背景技术
在铜加工行业中,铜精轧是成品前的关键工序。随着轧机水平和用户要求不断提高,轧制过程中对生产效率、设备损耗和板材产品要求也越来越高。铜及铜合金加工过程中的工艺润滑作为影响其质量的重要因素越来越受到重视。
轧制过程中用于工艺润滑的功能助剂主要是铜及铜合金轧制油。铜制油通常采用高度精制的基础油,配合多种有效的添加剂,对黏度、润滑水平、抗磨性、氧化安定性和退火清净性等参数进行润滑、冷却设计,有效地保证了良好的润滑能力和冷却能力,轧后板面光亮,残留少,产品寿命长,能够满足铜精轧的工艺润滑要求。
中国专利申请CN102660357A公开了一种压延铜箔轧制油及其制备方法,将N5机油、硬脂酸丁酯、十二醇、含氮硼酸酯、脂肪醇聚乙二醇磷酸酯、石油磺酸钠和苯并三氮唑依次加入,放入放在转速为80-120转/分钟反应釜中进行加热搅拌,当温度达到80℃时,保温并持续搅拌30分钟,随后停止加热继续搅拌至室温,得到透明均匀油体,即配成所需轧制油。用该轧制油润滑得到的压延铜箔最小可轧厚度达到25μm,表面光洁度高,防腐蚀周期长,退火清净性优良。
中国专利申请CN104450062A公开了一种铜带轧制油,由以下质量份数的各组分组成:棕榈油5-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-0.4份、山梨醇0.8-1.2份、甘油0.2-0.4份、硅酸钙0.2-0.3份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.2-0.3份、硫酸钠0.1-0.2份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.4份、三聚磷酸钠0.3-0.5份、硼酸钠0.2-0.4份、硬脂酸丁酯0.1-0.3份。该铜带轧制油轧制的铜带光泽度高,没有划痕产生,润滑性能好;而且制备方法简单,适合推广使用。
中国专利申请公开CN107674729A公开了一种以单体酸为原料的铜材轧制油的制备方法,包括:将单体酸和低烷基醇投入酯化反应釜中,搅拌反应,待物料酸值降至2mgKOH/g以下时,停止加入低烷基醇,调整压力和温度,蒸馏除去低烷基醇,制得单体酸酯;将单体酸酯加入到乳化反应釜中,加入石蜡油、烷基磺酸钠、和乳化剂,通氮气,调整温度和压力进行搅拌,再依次加入分散剂、抗磨剂、过氧化氢和抗氧剂,搅拌后,减压排出水蒸气,待压力降至0.03MPa时,停止反应,待冷却后,即制得铜材轧制油。
然而,现有技术的铜轧制油仍然存在摩擦性能和抗腐蚀性能不够理想的缺陷。此外,目前铜材要求很高的表面光亮度,传统的铜轧制油很难满足这一要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种铜轧制油及其用途。与现有技术相比,摩擦性能和抗腐蚀性能更好;并且使用该铜轧制油的铜材具有很高的表面光亮度。

在本发明中,除非另外指明,否则份数均为重量份,温度均以℃表示或处于环境温度下,并且压力为大气压或接近大气压。室温表示20-30℃。存在反应条件(例如组分浓度、所需的溶剂、溶剂混合物、温度、压力和其它反应范围)以及可用于优化通过所述方法得到的产物纯度和收率的条件的多种变型形式和组合。将只需要合理的常规实验来优化此类方法条件。
在本发明中,式(1)-(4)化合物按照中国专利申请CN201710969241.0“液压油组合物及其制备方法”制备得到。
在本发明中,基础油D100来自美孚Exxsol D100;二烷基二硫代磷酸-甲醛-胺缩合物来自T305江苏博尔石油添加剂有限公司。

制备方法如下:按照配方将各组分加入到反应釜中,在75-80℃搅拌混合2h;停止加热继续搅拌至室温,得到无色透明油体。

性能测试
铜轧制油的摩擦学性能评价在MRS-10A四球摩擦磨损试验机上进行,测试材料为GCr15钢球;以载荷(196±5)N,转速(1200±5)r/min,室温25℃,时间30min条件测得其摩擦因数μ与磨斑直径WSD(mm)。腐蚀试验条件为300℃,全浸T2铜片4h,测定其腐蚀等级(1a-1b、2a-2e、3a-3b、4a-4c)。
结果如表1所示。

而且,通过反射法确定使用实施例1铜轧制油的铜材具有很高的表面光亮度。

1.一种铜轧制油,其特征在于,所述铜轧制油包括以下组分:

R1选自氢原子、C1-C10烷基和C1-C10烷氧基;n表示0-4的整数;
X表示CH、N和P原子;
R2选自C14-22烷基和C14-22烯基;
R3和R4各自独立地选自C2-C10烷基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜轧制油,其特征在于,式(1)化合物选自下列式(2)化合物:

7.根据权利要求1所述的铜轧制油,其特征在于,所述长链脂肪醇选自正十四醇。
