Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial agents, and particularly relates to a microbial agent and a foliar fertilizer. The effective components of the microbial agent are compounded by an active component I and an active component II according to a certain proportion; the active ingredient I is trichoderma harzianum, and the active ingredient II is farnesol, fluxapyroxad hydroxylamine, thymol or natamycin. According to the invention, trichoderma harzianum is compounded with the existing antibacterial and bactericidal active ingredients, and the compound combination with synergistic effect is screened, so that the drug effect on target bacteria can be improved, and the service life of the medicament can be prolonged. And simultaneously, the drug resistance risk existing when a single active ingredient is used can be reduced.

Trichoderma harzianum is a microbial bactericide produced by Bayer GmbH in the United states, can inhibit the growth of bacteria, can also produce compounds for stimulating the growth of plants and inducing the defense reaction of the plants, enhances the growth vigor and disease resistance of the plants, and improves the crop yield and income. Application number CN201510697474.0 discloses that the combination of trichoderma harzianum and hymexazol has a synergistic effect on rice damping-off, can improve the pesticide effect and reduce the pesticide use amount and the pesticide cost.
Farnesol, formula C 15 H 26 O, CAS:4602-84-0. Application number CN201810759419.3 discloses application of farnesol as a sterilization synergist in plant gray mold control, and in the patent, the application discloses that the farnesol and difenoconazole or carbendazim have a synergistic effect on gray mold inhibition when being combined.
Fluxapyroxad hydroxylamine is the latest generation succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor bactericide discovered and developed by the first da, and can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and cause the death of the pathogenic bacteria by inhibiting succinate dehydrogenase in tricarboxylic acid cycle in the process of respiration of pathogenic bacteria mitochondria to influence the respiration of pathogenic fungi, block energy metabolism. Can be used for preventing and treating various diseases including gray mold, brown spot, leaf spot, sclerotinia and scab.
Thymol is present in essential oils of various plants and is mostly used for preparing spice, preservative, medical sterilization and ascariasis-expelling agent, and recent researches show that thymol has strong effect of inhibiting hypha growth on botrytis cinerea and cotton damping-off pathogenic bacteria.
Natamycin is a polyene macrolide antifungal antibiotic, which is a crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C, which is almost odorless and tasteless from being colored to milky 33 H 47 NO 13 The molecular weight is 665.73. Natamycin (R)The element has strong inhibiting or killing effect on filamentous fungi such as saccharomycetes and mould, and has the action mechanism of combining with ergosterol and other sterol groups of the fungi to block the ergosterol so as to distort cell membranes, and finally lead to leakage and cell death.
In the pesticide control of diseases and insect pests, when a single active ingredient medicament is used for disease for a long time, target bacteria easily generate drug resistance, so that the drug effect is not ideal. Similarly, disease control is carried out by long-term dependence on trichoderma harzianum, and target bacteria have drug resistance, and the drug resistance is improved and the service life of the drug is prolonged by compounding the target bacteria with other active ingredient drugs and screening a compound formula with synergistic effect. At present, no report is found on the compounding of trichoderma harzianum with farnesol, fluxapyroxad hydroxylamine, thymol or natamycin.

Examples: indoor biological Activity assay
1. Test strain: botrytis cinerea Pers. Fr.) is isolated from Guangxi cortex Lin Shi in the field, and stored on PDA medium.
2. Test agent
300 hundred million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum (accession number: PD 20140320), 95% farnesol (Shanghai Yuan Yes Biotechnology Co., ltd.), 98% fluxapyroxal hydroxylamine (accession number: PD 20212312), 98% thymol (Shanghai Yuan Yes Biotechnology Co., ltd.), 99% natamycin (Nantong Yingruida Biotechnology Co., ltd.)
Preparing trichoderma harzianum into a suspension mother solution by using sterile water, dissolving the rest of test agents by using dimethyl sulfoxide, and diluting by using 0.1% Tween-80 aqueous solution to prepare a single-agent mother solution; then a plurality of groups of proportions are arranged, and each single-dose mother solution and the proportion mixture are provided with 5 mass concentration gradients according to the content of the effective components.
3. Test method
The hypha growth rate method is adopted. Under the aseptic condition, uniformly mixing 5mL of prepared liquid medicine with 45mL of pre-melted culture medium, and then pouring the mixture into 5 culture dishes with the diameter of 9cm in an equivalent manner to prepare a medicine-containing flat plate with corresponding concentration; a blank control was prepared by mixing an equal amount of 0.1% Tween-80 in water with the culture medium, and 3 replicates were performed for each concentration of the drug solution. Cutting bacterial cakes with the diameter of 5mm from the edges of bacterial colonies of the cultured Botrytis cinerea under the aseptic condition by using a puncher, inoculating the bacterial cakes to the centers of a medicine-containing flat plate and a blank control flat plate, placing the bacterial colonies in a constant temperature box at 25 ℃ for culturing for 3d with the mycelium facing downwards, measuring the diameters of the bacterial colonies by using a crisscross method for each time, taking the average value of the bacterial colonies, and calculating the inhibition rate of different treatments on the growth of the mycelium.
4. Data analysis: data statistical analysis is carried out by adopting DPS software to obtain a virulence regression equation and EC 50 Values and co-toxicity coefficients (CTCs) were calculated according to the grand cloud Pei method.
