本发明属于农用化学技术领域,具体涉及一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法。本发明提供一种新型镓配合物的制备方法,并提供将该配合物与咪鲜胺联用一种增效水乳制剂的制备方法。本发明提供的一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂,可实现咪鲜胺用量减少、杀菌广谱和具有较好防治效果的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于农用化学技术领域,具体涉及一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
香蕉占我国华南地区的水果出口量的10%以上,是具有较高经济价值的作物之一,但香蕉采后容易发生香蕉炭疽病,表现为香蕉全株出现黑褐色圆斑,圆斑逐渐扩大产生凹陷并分泌病菌分生孢子,最后致使香蕉干枯坏死,造成严重的经济损失。
为减轻和防治这一类病害的发生,可使用咪鲜胺进行化学药剂防治。
咪鲜胺是一种咪唑类的杀菌剂,其通过抑制甾醇的合成而起作用,具有广谱性、高效性、安全性等优点。而在实际使用中,往往高浓度的咪鲜胺会使作物产生药害,且抑制作物的生长,通过在咪鲜胺水乳剂中复配增效剂,可实现咪鲜胺用量减少、扩大杀菌谱,防治效果好。
研究表明,镓金属配合物对细菌、真菌类均显示出较好的抗菌活性。将镓金属配合物作为增效剂与咪鲜胺联合使用,得到一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂,该制剂具有较好的生物活性,为推广含金属配合物的增效悬浮制剂提供应用参考。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述镓配合物的制备方法。
本发明通过以下方案实现:
一种镓配合物,具有式Ⅰ所示的结构通式:

其中,R为-S,或-O或-NH。
本发明制备所述镓配合物用到两种配体,简称A和B配体,A配体为盐酸二甲双胍(如式Ⅱ所示),B配体为杂环配体(如式Ⅲ所示):

制备所述的镓配合物的具体步骤为:将A配体溶于5 mL等摩尔量氢氧化钠(NaOH)水溶液中,加入20 mL的甲醇,升温至70~80 ℃,缓慢滴加10 mL等摩尔量三氯化镓(GaCl3)甲醇溶液,保温3 h。再缓慢滴加20 mL等摩尔量B配体热甲醇溶液,保温1 h,趁热过滤,溶液冷却后析出黄棕色产物。
所述物质摩尔的量为0.2~0.5 mmol,A配体∶B配体∶NaOH∶GaCl3的摩尔比为1∶1∶1∶1。
所述一种含镓配合物的吡唑醚菌酯增效悬浮制剂及其制备方法,其制备方法为:咪鲜胺20%、镓配合物0.1~1%、乳化剂5~9%、助溶剂4~6%、防冻剂3~6%、黄原胶0.1~0.2%、消泡剂0.2~0.4%,水补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将镓配合物、咪鲜胺、乳化剂和助溶剂混合搅拌均匀,得到油相;将防冻剂、黄原胶、消泡剂和水混合搅拌均匀,得到水相。使用高速剪切分散混合机将油相缓慢倒入水相中,得到稳定的乳白色水乳剂。
所述助溶剂为二甲苯、DMF、DMSO、N-甲基吡咯烷酮的一种。
所述乳化剂为阴离子和非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
所述防冻剂为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种。
所述黄原胶含0.2%的苯甲酸钠、卡松、尼泊金酯中的一种。
所述消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物的一种。
所述镓配合物为具有式Ⅰ所示结构的配合物。
本发明中,所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法通过生测实验对比药效。
本发明中,所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法在实际使用中应根据实际情况稀释使用。
实施方式
下面将通过具体实施方式和实施例对本发明进行详细的描述,本发明的特征和优点将完整、清晰地呈现。应当理解的是,所描述具体实施方式和实施例只是列举的本发明的一部分,仅用于解释和说明,而非限制本发明。
实施例1
本实施例具有式Ⅳ的镓配合物的合成:

(1)制备所述镓配合物用到两种配体,简称A和B配体,A配体为盐酸二甲双胍(如式Ⅱ所示),B配体为杂环配体(如式Ⅲ所示):

(2)将0.25 mmol A配体溶于5 mL 0.05 mol/L NaOH水溶液中,加入20 mL甲醇,升温至70 ℃,缓慢滴加10 mL 0.025 mol/L GaCl3甲醇溶液,滴加约0.5 h,滴加结束后保温3h。再滴加20 mL 0.0125 mol/L B配体热甲醇溶液,滴加约0.5 h,保温1 h,趁热过滤,溶液冷却后析出黄棕色产物,产率31%。产物结构式如式Ⅳ所示。元素分析:calcd (%) forC16H30N8Cl3Ga: C, 38.40; H, 4.03; N, 22.39; Found (%): C, 38.12; H, 3.97; N,4.22。在甲醇中摩尔电导率 Λm (S·cm2·mol-1)为310。
实施例2
一种含式Ⅳ结构的镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂,制备方法为:
(1)组分:20%咪鲜胺、0.2%镓配合物、3%农乳1601(苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙基聚氧丙基醚)、2%700#(烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、3%农乳100(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、5%二甲苯、5%乙二醇、0.16%黄原胶(含0.2%苯甲酸钠)、0.3%消泡剂AF1501(硅酮类化合物)、水补足至100%;
(2)具体制备步骤:将镓配合物、咪鲜胺、多种乳化剂和二甲苯混合搅拌均匀,得到油相;将乙二醇、黄原胶、AF1501和水混合搅拌均匀,得到水相。使用高速剪切分散混合机将油相缓慢倒入水相中,得到乳白色水乳剂,记为样品1。
对比例1
一种咪鲜胺水乳制剂,制备方法为:
(1)组分:20%咪鲜胺、3%农乳1601(苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙基聚氧丙基醚)、2%700#(烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、3%农乳100(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、5%二甲苯、5%乙二醇、0.16%黄原胶(含0.2%苯甲酸钠)、0.3%消泡剂AF1501(硅酮类化合物)、水补足至100%;

(1)组分:0.2%镓配合物、3%农乳1601(苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙基聚氧丙基醚)、2%700#(烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、3%农乳100(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、5%二甲苯、5%乙二醇、0.16%黄原胶(含0.2%苯甲酸钠)、0.3%消泡剂AF1501(硅酮类化合物)、水补足至100%;
(2)具体制备步骤:将镓配合物多种乳化剂和二甲苯混合搅拌均匀,得到油相;将乙二醇、黄原胶、AF1501和水混合搅拌均匀,得到水相。使用高速剪切分散混合机将油相缓慢倒入水相中,得到乳白色水乳剂,记为样品3。
实施例3
对实施例2、对比例1和对比例2中制得的样品进行田间药效试验,并以清水为对照组(CK),每个组重复3次,每个处理组面积25 m2,随机区组排列。
试验地点为广东省惠州市青塘村香蕉种植基地。防治对象为香蕉炭疽病,药效试验时值苦瓜成熟度为70~80%,使用苏农3WH-36型喷雾器常规喷雾,水乳制剂稀释800倍使用,每667 m2用药液50 kg。
苦瓜霜霉病的调查统计方法如下:
按5点取样方式,每点调查2株,共调查10株。药后7d,14d调查香蕉炭疽病的防治效果并目测观察有无显性药害发生;
按9级分级标准逐叶记录发病情况,病情指数和防治效果按以下公式(式Ⅴ和式Ⅵ)进行计算:

注:数据为3次重复平均值。
此外,试验观察到制剂对作物无明显药害。从表中可知,镓配合物和咪鲜胺复配后水乳制剂防治效果较单剂有明显提升,药后14天防治效果可达80%以上。
上述含镓配合物的咪鲜胺水乳制剂增效作用通过Gowing方法评价,其公式如式Ⅶ所示:

式中,X为样品2对香蕉炭疽病14D的防效,Y为样品3对香蕉炭疽病14D的防效,E0为样品1对香蕉炭疽病14D的防效的理论值,E为样品1对香蕉炭疽病14D的防效的实测值。
评价标准:当E–E0>10%时,表示为增效作用;当﹣10%≤E﹣E0≤10%时,表现为相加作用;当E–E0<﹣10%时,表现为拮抗作用。
上述表1可知,E–E0=10.46%,表示为增效作用。
本发明提供了一种新型镓配合物的制备方法,该配合物适用于咪鲜胺油悬制剂,可作为增效剂复配使用,使20%咪鲜胺EW达到较好的防效,为推广在农化领域应用镓配合物提供应用参考。
Claims (10)
1.一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的镓配合物分子结构式如式Ⅰ所示:

其中,R为-S,或-O或-NH。
2.如权利要求1所述的镓配合物,其特征在于,所述制备镓配合物用到两种配体,简称A和B配体,A配体为盐酸二甲双胍(如式Ⅱ所示),B配体为杂环配体(如式Ⅲ所示):

其中,R为-S,或-O或-NH。
3.如权利要求1所述的镓配合物,其特征在于,具体制备步骤为:使用权利要求2所述的A配体,溶于5 mL等摩尔量氢氧化钠水溶液中,加入20 mL的甲醇,升温至70 ~80 ℃,缓慢滴加10 mL等摩尔量三氯化镓甲醇溶液,保温3 h。再缓慢滴加20 mL等摩尔量B配体热甲醇溶液,保温1 h,趁热过滤,溶液冷却后析出黄棕色产物。
4.一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法为:咪鲜胺20%、镓配合物0.1~1%、乳化剂5~9%、助溶剂4~6%、防冻剂3~6%、黄原胶0.1~0.2%、消泡剂0.2~0.4%,水补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将镓配合物、咪鲜胺、乳化剂和助溶剂混合搅拌均匀,得到油相;将防冻剂、黄原胶、消泡剂和水混合搅拌均匀,得到水相。使用高速剪切分散混合机将油相缓慢倒入水相中,得到稳定的乳白色水乳剂。
5.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为二甲苯、DMF、DMSO、N-甲基吡咯烷酮的一种。
6.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为阴离子和非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述防冻剂为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种。
8.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述黄原胶含0.2%的苯甲酸钠、卡松、尼泊金酯中的一种。
9.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物的一种。
10.如权利要求书4所述一种含镓配合物的咪鲜胺增效水乳制剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述镓配合物为具有权利要求书1所示结构的配合物。
