when the supporting splint 3 positioned at the top of the locating splint 2 moves upwards, the area of the installing clamping groove 31 of the supporting splint 3 continuously extrudes the first telescopic air bag 41 in the upward moving process, the air in the first telescopic air bag 41 enters the second inflatable air bag 37 through the second hose 222, the second inflatable air bag 37 is continuously inflated, meanwhile, the second unit air bag 371 on the surface of the second inflatable air bag 37 is gradually and tightly attached to the hip joint and lumbar vertebra connecting area of a wearer along with the inflation of the second inflatable air bag 37, the stabilizing effect of the lower lumbar vertebra of the wearer is kept, and meanwhile, the supporting splint 3 in the area provides support for the locating splint 2 at the top, and the supporting pressure of the lumbar vertebra area of the wearer is relieved;
when the supporting splint 3 positioned at the bottom of the locating splint 2 moves downwards, the area of the installing clamping groove 31 of the supporting splint 3 continuously extrudes the second telescopic air bag 42 in the downward moving process, the air in the second telescopic air bag 42 enters the first inflatable air bag 35 through the first hose 221, the first inflatable air bag 35 is continuously inflated, meanwhile, the first unit air bag 351 on the surface of the first inflatable air bag 35 is gradually and tightly attached to the connecting area of the lower rib and the lumbar vertebra of the wearer along with the inflation of the first inflatable air bag 35, the stabilizing effect of the upper lumbar vertebra of the wearer is kept, and meanwhile, the supporting splint 3 in the area is matched with the locating splint 2 at the bottom to keep the vertical state between the lower rib and the lumbar vertebra of the wearer;

based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment considers that, when the wearer performs traction treatment on the lumbar vertebra through the traction apparatus, rib tissues at the upper part of the lumbar vertebra need to be supported, the rib tissues are directly connected with the lumbar vertebra, the lumbar vertebra is directly subjected to force conduction in the region, if the region is unstable, the force line of the upper half body of the wearer cannot be positioned at the correct position, so that the stress of the lumbar vertebra region of the wearer is offset, the stress of the upper half body of the wearer cannot be uniformly distributed on the muscles at two sides of the lumbar vertebra, the stress of the lumbar vertebra at one side is increased, and the lumbar vertebra burden of the wearer is increased, so in the present embodiment, the lower rib stabilizing unit is provided, the stable support of the lower end of the rib tissues is satisfied, and the three-in-one vertical state assurance of the lumbar vertebra and the hip joint of the wearer is matched, so that the traction stabilizing effect of the lumbar vertebra region of the wearer is further improved;
