Description

Visual micro-tissue sampling method for endometrium
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a visual micro-tissue sampling method for endometrium.
Background
Endometrial cancer is one of the common gynecological tumors, the incidence rate of the endometrial cancer is increased year by year, and along with the effective application of cytology and molecular technology in cervical cancer diagnosis, the incidence rate of the endometrial cancer exceeds that of cervical cancer, and the endometrial cancer becomes a malignant tumor of which the incidence rate is only inferior to that of breast cancer in female reproductive system tumors. At present, the clinically common methods for pathological diagnosis and sampling of endometrium include diagnostic uterine curettage, endometrium biopsy and the like, the methods adopt a cervical canal dilation scheme, a large instrument is used for obtaining a diagnostic tissue sample, the operation is complex, the trauma to a patient is large, the discomfort and pain of the patient are obvious, and most of patients can take samples under the anesthesia condition. With the clinical application of the new technology developed by us, including the patent applied by us in the earlier stage, a cell mass preparation method (patent number: CN 201510441787X) and an automatic cell mass preparation machine and method (patent number: CN 2021102221511), the new technology can effectively treat and prepare micro-tissue slices obtained clinically, and creates conditions for clearly diagnosing or screening endometrial lesions by micro-tissue obtained by micro-trauma. At present, endometrial micro-tissue collection brushes are also started to appear on the market, and the devices are used for blindly brushing partial areas of endometrium, and due to the fact that the uterus has special structures including small cervical canal, enlarged uterine cavity and individual difference of uterine anatomy structures, micro-tissue samples of high-incidence parts of endometrial cancer are difficult to obtain, samples are not representative, and various problems of insufficient material taking, small tissue quantity and the like exist, so that pathological diagnosis results are different from clinical symptoms, other biochemical indexes and imaging examination results.
In clinical practice, there is a need to develop a minimally invasive, simple, safe and effective endometrial micro-tissue sampler and method, so as to clearly diagnose or screen endometrial lesions, reduce the sub-morbidity thereof and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.

After the micro-tissue sampler is stretched into the uterine cavity through the cervical canal, the endometrium is observed through the probe, the endometrium tissue is closely cut and pasted in the target area by using the sampling, the endometrium tissue is sunk into a cut, meanwhile, a driving rod is used for driving a movable blade to move relative to a static blade, and the endometrial micro-tissue is cut to obtain a diagnosis sample.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a novel endometrium visible micro-tissue sampling method, which has the following beneficial technical effects:
(1) The technology is used for sampling the micro-tissue sample of the endometrium under the visual condition, and can effectively solve the practical problems of difficult sampling such as small cervical canal, enlarged uterine cavity, large difference of individual anatomy structures of uterus and the like.
(2) The sampling under the visual condition can accurately sample the endometrium lesion area which is visible to the naked eye, can simply take the lesion tissue, and is accurate in sampling.
(3) Can accurately sample the high-incidence part of endometrial cancer, such as histological samples of the parts of uterine horns, uterine bottoms and the like.
(4) The endometrial micro-tissue sampler belongs to a minimally invasive method for sampling, and a patient does not need to dilate a cervical canal, so that discomfort and pain in the sampling process are greatly reduced.
(5) The micro-tissue specimens obtained by the method have sufficient quantity, and the abundance of pathological tissues (such as pathological tissues) is high, so that pathological diagnosis is facilitated.
(6) The method can simultaneously obtain the macroscopic image of the endometrium and the microscopic morphology of the tissue, and a doctor of a pathology department can refer to the macroscopic image of the endometrium when reading a slice (pathological tissue section), thereby being beneficial to making accurate pathological diagnosis on diseases.
(7) The purpose of obtaining different types of diagnosis samples can be achieved by changing the structure of the sampling scissors and the size of the scissors opening.
(8) The technical method belongs to minimally invasive sampling, is safe and effective, and can not cause damage to patients.
