Abstract
本发明提供了一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂及其制备方法,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:润滑剂:30~50%;防锈剂:3~6%;分散剂:5~10%;金属钝化剂:0.1~1%;防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3%;沉降剂:1~5%;pH稳定剂:5~10%;抗硬水剂:3~10%;挤压抗磨缓蚀剂:10‑25%;抗泡剂:0.3‑3%;余量为去离子水;制备方法包括由挤压抗磨缓蚀剂制备、固体溶解、各组分混合搅拌及加入抗泡剂等步骤。本技术方案得到的水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂具有优良的减摩、抗磨性能,同时具备优异的散热性能、冷却性能以及沉降性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有色金属拉拔加工领域,更具体的是涉及一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
镁是地球上储量丰富的轻金属元素之一,具有良好的比强度、比刚度、热导电性能及电磁屏蔽、阻尼性、减震性、切削加工性。同时,在加工过程中,其能耗仅为铝合金的70%,并且易于回收。镁合金是一种以镁为基础并加入其他元素(如铝、锌、锰、铈、钍等)组成的合金,以其低密度(约1.8g/cm3)、高比强度、高比弹性模量、良好的散热性和消震性、较大的承受冲击载荷能力以及耐有机物和碱腐蚀性能而广受欢迎。镁合金在航空、航天、运输、化工和火箭等工业部门有广泛应用,因为镁是实用金属中最轻的金属,具有高强度和高刚性。
近年来,随着中国汽车工业和3C行业的转型升级以及对环保的重视,镁合金行业持续受到市场青睐,尤其在汽车轻量化、新能源汽车领域的发展,镁合金材料的研发技术和回收利用技术都在不断进步。
镁合金管线拉拔是一种通过对镁及其合金金属坯料施加拉力,使其通过模孔塑性加工为与模孔截面尺寸、形状相同的制品的方法。在拉拔过程中,由于拉拔速度提高,摩擦增加,使得接触面温度急剧上升。为减少严重磨损或烧结,需要使用润滑剂达到减摩、冷却、润滑和防腐的目的,并提高了产量和质量。
目前,镁合金管线拉拔主要使用油性润滑剂,主要成分包括矿物油和各种油性复合添加剂。虽然这类产品具有良好的减摩、抗磨性能,但仍然存在以下几点不足:
(1)纯油性的润滑剂在拉拔过程中由于散热性差、冷却不足,会产生大量烟雾影响车间环境及工人健康;
(2)纯油性产品具有一定的闪点,所以会有发生火灾的可能,具有严重的安全隐患;
(3)在拉拔过程中会产生大量的镁粉,镁粉混入油品中无法沉降,导致油性润滑剂长时间使用后粘性变大,从而影响产品的减摩、抗磨性能及镁合金管线表面质量。
因此基于上述现有技术的不足,需要对润滑剂进一步改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中油性润滑剂的散热性能、冷却性能、沉降性能不足以及易发生火灾的安全隐患,现提供一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,具体方案如下:
一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:
润滑剂:30~50%;防锈剂:3~6%;分散剂:5~10%;金属钝化剂:0.1~1%;防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3%;沉降剂:1~5%;pH稳定剂:5~10%;抗硬水剂:3~10%;挤压抗磨缓蚀剂:10-25%;抗泡剂:0.3-3%;余量为去离子水;
所述润滑剂为自乳化酯;所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑类化合物;所述挤压抗磨缓蚀剂为复合剂,包括磷酸、有机膦酸酯、油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以及甘油,磷酸、有机膦酸酯、油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以及甘油的比例为1:5:2:2。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为三聚酸四聚酸异辛醇酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯中的一种或两种的混合物,所述材料不仅具有很好的润滑性,同时还具有优异的抗硬水性,从而不受镁离子的影响,极大的延长了水性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为钼酸钠、新癸酸、辛酸、异壬酸及硼酸酯中的一种或多种混合物,优选为新癸酸,辛酸、异壬酸、硼酸酯不仅具有防锈性作用,还有很好的润滑性和增溶性,是保证配方稳定性的重要材料。
进一步的,所述分散剂为C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C16-18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合物,上述分散剂具有能够将镁粉快速均匀的分散在水溶性润滑剂中,避免镁粉聚集导致油泵无法正常循环,只能整池报废处理造成极大的资源浪费。
进一步的,所述金属钝化剂为优选苯并三氮唑、苯并三氮唑钠盐、1-羟基苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑以及4-羟基苯并三氮唑中的一种或多种的混合物,上述材料不仅对铜件有出色的钝化效果,对镁合金、铝合金、黑色金属也具有一定钝化能力,对机台设备、零部件以及工件都有一定防护作用。。
进一步的,所述防腐杀菌剂为1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮中的任意一种与3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯的混合物,上述材料是不含甲醛的低毒性、低刺激性、对环境影响小的广谱型杀菌剂。将1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮或2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮与3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯(市售产品一般是30%含量,简称IPBC30)复合使用,具有抑菌和杀菌的双重作用,并且与其他化学助剂配伍性好,能在较大的pH值范围内保持活性,还具有添加量小、起效快、杀菌力强等特点,而且长期使用不会对环境造成污染。
进一步的,所述沉降剂为炔二醇、炔二醇聚氧乙醚-3以及炔二醇聚氧乙醚-9中的一种或几种的混合物,所述沉降剂通过降低产品表面张力的原理,从而达到镁粉快速沉降的效果。配合上述分散剂的复配使用,能使拉拔过程中产生的镁粉快速沉降。
进一步的,所述pH稳定剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺和二甘醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、特种胺CHO2O中的一种或多种混合物,优选2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、特种胺CHO2O中的一种或两种的混合物。优选材料具有高的PKa值,表现出较高的PH缓冲能力,相比于其他的一些有机碱,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、特种胺CHO2O稳定性好,抑菌性强,不易黄变,同时毒性小,属于环保型的调节剂,满足本产品长时间循环使用的应用特性。
进一步的,所述抗硬水剂为醇醚羧酸、8-羟基喹啉、EDTA4NA中的一种或多种混合。它们具有极好的抗硬水性能,同时还有优异的钙皂分散能力,降低镁离子对润滑剂稳定性的影响,延长润滑剂的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述的抗泡剂为聚醚类,优选为德固赛的DF110D,优选材料消泡速度快、消泡持续性长,而且由于其具有极小的粒径分布,以及较低的表面张力,可以降低润滑剂界面张力,增强了产品中镁粉的快速沉降。

S1、挤压抗磨缓蚀剂的制备:将以重量计算的10%的磷酸、50%的有机磷酸酯、20%油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,20%的甘油按质量百分比加入搅拌釜中,升温至70-80℃,200rpm-300rpm搅拌1h至均匀稳定,然后冷却至常温,停止搅拌,即得挤压抗磨缓蚀剂缓蚀剂;
S2:将去离子水、pH稳定剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂混合,所述的搅拌温度15-40℃;搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,直至固体全部溶解,继续搅拌;
S3:将自乳化酯、分散剂、抗硬水剂、沉降剂,防腐杀菌剂,挤压抗磨缓蚀剂混合并搅拌,搅拌温度15-40℃;所述的搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,保温搅拌1h。
S4:最后加入抗泡剂,以100rpm-150rpm速度进行搅拌10min,取样检测,合格后完成成品的制备。
自复配的挤压抗磨缓蚀剂中有机膦酸酯起到决定性作用。能够在镁合金表面形成一层透明的薄膜,从而阻止镁合金快速氧化发黑。而磷酸和油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯这种无机磷与有机膦配合使用,不仅大大提高了镁合金的抗腐蚀能力,也是为本技术方案提供减摩抗磨的核心。

本发明提供了一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂及其制备方法,通过对配方以及组分进行优化,并自配挤压抗磨缓蚀剂以提高镁合金的抗腐蚀能力,具体包括以下优势:
(1)本发明所提供的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂在实际使用过程中为兑水使用,可以显著降低消耗量和综合使用成本,在兑水比例为1:5的情况下,经四球摩擦机测试其润滑性能可达油剂效果,并在现场实际使用中表现出完全可行的性能。
(2)通过在配方中加入沉降剂以及自配的挤压抗磨缓蚀剂,解决了油剂的冷却性能差、易着火、镁粉沉降难以及后期废油处理等问题。本方法制备得到的产品在使用过程中无火灾风险,镁粉易沉降过滤,能大量减少车间烟雾产生以及废液排放,从而降低了对环境的污染。
综上,本发明的水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂具有广泛的应用前景,在确保优异的减摩、抗磨性能的同时,也具有优良的散热性能、冷却性能、沉降性能和冲洗性能。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1:
一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挤压抗磨缓蚀剂的制备:将以重量计算的10%的磷酸、50%的有机磷酸酯、20%油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,20%的甘油按质量百分比加入搅拌釜中,升温至75℃,250rpm搅拌1h至均匀稳定,然后冷却至常温,停止搅拌,即得挤压抗磨缓蚀剂缓蚀剂;
S2:将去离子水18.8%、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3%、异丙醇胺5%、三乙醇胺3%、硼酸酯5%、钼酸钠2%、苯并三氮唑0.5%混合,所述的搅拌温度15-40℃;搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,直至固体全部溶解,继续搅拌;
S3:将三聚酸四聚酸异辛醇酯42%、C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、醇醚羧酸5%、炔二醇聚氧乙醚-(3)2%,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5% IPBC30 1%,挤压抗磨缓蚀剂10%混合并搅拌,搅拌温度15-40℃;所述的搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,保温搅拌1h。
S4:最后加入抗泡剂DF110D 0.2%,以100rpm-150rpm速度进行搅拌10min,取样检测,合格后完成成品的制备。
实施例2:
一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挤压抗磨缓蚀剂的制备:将以重量计算的10%的磷酸、50%的有机磷酸酯、20%油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,20%的甘油按质量百分比加入搅拌釜中,升温至75℃,250rpm搅拌1h至均匀稳定,然后冷却至常温,停止搅拌,即得挤压抗磨缓蚀剂缓蚀剂;

S4:最后加入抗泡剂DF110D 0.2%,以100rpm-150rpm速度进行搅拌10min,取样检测,合格后完成成品的制备。
实施例3:
一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、挤压抗磨缓蚀剂的制备:将以重量计算的10%的磷酸、50%的有机磷酸酯、20%油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,20%的甘油按质量百分比加入搅拌釜中,升温至75℃,250rpm搅拌1h至均匀稳定,然后冷却至常温,停止搅拌,即得挤压抗磨缓蚀剂缓蚀剂;
S2:将去离子水18.8%、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3%、异丙醇胺5%、三乙醇胺3%、硼酸酯5%、钼酸钠2%、苯并三氮唑0.5%混合,所述的搅拌温度15-40℃;搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,直至固体全部溶解,继续搅拌;
S3:将三聚酸四聚酸异辛醇酯42%、C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、醇醚羧酸5%、炔二醇聚氧乙醚-(3)2%,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5% IPBC30 1%,挤压抗磨缓蚀剂12%混合并搅拌,搅拌温度15-40℃;所述的搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,保温搅拌1h。
S4:最后加入抗泡剂DF110D 0.2%,以100rpm-150rpm速度进行搅拌10min,取样检测,合格后完成成品的制备。
对实施例1~3制得的成品进行性能检测,检测结果如下表所示:
对实施例3制备得到的水性镁合金拉拔润滑剂与镁合金拉拔油剂四球摩擦试验对比,结果如下表所示:
由上表可得:本发明的水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂兑水比例为1:5,经四球摩擦机测试其润滑性能可达油剂效果,并在现场实际使用中表现出完全可行的性能。
作为进一步改进,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:
润滑剂:30~50%;防锈剂:3~6%;分散剂:5~10%;金属钝化剂:0.1~1%;防腐杀菌剂:0.5~3%;沉降剂:1~5%;pH稳定剂:5~10%;抗硬水剂:3~10%;挤压抗磨缓蚀剂:10-25%;抗泡剂:0.3-3%;余量为去离子水;
所述润滑剂为自乳化酯;所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑类化合物;所述挤压抗磨缓蚀剂为复合剂,包括磷酸、有机膦酸酯、油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以及甘油,磷酸、有机膦酸酯、油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯以及甘油的比例为1:5:2:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为三聚酸四聚酸异辛醇酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚脂肪酸酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为钼酸钠、新癸酸、辛酸、异壬酸及硼酸酯中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C16-18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂为优选苯并三氮唑、苯并三氮唑钠盐、1-羟基苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑以及4-羟基苯并三氮唑中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防腐杀菌剂为1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮中的任意一种与3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述沉降剂为炔二醇、炔二醇聚氧乙醚-3以及炔二醇聚氧乙醚-9中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述pH稳定剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二甘醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、特种胺CHO2O中的一种或多种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂,其特征在于,所述抗硬水剂为醇醚羧酸、8-羟基喹啉、EDTA4NA中的一种或多种混合物,所述的抗泡剂为聚醚类。
10.如权利要求1~9所述的一种水溶性镁合金管线拉拔润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、挤压抗磨缓蚀剂的制备:将以重量计算的10%的磷酸、50%的有机磷酸酯、20%油醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,20%的甘油按质量百分比加入搅拌釜中,升温至70-80℃,200rpm-300rpm搅拌1h至均匀稳定,然后冷却至常温,停止搅拌,即得挤压抗磨缓蚀剂缓蚀剂;
S2:将去离子水、pH稳定剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂混合,所述的搅拌温度15-40℃;搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,直至固体全部溶解,继续搅拌;
S3:将自乳化酯、分散剂、抗硬水剂、沉降剂,防腐杀菌剂,挤压抗磨缓蚀剂混合并搅拌,搅拌温度15-40℃;所述的搅拌速度为100rpm-150rpm,保温搅拌1h。
S4:最后加入抗泡剂,以100rpm-150rpm速度进行搅拌10min,取样检测,合格后完成成品的制备。
