背景技术
甲氧哌啶乙酯是先正达开发的螺环季酮酸类杀虫剂,其作用机理为脂质生物合成抑制剂,通过抑制害虫体内脂肪合成过程中ACCase的活性,破坏脂质的合成,从而阻断害虫正常的能量代谢,最终导致害虫死亡。可用于苹果、梨果、葡萄、柑橘、番茄、豆科植物、棉花、马铃薯等作物,防治包括蚜虫、粉虱、木虱、盾蚧、软蚧、叶螨、锈螨、红蜘蛛、桃蚜、烟草粉虱、棉蚜等害虫或害螨。
嗪虫唑酰胺是巴斯夫开发吡唑甲酰胺类杀虫剂,作用于昆虫重要脊索器官,具有较好的内吸传导性。主要用于果树和蔬菜,大豆、其他豆科植物、棉花、谷物、马铃薯等大田作物,以及花卉和观赏植物等,防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目、半翅目、缨翅目、等翅目等害虫。
上述化合物在单独使用过程中,效果良好,但是随着使用时间的延长,害虫会逐渐产生抗性,会加大农药使用量,逐渐对害虫失去效力,对此,农药混配是解决害虫抗性产生的有效方法。两种农药混配,一般会产生三种不同的结果,拮抗、加和或者增效,有效筛选出增效农药组合物,不仅能够延缓害虫抗性产生,还可以提高防效,减少农药使用量,将低成本,保护环境。申请人对甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的混配制剂进行了深入研究,结果发现甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的混配制剂具有强的增效作用;降低用药量,减轻环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包含甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的杀虫组合物,防治害虫不仅高效,而且有效延缓害虫抗药性产生,降低用药量,减轻环境污染的。
具体技术方案如下:
一种含甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包含甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺,并且甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:27-27:1。优选甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:3-9:1。优选甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-9:1。优选甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:3-3:1。特别优选甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-3:1。
所述杀虫组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
所述杀虫组合物,除包含有效成分甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺外,还含有辅料,所述辅料为湿润剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、载体等,根据需要可适当添加,并无特别限定。
杀虫组合物制成可湿性粉剂时包含如下组分含量:活性成分1-60%、分散剂1-15%、湿润剂1-10%、填料补足100%。
将活性成分、分散剂、湿润剂、填料混合,在混合缸中混合均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂产品。

杀虫剂制成悬浮剂时包括如下组分含量:活性成分1-60%、分散剂1-15%、湿润剂1-10%、消泡剂0.1-3%、增稠剂0.1-3%、抗冻剂0.1-5%、防腐剂0.5%-3%、去离子水补足100%。
将上述配方料中分散剂、湿润剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入活性成分,在球磨机中球磨2-3小时,使微粒粒径在5μm以下,制得本发明组合物的悬浮剂产品。
本发明提供的杀虫组合物对植物可使用常规处理方法进行,例如喷雾。
本发明提供的杀虫组合物应用防治农业害虫,优选所述农业害虫为蚜虫、白粉虱、木虱、烟粉虱等。

2、本发明杀虫组合物中两种有效成分复配对蚜虫和白粉虱均表现出明显的增效作用,提高了防治效果,减少了农药使用量,降低了成本,减轻了对环境的污染。
3、本发明杀虫组合物使用两种不同作用机理的有效成分,延缓害虫抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明做进一步的解释说明。
实施例1药剂对黄瓜蚜虫室内毒力测定
防治对象:从田间黄瓜上采集蚜虫,带回室内饲养2代后,挑选生长均匀一致的雌成虫。
试验方法:采用喷雾法。用溶剂将甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的原药溶解,用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配置单剂母液,将甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺配成组分不同的药剂组合物母液,分别将单剂和各组合物用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释成5个浓度梯度,用来测定LC50。用毛笔将生长一致的蚜虫雌成虫接入置放黄瓜叶片的培养皿。再将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行定量喷雾,喷液量为1mL,药液沉降1min后取出试虫。每皿放入30头蚜虫,每处理4个皿,每皿均匀喷雾,空白对照喷清水。处理后的试虫置于温度为25℃,相对湿度60%-80%,16h/8h光照培养箱内培养。处理后48小时检查试虫死虫数,记录总虫数和死虫数。根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率。根据各药剂浓度对数值与对应的死亡率几率值进行回归分析,计算各个药剂处理的LC50。根据Wadley法评价混剂的相互作用,其中,SR=0.5-1.5,则两种药剂复配具有相加作用;SR≤0.5,则为拮抗作用;SR≥1.5,则为增效作用。

试验结果见表1。

由表1可知,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺复配后对黄瓜蚜虫表现为相加和增效两种不同的联合作用。当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:27-1:3、27:1时,复配药剂对黄瓜蚜虫表现为相加作用。当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-9:1时,复配药剂对黄瓜蚜虫表现为增效作用。特别是当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为3:1时,SR值为2.09,具有显著的增效作用。
实施例2药剂对黄瓜白粉虱室内毒力测定
防治对象:从田间黄瓜上采集白粉虱,带回室内饲养2代后,挑选生长均匀一致的白粉虱成虫。
试验方法:采用琼脂保湿浸叶法。配置琼脂溶液,加入到平底玻璃管底部,冷却凝固备用。用溶剂将甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的原药溶解,用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配置单剂母液,将甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺配成组分不同的药剂组合物母液,分别将单剂和各组合物用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释成5个浓度梯度,用来测定LC50。用打孔器将新鲜的黄瓜叶片打成叶碟,在药液中浸10s,用镊子将叶片正面朝下铺平于已加好琼脂的平底玻璃管中,每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂处理作对照。将铺好叶碟的玻璃管,倾斜倒放在有白粉虱的黄瓜叶片上,轻拍植株,使白粉虱进入管内,每管25头,用棉塞塞口至管底大约15mm的位置,使白粉虱处于管底叶碟上,约10min后,记录每管内的活虫总数。将处理后的试虫倒置于温度为25℃、相对湿度60%-80%、光周期L:D=14h:10h条件下饲养和观察。处理后48h逐一检查并记录每管内的死虫数,试虫不动或不能正常行动即认为死亡。根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率。根据各药剂浓度对数值与对应的死亡率几率值进行回归分析,计算各个药剂处理的LC50。根据Wadley法评价混剂的相互作用,其中,SR=0.5-1.5,则两种药剂复配具有相加作用;SR≤0.5,则为拮抗作用;SR≥1.5,则为增效作用。

由表2可知,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺复配后对黄瓜白粉虱表现为相加和增效两种不同的联合作用。当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:27-1:9、9:1-27:1时,复配药剂对黄瓜白粉虱表现为相加作用。当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:3-3:1时,复配药剂对黄瓜白粉虱表现为增效作用。特别是当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1时,SR值为1.98,具有显著的增效作用。
综合表1、表2可知,当甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-3:1时,复配药剂对黄瓜蚜虫和白粉虱同时表现出增效作用。
实施例3制剂实施例
48%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺可湿性粉剂,包含如下质量百分含量成分:
甲氧哌啶乙酯36%、嗪虫唑酰胺12%、木质素磺酸钠10%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、白炭黑4%、高岭土补足100%。
30%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺水分散粒剂,包含如下重量百分含量成分:
甲氧哌啶乙酯15%、嗪虫唑酰胺15%、木质素磺酸钠7%、十二烷基硫酸钠4%、硫酸铵3%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、高岭土补足100%。
20%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺悬浮剂,包含如下重量百分含量成分:
甲氧哌啶乙酯10%、嗪虫唑酰胺胺10%、聚羧酸钠8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%、有机硅消泡剂0.5%、黄原胶1%、乙二醇1%、苯甲酸钠1.5%、去离子水补足100%。
实施例4药物对黄瓜蚜虫田间防效
试验对象:黄瓜蚜虫
试验方法:试验在蚜虫比较多的黄瓜温室大棚进行。小区面积30m2,每处理4次重复,另设空白对照,各小区随机排列,施药方法为喷雾。药前调查虫口基数,施药后7天调查一次防治效果,记录残虫数,计算防治效果,试验结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,本发明制备的48%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺可湿性粉剂、30%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺水分散粒剂和20%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺悬浮剂有效成分田间用量为3.6-5.0g/亩时,对黄瓜蚜虫的田间防效在80%以上,特别是当其用量为5.0g/亩时,防效在90%以上,明显高于单剂,且用药量较单剂减少。田间观察,处理药剂对黄瓜植株安全。
实施例5药物对黄瓜白粉虱田间防效
试验对象:黄瓜白粉虱
试验方法:试验在白粉虱比较多的黄瓜温室大棚进行。小区面积30m2,每处理4次重复,另设空白对照,各小区随机排列,施药方法为喷雾。药前调查虫口基数,施药后7天调查一次防治效果,记录残虫数,计算防治效果,试验结果如表4所示。

由表4可知,本发明制备的48%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺可湿性粉剂、30%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺水分散粒剂和20%甲氧哌啶乙酯·嗪虫唑酰胺悬浮剂有效成分田间用量为5.0-7.0g/亩时,对黄瓜白粉虱的田间防效在80%以上,特别是当其用量为7.0g/亩时,防效在92%以上,明显高于单剂,且用药量较单剂减少。田间观察,处理药剂对黄瓜植株安全。

1.一种含甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包含甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺,并且甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:27-27:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述生物杀虫组合物,其特征在于,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:3-9:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述生物杀虫组合物,其特征在于,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-9:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述生物杀虫组合物,其特征在于,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:3-3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述生物杀虫组合物,其特征在于,甲氧哌啶乙酯和嗪虫唑酰胺的质量配比为1:1-3:1。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述辅料为湿润剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、载体中一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物在防治农业害虫上的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述农业害虫为蚜虫、白粉虱、木虱、烟粉虱。
