5-12min,得到分散二氧化钛。
更优选地,纳米二氧化钛和去离子水的质量比为1-2:5-15。
上述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂、植物角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至75-90℃,搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至75-90℃溶解均匀,再加入伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料持续搅拌降温,向混合物料中加入中和剂、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
更优选地,步骤(3)中,均质参数为:均质温度为75-90℃,均质时间为8-20min,搅拌速度为9400-9800rpm。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明所得防晒面霜选择伊利水云母作为主要防晒剂、大分子防晒剂(分子量大于500)为辅,不仅能够有效阻隔UVA和UVB,还能避免传统的化学防晒剂渗透进皮肤引发肌肤不适,并且光稳定性良好、防晒时效长。
2、由于伊利水云母质软滑感好、呈丝绢光泽,还能吸附油脂,使本发明所得防晒面霜改善了市面上物理防晒霜易泛白、肤感厚重、油腻等缺陷。此外,伊利水云母不含对人体有害的成分,还具有杀菌、消炎作用,适用于敏感肌。
3、本发明所得防晒面霜采用的液晶体系,其自身的网络结构有利于伊利水云母的分散,提高防晒指数,并且典型层状液晶结构的存在使防晒面霜具有良好的稳定性及优异的使用性能。
4、本发明的防晒面霜可以提供更加轻薄、顺滑感觉的同时,添加依克多因、尿囊素、红没药醇等多种活性成分舒缓敏感肌肤、修复皮肤损伤,并且温和无刺激,满足广大敏感肌人群的需求。

实施例1
一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂3%,植物角鲨烷1.2%,橄榄油0.8%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2%,霍霍巴油1.2%,天然蜂蜡0.8%,椰子油1.2%,精制乳木果油1.5%,可可酯0.6%,甘油3%,丁二醇5%,卡波姆U210.1%,海藻糖1.2%,依克多因0.4%,甘油聚醚-262%,透明质酸钠0.05%,尿囊素0.15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,水溶性红没药醇0.8%,普通伊利水云母3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.8%,氨丁三醇5%,馨鲜酮0.6%,己二醇0.4%,香精0.04%,余量为去离子水。

(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至80℃溶解均匀,再加入普通伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质8min,均质过程中维持温度为80℃,搅拌速度为9400rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入氨丁三醇、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
实施例2
一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂类液晶乳化剂5%,植物角鲨烷0.8%,橄榄油1.2%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4%,霍霍巴油0.8%,天然蜂蜡1.2%,椰子油0.8%,精制乳木果油2.5%,可可酯0.4%,甘油5%,丁二醇3%,卡波姆U210.3%,海藻糖0.8%,依克多因0.6%,甘油聚醚-261%,透明质酸钠0.15%,尿囊素0.05%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.04%,甘草酸二钾0.1%,水溶性红没药醇1.2%,普通伊利水云母5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.2%,质量分数为8%的氢氧化钠水溶液0.5%,馨鲜酮0.4%,己二醇0.6%,香精0.02%,余量为去离子水。

(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质12min,均质过程中维持温度为75℃,搅拌速度为9800rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入氢氧化钠水溶液、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
实施例3

一种防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂4%,植物角鲨烷1%,橄榄油1%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%,霍霍巴油1%,天然蜂蜡1%,椰子油1%,精制乳木果油2%,可可酯0.5%,甘油4%,丁二醇4%,卡波姆U210.2%,海藻糖1%,依克多因0.5%,甘油聚醚-261.5%,透明质酸钠0.1%,尿囊素0.1%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%,甘草酸二钾0.2%,水溶性红没药醇1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1%,精氨酸0.4%,馨鲜酮0.5%,己二醇0.5%,香精0.03%,余量为去离子水。
其中,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为1:1混合得到。

(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至78℃溶解均匀;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入精氨酸、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
采用流变仪检测实施例3和对比例1所得防晒面霜的触变环,剪切速率与粘度的关系如图1所示。由图1可以看出防晒面霜是剪切变稀的。
采用奥林巴斯IX71偏光显微镜(POM)对实施例3和对比例1所得防晒面霜成品进行观察,如图2和图3所示。其中,图2为实施例3所得防晒面霜的偏光显微照片(20×),图3为对比例1所得防晒面霜的偏光显微照片(20×)。
通过图2可以看出,伊利水云母与液晶体系分散均匀,从而能提高防晒指数,并具有良好的稳定性。
实施例4
一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂3.5%,植物角鲨烷1.1%,橄榄油0.9%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2.5%,霍霍巴油1.1%,天然蜂蜡0.9%,椰子油1.1%,精制乳木果油1.8%,可可酯0.55%,甘油3.5%,丁二醇4.5%,卡波姆U210.15%,海藻糖1.1%,依克多因0.45%,甘油聚醚-261.8%,透明质酸钠0.08%,尿囊素0.12%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.025%,甘草酸二钾0.25%,水溶性红没药醇0.9%,活化伊利水云母3.5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.7%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.9%,质量分数为11%的氢氧化钠水溶液0.35%,馨鲜酮0.55%,己二醇0.45%,香精0.035%,余量为去离子水。
其中,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为0.9:1.1混合得到。
伊利水云母的具体活化步骤如下:将2g伊利水云母球磨处理至粒径为1-5μm,加入水搅拌2h,搅拌状态下向其中滴加1g分散壳聚糖,60℃搅拌2h,离心,洗涤,60℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,加入至4g分散二氧化钛中搅拌3h,喷雾干燥,送入至马弗炉中,400℃煅烧4h,降至室温。
分散壳聚糖采用如下具体步骤制取:将1g壳聚糖溶于15g浓度为0.1mol/L乙酸溶液中搅拌均匀,采用浓度为1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值为5-5.5,得到分散壳聚糖。
分散二氧化钛采用如下具体步骤制取:将1g纳米二氧化钛加入15g去离子水中,以1000r/min的速度搅拌12min,得到分散二氧化钛。
上述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂、植物角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至78℃,搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至78℃溶解均匀,再加入活化伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入氢氧化钠水溶液、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
实施例5

其中,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为1.1:0.9混合得到。
伊利水云母的具体活化步骤如下:将6g伊利水云母球磨处理至粒径为1-5μm,加入水搅拌1h,搅拌状态下向其中滴加3g分散壳聚糖,40℃搅拌4h,离心,洗涤,40℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,加入至8g分散二氧化钛中搅拌1h,喷雾干燥,送入至马弗炉中,500℃煅烧2h,降至室温。
分散壳聚糖采用如下具体步骤制取:将2g壳聚糖溶于5g浓度为1mol/L乙酸溶液中搅拌均匀,采用浓度为0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值为5-5.5,得到分散壳聚糖。
分散二氧化钛采用如下具体步骤制取:将2g纳米二氧化钛加入5g去离子水中,以2000r/min的速度搅拌5min,得到分散二氧化钛。
上述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂、植物角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至78℃,搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至78℃溶解均匀,再加入活化伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入氢氧化钠水溶液、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
实施例6
一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂4%,植物角鲨烷1%,橄榄油1%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%,霍霍巴油1%,天然蜂蜡1%,椰子油1%,精制乳木果油2%,可可酯0.5%,甘油4%,丁二醇4%,卡波姆U210.2%,海藻糖1%,依克多因0.5%,甘油聚醚-261.5%,透明质酸钠0.1%,尿囊素0.1%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%,甘草酸二钾0.2%,水溶性红没药醇1%,活化伊利水云母4%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1%,精氨酸0.4%,馨鲜酮0.5%,己二醇0.5%,香精0.03%,余量为去离子水。
其中,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为1:1混合得到。
伊利水云母的具体活化步骤如下:将4g伊利水云母球磨处理至粒径为1-5μm,加入水搅拌1.5h,搅拌状态下向其中滴加2g分散壳聚糖,50℃搅拌3h,离心,洗涤,50℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,加入至6g分散二氧化钛中搅拌2h,喷雾干燥,送入至马弗炉中,450℃煅烧3h,降至室温。
分散壳聚糖采用如下具体步骤制取:将1.5g壳聚糖溶于10g浓度为0.5mol/L乙酸溶液中搅拌均匀,采用浓度为0.2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值为5-5.5,得到分散壳聚糖。
分散二氧化钛采用如下具体步骤制取:将1.4g纳米二氧化钛加入12g去离子水中,以1500r/min的速度搅拌10min,得到分散二氧化钛。
上述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂、植物角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至78℃,搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至78℃溶解均匀,再加入活化伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入精氨酸、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。

(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入精氨酸、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。

一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其原料按质量百分比包括:氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂4%,植物角鲨烷1%,橄榄油1%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%,霍霍巴油1%,天然蜂蜡1%,椰子油1%,精制乳木果油2%,可可酯0.5%,甘油4%,丁二醇4%,卡波姆U210.2%,海藻糖1%,依克多因0.5%,甘油聚醚-261.5%,透明质酸钠0.1%,尿囊素0.1%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03%,甘草酸二钾0.2%,水溶性红没药醇1%,活化伊利水云母4%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1%,精氨酸0.4%,馨鲜酮0.5%,己二醇0.5%,香精0.03%,余量为去离子水。

(1)将氢化卵磷脂液晶乳化剂、植物角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热至78℃,搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至78℃溶解均匀,再加入活化伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质10min,均质过程中维持温度为78℃,搅拌速度为9600rpm,得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料在200r/min下搅拌20min以降温,向混合物料中加入精氨酸、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
将实施例3、实施例6、对比例1-2所得防晒面霜进行保湿率的测定,具体如下:
将3M医用透气胶带粘附在大小为2.4cm×2.4cm的玻璃片上,用以模拟人体皮肤表面。称取各组试样0.5g(精确至0.0001),均匀涂抹在上述玻璃片上后,放置于称量瓶中,并将称量瓶放置在干燥器(放置干硅胶等吸附剂)中干燥,放置不同时间(4,8,12,24,36,48,72和84h)称量样品质量。
吸湿率=(W1-W0)÷W0×100%
W0为称量样品放置前质量;W1为称量样品放置后质量。
如图4所示,实施例6所得防晒面霜的保湿效果最佳,本申请人认为这是由于活化伊利水云母采用壳聚糖插入伊利水云母片层之间,再在伊利水云母片层负载纳米二氧化钛微粒,使其阻挡皮肤内水分蒸发,与面霜中海藻糖、依克多因配合,形成三维网络结构,大幅提高角质层保湿能力。
采用体外紫外分光光度计法对实施例3、实施例6、对比例1-2所得防晒面霜进行紫外线照射评价,具体如下:
3M公司生产的医用透气胶带剪成1cm×4cm的长方形,将粘贴面贴在石英池透光一侧的表面上。接通紫外分光光度计仪器电源并预热后,设定检测波长:330,340,350,360,370,380,390,400nm;并将贴有胶带的石英池置于样品光路和参比光路中,调仪器零点。用玻璃棒取化妆品样品于贴有胶带的石英池表面上,精准称量8±0.2mg,带上医用乳胶指套后,将样品涂敷均匀,称五个平行样品并测定吸光度。室温下,将涂敷样品的吸收池在太阳光下放置30min和60min,待测。将待测样品池置于样品光路中,另一贴有胶带的石英池置于参比光路中,测定330,340,350,360,370,380,390,400nm八个波长的紫外吸光度值,求算术平均值。
其结果如下:
上述4组的UVA波段吸光度均值均大于1.0,具备对UVA波段的防晒功效;UVB波段吸光度均值均大于2.0,故具备完全防护紫外线照射的功效。
但实施例3、实施例6和对比例1的光照前、后的UVA与UVB比值均分别大于0.59和0.56,功效评价为三星级,说明三者的紫外防护光谱较广,对紫外线均具有基本的防护功效。
为了评估稳定性,将实施例3、实施例6、对比例1-2所得防晒面霜分别在不同温度下静置一段时间,在-8~40℃的温度范围内,按照行业标准GB/T29665测定不同温度下稳定性,如下表所示。
其中,“○”为稳定性通过,“×”为稳定性不通过。
通过上表可以看出,实施例6所得防晒面霜的稳定性最佳,在-8℃至40℃温度范围内,恒温6个月的实验过程中稳定性均良好,不会出现严重的分层、泛粗、出水等不稳定的现象,均能保持较均一的状态,稳定性试验通过。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其特征在于,其原料按质量百分比包括:乳化剂3-5%,角鲨烷0.8-1.2%,橄榄油0.8-1.2%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2-4%,霍霍巴油0.8-1.2%,天然蜂蜡0.8-1.2%,椰子油0.8-1.2%,精制乳木果油1.5-2.5%,可可酯0.4-0.6%,甘油3-5%,丁二醇3-5%,卡波姆U21 0.1-0.3%,海藻糖0.8-1.2%,依克多因0.4-0.6%,甘油聚醚-26 1-2%,透明质酸钠0.05-0.15%,尿囊素0.05-0.15%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02-0.04%,甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3%,水溶性红没药醇0.8-1.2%,活化伊利水云母3-5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.8-1.2%,中和剂0.01-5%,馨鲜酮0.4-0.6%,己二醇0.4-0.6%,香精0.02-0.04%,余量为去离子水;
其中,活化伊利水云母采用如下步骤制取:将伊利水云母球磨处理,加入水搅拌1-2h,搅拌状态下向其中滴加分散壳聚糖,40-60℃搅拌2-4h,离心,洗涤,烘干,研磨过筛,加入至分散二氧化钛中搅拌1-3h,喷雾干燥,400-500℃煅烧2-4h,降至室温;
分散壳聚糖采用如下步骤制取:将壳聚糖溶于浓度为0.1-1mol/L乙酸溶液中搅拌均匀,采用浓度为0.1-1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值为5-5.5,得到分散壳聚糖;
分散二氧化钛采用如下步骤制取:将纳米二氧化钛加入去离子水中搅拌得到分散二氧化钛。
2.根据权利要求1所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其特征在于,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂类液晶乳化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其特征在于,中和剂为氢氧化钠水溶液、精氨酸、氨丁三醇中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其特征在于,透明质酸钠由酶切寡聚透明质酸钠和分子量为130万的大分子透明质酸钠按质量比为0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2混合得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜,其特征在于,伊利水云母、分散壳聚糖、分散二氧化钛的质量比为2-6:1-3:4-8。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂、角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油、天然蜂蜡、椰子油、精制乳木果油、可可酯、甘油、丁二醇混合,加热搅拌至全部溶解得到A相物料;
(2)将卡波姆U21、海藻糖、依克多因、甘油聚醚-26、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘草酸二钾、水溶性红没药醇加入去离子水中分散均匀,加热至溶解均匀,再加入伊利水云母,搅拌至全部溶解得到B相物料;
(3)搅拌下将A相物料加入B相物料中,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的混合物,均质得到混合物料;
(4)将混合物料持续搅拌降温,向混合物料中加入中和剂、馨鲜酮、己二醇和香精,搅拌至常温。
7.根据权利要求6所述适用于敏感肌的防晒面霜制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,均质参数为:均质温度为75-90℃,均质时间为8-20min,搅拌速度为9400-9800rpm。
