Abstract
本发明公开了一种细胞膜络合物护发因子及其护发素,旨在提供一种能改善受损发质,增加头发韧性,改善毛发强度的含细胞膜络合物的护发因子及其护发素;按照细胞膜络合物护发因子100%计算,所述的含细胞膜络合物包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油PEG‑11酯类30‑70%,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.01‑0.1%;肌肽0.01‑0.1%,4‑叔丁基环己醇0.002‑0.02%,甘草酸二钾0.01‑0.15%,糖原0.01‑0.2%,银耳子实体提取物0.002‑0.05%,防腐剂0.3‑1.5%,余量水;属于日化技术领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护发因子,具体地说,是涉及一种含细胞膜络合物因子的护发素,属于日用品技术领域。
背景技术
健康的头发表层由一组完整的毛鳞片和自然分泌的油脂构成头发的保护膜,过多洗礼、烫染、阳光暴晒都会破坏这层天然保护膜,导致皮层水分流失,使头发干枯,失去弹性和柔软性。另外,由于大多数洗发剂为阴离子洗涤剂,洗发后,会使头发带有更多的负电荷,从而产生静电,致使梳理不便。因此,人们只有经常使用护发素,才能持久形成头发的保护膜,使头发免受伤害;而且便于梳理。
然而,目前市场上的护发素对头发起到表面柔顺和修护的作用,但是不能做到深层养护头发的效果。并且,为了达到顺滑的效果,易于梳理,大部分护肤护发素都含有硅油,但是硅油容易造成头皮毛囊堵塞,质感比较油腻,比如:
中国专利CN201510803941.3一种含硅油护发素及其制备方法,包括硅油、乳化剂、调理剂、增稠剂、添加剂和去离子水,乳化剂为甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵和丙烯酸二十二酯经反相乳液聚合制得的分子量在1000到500万的聚合物;调理剂包括聚季铵盐和小分子阳离子表面活性剂;增稠剂为脂肪醇;添加剂包括防腐剂、pH值调节剂;各组分在护发素中的质量百分比为硅油0.1-30.0%、高分子乳化剂0.5-4.0%、聚季铵盐0.5-10%、小分子阳离子表面活性剂0.1-8.0%、脂肪醇0.5-10.0、防腐剂0.1-0.3%、pH调节剂0.1-0.25%。
中国专利CN201710307756.4一种高稳定性护发素及其制备方法每100kg原料中包括:保湿剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性树脂、助乳化剂、油分、硅油、硅油乳液、防腐剂、香精、酸度调节剂和水。
因此,开发一款能使头发顺滑易于梳理,更能深层养护毛发,改善受损发质,并且不对毛发产生二次伤害的护发素显得尤为必要。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供的第一个目的是提供一种改善受损发质,增加头发韧性,改善毛发强度的细胞膜络合物因子。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素。
为此,本发明的第一个技术方案是这样的:
一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,按照细胞膜络合物护发因子总质量100%计算,包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类30-70%,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.01-0.1%; 肌肽0.01-0.1%,4-叔丁基环己醇 0.002-0.02%,甘草酸二钾 0.01-0.15%,糖原0.01-0.2%,银耳子实体提取物0.002-0.05%,防腐剂0.3-1.5%,余量水。
进一步的,上述的细胞膜络合物护发因子,所述的防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的细胞膜络合物护发因子,按照细胞膜络合物护发因子总质量100%计算,所述的防腐剂含量1%,由质量比1:1的羟基苯乙酮和己二醇组成。
进一步的,上述的细胞膜络合物护发因子,所述的银耳子实体提取物通过下述步骤制备的:
1)选取干燥的银耳,烘干,至水分含量小于1%,装袋密封备用;
2)取上述烘干的银耳,经粉碎机粉碎,过30-50目筛网,得干银耳粉;
3)取上述银耳粉5-10重量份加入搅拌罐中,再加入90-95重量份的去离子水,0.01-0.1份EDTA-2Na,5-20r/min慢速搅拌,室温浸泡5-8小时,开启加热,将混合料体加热至80-90℃,恒温5-20r/min搅拌3-5小时,降温至室温,停止搅拌;
4)取料检测混合料黏度,黏度应在4000-10000,黏度合格后将混合料依次经100目,200目滤布过滤,得澄清黏液;
5)将上述澄清黏液,喷雾干燥,得白色固体粉末,即为本发明所述的银耳子实体提取物。
本发明提供的第二个技术方案是含上述的细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,按照护发素总质量100%计算,包括下述组分及其含量:羟乙基纤维素0.2-0.3%,鲸蜡硬脂醇4-6%;山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2%,鲸蜡硬脂醇(和)PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.5-0.7%,防腐剂1.2-1.8%,甘油0.8-1.2%,香精0.3-0.5%,含细胞膜络合物 1-4%,余量水。
进一步的,上述的含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,所述的防腐剂为西曲氯铵。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有如下技术优点:
本发明提供的技术方案采用鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类、二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠 、肌肽、4-叔丁基环己醇、糖原、甘草酸二钾、银耳子实体提取物制备含细胞膜络合物,能有效补充毛发所需要的神经酰胺,胆固醇硫酸酯,胆固醇,脂肪醇和游离脂肪酸等,黏合细胞与运输营养物质;使水分和养分紧紧地锁在头发内部,增加了头发的韧性、弹性、柔软性和强度,使得柔滑光亮,丰润。
本发明提供的技术方案中含有羟乙基纤维素,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵与细胞膜络合物将羟乙基纤维素协同作用,调理发质,抗静电。
本法提供的技术方案银耳子实体提取物在提取过程中采用水提法,以EDTA-2Na作为螯合剂和保护剂,能最大限度地保持提取物的活性与有效成分,而糖原是多个葡萄糖分子以糖苷键结合而成的多糖,含有多羟基结构,具有优异的吸水作用,银耳子实体提取物糖原组方,能够沉积在头发表面,提供一层保护膜。

实施例1
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类30g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.1g; 肌肽0.01g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.02g,甘草酸二钾 0.01g,糖原0.2g,银耳子实体提取物0.002g,苯氧乙醇0.3g,余量水。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类70g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.01g; 肌肽0.1g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.002g,甘草酸二钾 0.15g,糖原0.01g,银耳子实体提取物0.05g,己二醇1.5g,余量水。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类50g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.05g; 肌肽0.05g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.01g,甘草酸二钾 0.1g,糖原0.1g,银耳子实体提取物0.02g,羟基苯乙酮0.5g,己二醇0.5g,余量水。
实施例4
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类60g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.06g; 肌肽0.04g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.01g,甘草酸二钾 0.05g,糖原0.05g,银耳子实体提取物0.02g,对羟基苯乙酮0.5g,己二醇0.5g,余量水。
实施例1至实施例4中所述的银耳子实体提取物通过下述步骤制备的:
1)选取干燥的银耳,烘干,至水分含量小于1g,装袋密封备用;
2)取上述烘干的银耳,经粉碎机粉碎,过40目筛网,得干银耳粉;
3)取上述银耳粉10g加入搅拌罐中,在加入95g的去离子水,0.05g EDTA-2Na,20r/min慢速搅拌,室温浸泡8小时,开启加热,将混合料体加热至90℃,恒温以20r/min搅拌5小时,降温至室温,停止搅拌;
4)取料检测混合料黏度,黏度应在4000-10000,黏度合格后将混合料依次经100目,200目滤布过滤,得澄清黏液;
5)将上述澄清黏液,喷雾干燥,得白色固体粉末,即为本发明所述的银耳子实体提取物。
对比例1
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类60g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.06g; 肌肽0.04g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.01g,甘草酸二钾 0.05g,糖原0.05g,银耳子实体提取物0.02g,对羟基苯乙酮0.5g,己二醇0.5g,余量水。
实施例1至实施例4中所述的银耳子实体提取物通过下述步骤制备的:
1)选取干燥的银耳,烘干,至水分含量小于1g,装袋密封备用;
2)取上述烘干的银耳,经粉碎机粉碎,过40目筛网,得干银耳粉;
3)取上述银耳粉10g加入搅拌罐中,在加入95g的去离子水,以20r/min慢速搅拌,室温浸泡8小时,开启加热,将混合料体加热至90℃,恒温20r/min搅拌5小时,降温至室温,停止搅拌;
4)取料检测混合料黏度,黏度应在4000-10000,黏度合格后将混合料依次经100目,200目滤布过滤,得澄清黏液;
5)将上述澄清黏液,喷雾干燥,得白色固体粉末,即为本发明所述的银耳子实体提取物。
对比例2
本发明提供的一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,每100g包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类60g,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.06g; 肌肽0.04g,4-叔丁基环己醇0.01g,甘草酸二钾 0.05g,银耳子实体提取物0.02g,对羟基苯乙酮0.5g,己二醇0.5g,余量水。
为了证明本申请提供的技术方案的效果,下面给出本申请提供的实施例4提供的技术方案相关数据:
1、细胞膜络合物护发因子渗透及持续作用效果
测试样品:
1、受损毛发的制成方法:进行4次烫发处理*漂白处理后,进行100次的漂洗,制得受损毛发;
2、细胞膜络合物护发因子溶于水中制得1.5wt%的细胞膜络合物护发因子溶液;
操作方法:将处理受损毛发浸泡1.5wt%的细胞膜络合物护发因子溶液1分钟后,取出
吹干后,40℃的温水洗2min重复了3次。(检测离子=Na)
结论:①细胞膜络合物护发因子一分钟即可渗入发芯
②细胞膜络合物护发因子有很强的耐冲洗性,能长时间驻留在头发里面发挥作用。
2、细胞膜络合物护发因子修复头发表面损伤效果
测试方法:将受损毛发浸泡于实施例4(1.5wt%的细胞膜络合物护发因子溶液)1分钟,用毛巾擦干,室温风干1天;
结论:实施例4有修复毛发表皮层损伤,恢复毛发弹力与润滑的效果,参阅图2。
3、细胞膜络合物护发因子 修复头发内部损伤效果
测试方法:将受损毛发浸泡于实施例4(1.5wt%的细胞膜络合物护发因子溶液)1分钟用毛巾擦干,室温风干1天。
结论:细胞膜络合物护发因子 能渗透毛发内部,修复皮质层空隙,参阅图3。
应用实施例1
本发明提供的一种含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,每100g包括下述重量份的组分:羟乙基纤维素0.25g,鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇5g,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2g,鲸蜡硬脂醇、PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.6g,西曲氯铵1.5g,甘油1g,香精0.4g,实施例4提供的含细胞膜络合物护发因子1g,水余量。
应用实施例2
本发明提供的一种含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,每100g包括下述重量份的组分:羟乙基纤维素0.25g,鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇5g,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2g,鲸蜡硬脂醇、PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.6g,西曲氯铵1.5g,甘油1g,香精0.4g,实施例4提供的含细胞膜络合物护发因子2g,水余量。
应用实施例3
本发明提供的一种含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,每100g包括下述重量份的组分:羟乙基纤维素0.25g,鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇5g,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2g,鲸蜡硬脂醇、PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.6g,西曲氯铵1.5g,甘油1g,香精0.4g,实施例4提供的含细胞膜络合物护发因子3g,水余量。
应用实施例4
本发明提供的一种含细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,每100g包括下述重量份的组分:羟乙基纤维素0.25g,鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇5g,山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2g,鲸蜡硬脂醇、PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.6g,西曲氯铵1.5g,甘油1,香精0.4g,实施例4提供的含细胞膜络合物护发因子4g,水余量。

为了证明本申请提供的技术方案的优点,下面给出本申请提供的技术方案的头发梳理试验。
一.原理
1.通过梳理仪模拟人梳头的情景,通过精密的力值感应测试发片使用样品前后的梳理力,以梳理力降低的显著程度来衡量样品改善头发梳理性,顺滑的功效。
二.仪器设备
1、头发梳理仪XJ801型头发梳理仪(上海湘杰仪器仪表科技有限公司)。
2、可测定梳理力值
BPG-9140A精密鼓风干燥箱(上海一恒科学仪器有限公司)
3、试剂与材料
发束:取健康发束,统一规格长度
十二烷基硫酸钠(≥90%质量分数)
梳子:梳齿密度适中,整个试验过程中必须使用同一规格和材质的梳子
吹风机
吸水纸
发束处理方法
选择健康发束,浸泡在5g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液中,30分钟后用清水冲洗干净,再用梳子将湿发束轻轻梳理10遍,于干燥箱挂置3h完全烘干。
三、试验方法
每组测试,随机取已处理的发束2束,一束为对照组,一束为试验组。做好标记,用对比例和实施例的方案对发束进行揉洗1min,大量清水冲洗干净,吸水纸吸干头发表面水分,置头发梳理仪测定湿梳摩擦阻力, 用吹风机将头发吹干之后,测定干梳摩擦阻力。
四、测试数据如下表1所述。

通过上述表格可以看出,应用实施例1、2、3、4湿发和干发的摩擦阻力均明显减小,表明加入含细胞膜络合物护发因子可显著改善头发的柔顺度。
二、水分测试
测试方法:取5束已处理的健康发束。做好标记,用对比例和实施例的方案对发束进行揉洗1min,大量清水冲洗干净,吸水纸吸干头发表面水分,室温静置3h至完全晾干。称其发束质量后,放入恒温设定80℃BPG-9140A精密鼓风干燥箱内烘干2h,取出放入干燥器内冷却至室温称其质量。
对比例和实施例的数据对比,如下
通过上述表格可以看出,应用实施例1、2、3、4的水分挥明显低于对比例应用例1-3提供的技术方案,表明加入含细胞膜络合物护发因子可显著降低水分挥发,从而达到保湿效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种细胞膜络合物护发因子,其特征在于,按照细胞膜络合物护发因子总质量100%计算,包括下述组分及其含量:鳄梨油 PEG-11 酯类30-70%,二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.01-0.1%; 肌肽0.01-0.1%,4-叔丁基环己醇 0.002-0.02%,甘草酸二钾 0.01-0.15%,糖原0.01-0.2%,银耳子实体提取物0.002-0.05%,防腐剂0.3-1.5%,余量水;
所述的银耳子实体提取物通过下述步骤制备的:
1)选取干燥的银耳,烘干,至水分含量小于1%,装袋密封备用;
2)取上述烘干的银耳,经粉碎机粉碎,过30-50目筛网,得干银耳粉;
3)取上述银耳粉5-10重量份加入搅拌罐中,再加入90-95重量份的去离子水,0.01-0.1份 EDTA-2Na,5-20r/min慢速搅拌,室温浸泡5-8小时,开启加热,将混合料体加热至80-90℃,恒温5-20r/min搅拌3-5小时,降温至室温,停止搅拌;
4)取料检测混合料黏度,黏度应在4000-10000,黏度合格后将混合料依次经100目,200目滤布过滤,得澄清黏液;
5)将上述澄清黏液,喷雾干燥,得白色固体粉末,即为所述的银耳子实体提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细胞膜络合物护发因子,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的细胞膜络合物护发因子,其特征在于,按照细胞膜络合物护发因子总质量100%计算,所述的防腐剂含量1%,由质量比1:1的对羟基苯乙酮和己二醇组成。
4.一种含权利要求1所述的细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,其特征在于,按照护发素总质量100%计算,包括下述组分及其含量:羟乙基纤维素0.2-0.3%,鲸蜡醇/硬脂醇4-6%;山嵛基三甲基氯化铵0.2%,鲸蜡硬脂醇/PEG-20 硬脂酸酯0.5-0.7%,防腐剂1.2-1.8%,甘油0.8-1.2%,香精0.3-0.5%,细胞膜络合物护发因子 1-4%,余量水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的细胞膜络合物护发因子的护发素,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为西曲氯铵。
