In this embodiment, after receiving the material calling information for the first target cargo sent by the purchasing end, the first target provider may issue the cargo of the first target cargo for the target purchase order according to the material calling information.
In some embodiments, to ensure that the purchasing end user knows whether the supplier user can issue the first target cargo according to the material calling information, the supplier user may input supplier feedback information for the material calling information at the first target supplier end, where the supplier feedback information indicates whether the supplier user can issue the first target cargo according to the material calling information, after receiving the supplier feedback information, the first target supplier end may send the supplier feedback information to the purchasing end, and the purchasing end receives the supplier feedback information, so that the purchasing end user knows the feedback condition of the material calling information sent by the supplier user for the purchasing end.
In the implementation process, if the supplier user cannot carry out shipment according to the material calling information, the supplier feedback information may further include supply information provided by the supplier user according to an actual production progress, where the supply information includes a supply quantity and corresponding supply period information, after receiving the supplier feedback information, the purchasing end may acquire the latest material calling information for the first target cargo, which is input by the purchasing end user based on the supplier feedback information, and the purchasing end may send the latest material calling information for the first target cargo to the first target supplier end. The first target supplier side can acquire supplier feedback information input by the supplier user based on the latest material calling information, and send the supplier feedback information to the purchasing side until the supplier user can carry out shipment according to certain material calling information.
Step S107, a first target provider obtains each target purchase order corresponding to the first target cargo maintained in the first target provider.
In this embodiment, after receiving the material calling information for the first target cargo, a corresponding target purchase order (target release order) needs to be determined, so that each target purchase order corresponding to the first target cargo maintained in the first target provider end can be obtained according to the first target cargo, where each target purchase order is a purchase order placed by the purchase end.
Step S108, the first target provider determines at least one target release order and a cargo release amount corresponding to the target release order from the target purchase orders according to the material calling information and the order information of the target purchase orders.
In this embodiment, since the first target provider maintains a plurality of target purchase orders corresponding to the first target goods, a target release order and a goods release amount corresponding to the target release order need to be determined from each target purchase order according to the material calling information and the order information of each target purchase order, where the determined target release order is one or more.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the order information may include the remaining shipping quantity corresponding to the first target cargo and release priority information of the target purchase order, based on which, as shown in fig. 4, the above-mentioned step S108 may be implemented by the following steps S1081 to S1086.
Step S1081, sorting each of the target purchase orders according to the release priority information, to obtain a sorting result.
In this embodiment, the sorting result may be that the target purchase order with higher priority is released before and the target purchase order with lower priority is released after. The release priority information of the target purchase order may be creation date information of the target purchase order, for example, the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with earlier creation date is higher, or may be the order priority corresponding to the target purchase order, for example, the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with urgent order priority is higher than the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with normal order priority. In some implementations, the release priority information may also include both creation date information for the target purchase order and an order priority corresponding to the target purchase order. For example, the target purchase orders may be relatively ordered according to the order priority (i.e., the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with the urgent order priority is higher than the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with the normal order priority), and the target purchase orders with the same order priority may be further ordered according to the creation date of the order, i.e., the release priority corresponding to the target purchase order with the earlier creation date is higher, so as to finally obtain the ordering result.
Step S1082, determining a current candidate release order from each target purchase order according to the sorting result.
Specifically, the first target purchase order in the ordering result is first determined as the current candidate release order.
Step S1083, determining whether the target demand quantity is less than or equal to the remaining shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order, if yes, executing the following step S1084, and if no, executing the following steps S1085 to S1086.
In this embodiment, after determining the current candidate release order, whether the current candidate release order has a sufficient amount of credit for shipping according to the target demand amount in the material calling information is determined by determining whether the target demand amount is less than or equal to the remaining shipping amount corresponding to the current candidate release order.
S1084, determining the current candidate release order as the target release order, and determining the target demand quantity as the cargo release quantity corresponding to the target release order.
In this embodiment, the target demand quantity is smaller than or equal to the remaining shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order, and the remaining shipping quantity of the current candidate release order may be considered to be sufficient for shipping according to the target demand quantity in the call information, so that the target demand quantity is determined as the cargo release quantity corresponding to the target release order.
S1085, determining the current candidate release order as the target release order, and determining the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order as the cargo release quantity corresponding to the target release order.
In this embodiment, the target demand number is greater than the remaining shipping number corresponding to the current candidate release order, and it may be considered that the remaining shipping number of the current candidate release order is insufficient to perform shipping according to the target demand number in the call information, so that the current candidate release order is determined as the target release order, and all the number units (remaining shipping number) of the current candidate release order are determined as the cargo release amount corresponding to the target release order.
S1086, updating the target demand quantity according to the residual shipping quantity of the current candidate release order, updating the next target purchase order of the current candidate release order to the current candidate release order according to the sorting result, and returning to execute the step S1083.
In this embodiment, since the cargo release amount does not reach the target demand amount in the cargo information, the target demand amount may be updated by subtracting the remaining shipping amount (cargo release amount) of the current candidate release order from the target demand amount, and updating the next target purchase order of the current candidate release order to the current candidate release order according to the sorting result, and returning to execute the above step S1083 until the above step S1084 is executed.
Step S109, the first target provider generates a target invoice according to the target release order and the corresponding cargo release amount, so as to remind the provider user to issue the first target cargo according to the target invoice.
In this embodiment, after determining the target release orders in each target purchase order and the corresponding cargo release amounts of each target release order, the first target provider side may generate a target invoice according to the target release orders and the corresponding cargo release amounts, where the target invoice may include each target release order (specifically, may be an order number of each target release order) and the cargo release amounts corresponding to each target release order, so as to remind the provider user to issue the first target cargo according to the target invoice.
Specifically, the first target provider side may receive, based on a display interface of the target invoice, a selection instruction of a provider user for one or more target release orders in each target release order, generate a corresponding delivery data list, where the delivery data list may include identification information of the one or more target release orders and a cargo release amount corresponding to the order, and the provider user may specifically perform cargo retrieval in a warehouse according to the delivery data list and package the cargo into a cargo, and may further associate the delivery data list with the corresponding cargo and then send the cargo; the first target provider may update the task status of the selected one or more target release orders to a shipped status, and optionally, the purchasing end user may send, via the purchasing end, confirmation receipt information for the shipment to the first target provider, and the first target provider may update the remaining shipment quantity corresponding to the first target shipment in the one or more target release orders after receiving the confirmation receipt information for the shipment.
In summary, in this embodiment of the present application, a purchasing end obtains a first purchase order of a first target cargo (the first purchase order includes first target cargo information of the first target cargo and a first target provider identifier, a delivery mode agreed by the first target provider identifier and the purchasing end is a called material delivery mode), and sends the first purchase order to the first target provider end according to the first target provider identifier, so as to obtain called material information for the first target cargo, and sends the called material information to the first target provider end, so that the first target provider end generates a target delivery order according to the called material information and at least one purchase order corresponding to the first target cargo maintained by the first target provider end, so as to remind a provider user to issue the first target cargo according to the target delivery order. Compared with the prior art that a supplier user independently delivers goods according to the production progress, after the first purchase order is acquired and sent to the first target supplier end, the supplier user (supplier) delivers goods according to the material calling information by further sending the material calling information to the first target supplier end, so that the goods supply of the supplier user is matched with the goods demand of a purchasing enterprise (purchasing end user), on one hand, the control of the purchasing enterprise on the delivery of the supplier is improved, the stock backlog of the purchasing enterprise is reduced, the control of the purchasing enterprise on the stock turnover is improved, and on the other hand, the smooth execution of the production plan of the purchasing enterprise is guaranteed, and the production efficiency of the purchasing enterprise is improved.
In a specific application scenario, for example, when the goods supplied by the supplier are large goods rather than mass-produced goods, the supplier often cannot issue a part of the goods according to the material calling information, so as to improve flexibility of the supplier in supplying the goods, in some embodiments, the method for processing the goods order data may further include a purchasing end acquiring a second purchasing order of the second target goods, and further sending the second purchasing order to the second target supplier end according to a second target supplier identifier in the second purchasing order, so that the second target supplier end reminds the supplier user to issue the second target goods according to the second target goods information in the second purchasing order.
In this embodiment, the second purchase order includes second target cargo information for the second target cargo and a second target provider identification. The cargo information of the second target cargo indicates ordering information of the second target cargo, which may specifically include a cargo name and a cargo total amount of the second target cargo and a supply period, where the supply period of the second target cargo indicates that the supplier user needs to issue all second target cargoes of the cargo total amount corresponding to the second target cargo in the second purchase order to the purchasing end user before the supply period; the second target supplier identifier is used for identifying a supplier for fulfilling the second purchase order, and specifically may be a supplier account number of the supplier, where the second target supplier identifier is pre-agreed with the purchasing end to be in a non-material-calling shipping mode for the purchase order. In the non-stock-calling delivery mode, after receiving the purchase order, the supplier prepares the goods according to the purchase order and delivers the goods according to the delivery period in the purchase order, without waiting for stock-calling information sent by the purchase end to indicate delivery.
The embodiment provides a delivery mode of non-material delivery, different delivery modes are adopted for different suppliers, and flexibility and scientificity of delivery of purchase orders are improved.
In order to improve traceability of the goods and standardize the receiving mode of the purchasing end user, in some embodiments of the present application, when the supplier end (for example, the first target supplier end and the second target supplier end) generates the shipping data sheet in the shipping process, label information corresponding to each of the goods may also be generated, where the label information may include the number of the goods corresponding to the goods and production information of the goods. The supplier side can send the label information corresponding to each goods to the corresponding purchasing side, the supplier user can package the goods according to the label information and print and paste the label information on the package of the corresponding goods, the purchasing side user can correspond to the label information received by the purchasing side according to the label information on the goods after receiving the goods, and can determine the quantity of the goods in the goods and the production information of the goods according to the label information on the goods, so that the goods checking is realized, the manual checking of the goods is not needed, the manpower expenditure of the supplier user in the goods checking process and the manpower expenditure of the purchasing side user in the goods checking process are reduced, and the traceability of the goods sending process is improved.
It should be noted that the system name of the cargo order data processing system is just one naming system from the function, and it should be understood that, in practical application, any system that can implement the same function as the cargo order data processing system provided in the present application may be considered as the cargo order data processing system provided in the present application. For example, a supplier relationship management (Supplier Relationship Management, SRM) system for improving a relationship with suppliers upstream of a supply chain may also be considered a cargo order data processing system provided herein, if it can perform the same functions as the cargo order data processing system provided herein described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides a first goods order data processing device, which can be configured at the purchasing end, and the goods order data processing device is used for executing the step that the executing main body is the purchasing end in the goods order data processing method. Specifically, referring to fig. 5A, fig. 5A shows a schematic structural diagram of a first cargo order data processing device 500 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the first cargo order data processing device 500 specifically includes a first obtaining unit 501, a first sending unit 502, a second obtaining unit 503 and a second sending unit 504, where,
A first obtaining unit 501, configured to obtain a first purchase order of a first target cargo, where the first purchase order includes first target cargo information of the first target cargo and a first target provider identifier, and a delivery mode agreed by the first target provider identifier and the purchasing end is a called material delivery mode;

In some embodiments of the present application, the second obtaining unit 503 may be further specifically configured to monitor whether the current demand of the first target cargo is greater than the current remaining inventory amount; and when the current demand is greater than the current stock remaining amount, determining the material calling information according to the current demand and the current stock remaining amount.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second obtaining unit 503 may be further specifically configured to monitor whether the current demand of the first target cargo is greater than the current remaining inventory amount; when the current demand is greater than the current stock remaining amount, generating a material calling reminding message; and acquiring the material calling information input by the purchasing end user based on the material calling reminding information.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5B, the first cargo order data processing apparatus may further include a determining unit 505 and a second generating unit 506, where the determining unit 505 is configured to determine whether the target demand quantity in the call information is less than a sum of remaining shipping quantities, where the sum of remaining shipping quantities is a sum of remaining shipping quantities corresponding to the first target cargo in each of the target purchase orders; the second generating unit 506 is configured to generate a remaining shipment insufficient quantity reminding message corresponding to the first target shipment if the sum of the remaining shipment quantities is less than the target demand quantity; the second sending unit 504 may be further specifically configured to send the stock calling information to the first target provider side when the sum of the remaining shipping amounts is not less than the target demand amount.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5B, the first order data processing apparatus 500 may further include a third receiving unit 507, configured to receive provider feedback information for the material calling information sent by the first target provider end; the supplier feedback information indicates whether a supplier user can carry out delivery according to the material calling information.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art can clearly understand, the specific implementation process of the cargo order data processing device and each unit may refer to the corresponding description in the foregoing method embodiment, and for convenience and brevity of description, the description is omitted herein.
The embodiment of the application further provides a second order data processing device, which can be configured at a supplier side, and the second order data processing device is used for executing the step of executing the main body as the supplier side in the order data processing method. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of a second cargo order data processing apparatus 600 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the second cargo order data processing apparatus 600 specifically includes a first receiving unit 601, a second receiving unit 602, a third obtaining unit 603, a determining unit 604 and a first generating unit 605,
A first receiving unit 601, configured to receive a first purchase order of a first target cargo sent by a purchase end, so that a provider user performs cargo preparation of the first target cargo according to the first purchase order;

In some embodiments of the present application, the material calling information includes a target demand quantity, and the order information includes a remaining shipping quantity corresponding to the first target cargo and release priority information of the target purchase order; the determining unit 604 may be further specifically configured to sort each of the target purchase orders according to the release priority information, so as to obtain a sorting result; determining a current candidate release order from each target purchase order according to the sorting result; judging whether the target demand quantity is smaller than or equal to the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order;

The first and second order data processing devices 500, 600 described above may each be implemented in the form of a computer program which may be run on a computer apparatus as shown in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 700 may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, tablet computer, personal computer, smart wearable device, server, etc. With reference to FIG. 7, the computer device 700 includes a processor 702, a memory, and a network interface 705, which are connected by a device bus 701, wherein the memory may include a storage medium 703 and an internal memory 704.
The storage medium 703 may store an operating system 7031 and a computer program 7032. The computer program 7032, when executed, can cause the processor 702 to perform a method of order data processing.
The processor 702 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 700.
The internal memory 705 provides an environment for the execution of a computer program 7032 in the storage medium 703, which computer program 7032, when executed by the processor 702, causes the processor 702 to perform the method of order data processing.
The network interface 705 is used for network communication, such as providing transmission of data information, etc. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the architecture in connection with the present application and is not intended to limit the computer device 700 to which the present application is applied, and that a particular computer device 700 may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
The processor 702 is configured to execute a computer program 7032 stored in the memory, so as to implement the cargo order data processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of the computer device shown in fig. 7 is not limiting of the specific construction of the computer device, and in other embodiments, the computer device may include more or less components than those shown, or certain components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may include only a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structure and function of the memory and the processor are consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and will not be described again.
It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the processor 702 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), the processor 702 may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSPs), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASICs), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. Wherein the general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
In another embodiment of the present application, a computer-readable storage medium is provided. The computer readable storage medium may be a nonvolatile computer readable storage medium or a volatile computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the method for processing order data of goods disclosed in the embodiments of the present application.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the apparatus, device and unit described above may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein. Claims (10)

1. A method for processing order data of goods, which is applied to a purchasing end, the method comprising:
acquiring a first purchase order of a first target cargo, wherein the first purchase order comprises first target cargo information of the first target cargo and a first target provider identification, and a delivery mode agreed by the first target provider identification and the purchase end is a called material delivery mode;
sending the first purchase order to a first target provider end according to the first target provider identifier;
acquiring material calling information aiming at the first target goods;
and sending the material calling information to the first target provider side so that the first target provider side generates a target invoice according to the material calling information and at least one target purchase order, and reminding a provider user of issuing the first target goods according to the target invoice, wherein the target purchase order is a purchase order corresponding to the first target goods maintained by the first target provider side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the call information for the first target good comprises:
monitoring whether the current demand of the first target cargo is greater than the current inventory remaining amount;
and when the current demand is greater than the current stock remaining amount, determining the material calling information according to the current demand and the current stock remaining amount.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the call information for the first target good comprises:
monitoring whether the current demand of the first target cargo is greater than the current inventory remaining amount;
when the current demand is greater than the current stock remaining amount, generating a material calling reminding message;
and acquiring the material calling information input by the purchasing end user based on the material calling reminding information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the sending the call origination information to the first target provider side, the method further comprises:
judging whether the target demand quantity in the material calling information is larger than the sum of the residual shipping quantity, wherein the sum of the residual shipping quantity is the sum of the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the first target goods in each target purchase order;
If the target demand quantity is larger than the sum of the residual shipping quantity, generating residual shipping quantity shortage reminding information corresponding to the first target goods;
the sending the material calling information to the first target provider side includes:
and when the target demand quantity is not greater than the sum of the residual shipping quantity, sending the material calling information to the first target provider end.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the call origination information to the first target provider side, the method further comprises:
receiving provider feedback information aiming at the material calling information and sent by the first target provider end; the supplier feedback information indicates whether a supplier user can carry out delivery according to the material calling information.
6. A method for processing order data of goods, which is applied to a supplier, the method comprising:
receiving a first purchase order of a first target cargo sent by a purchase end, so that a supplier user prepares the cargo of the first target cargo according to the first purchase order;
receiving material calling information aiming at the first target goods, which is sent by the purchasing terminal;
Acquiring each target purchase order corresponding to the first target goods maintained in the supplier side;
determining at least one target release order and the cargo release amount corresponding to each target release order from each target purchase order according to the material calling information and the order information of each target purchase order;
and generating a target invoice according to the target release order and the corresponding cargo release amount so as to remind the supplier user of issuing the first target cargo according to the target invoice.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the stock-out information includes a target demand quantity, and the order information includes a remaining shipping quantity corresponding to the first target shipment and release priority information for the target purchase order; the determining at least one target release order and the cargo release amount corresponding to the target release order from the target purchase orders according to the material calling information and the order information of the target purchase orders comprises the following steps:
sorting all the target purchase orders according to the release priority information to obtain sorting results;
Determining a current candidate release order from each target purchase order according to the sorting result;
judging whether the target demand quantity is smaller than or equal to the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order;
if the target demand quantity is smaller than or equal to the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order, determining the current candidate release order as the target release order, and determining the target demand quantity as the cargo release quantity corresponding to the target release order;
if the target demand quantity is greater than the residual shipping quantity of the current candidate release order, determining the current candidate release order as the target release order, and determining the residual shipping quantity corresponding to the current candidate release order as the cargo release quantity corresponding to the target release order;
