Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a capacity monitoring method in a purchasing process provided in the present application, in the application scenario, a purchasing user places a purchasing order to a provider terminal system through a purchasing terminal system, and the provider user can view the purchasing order through the provider terminal system and produce goods according to the purchasing order. It can be seen that in the method provided by the application, the production progress reporting template is also loaded in the purchase order, and the provider reports the progress data to the purchase end through the production progress reporting template, so that the purchase end can monitor the provider end according to the progress data.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an interactive flow chart of a capacity monitoring method of a purchasing process according to an embodiment of the present application, where the capacity monitoring method of the purchasing process may be applied to a capacity monitoring management system, the capacity monitoring management system includes a purchasing terminal system and a supplier terminal system, and the capacity monitoring method of the purchasing process specifically includes steps S101 to S107 described below.
Step S101, the purchasing terminal system obtains an initial purchasing order.
In this embodiment, the initial purchase order is a purchase order that has been generated in the purchase subsystem, and has not been sent to the provider.
In one embodiment, the initial purchase order may be generated based on purchase information entered by the purchasing user at the purchasing subsystem. In particular applications, the purchase information may include cargo information, which may include cargo name, cargo type, purchase amount of cargo, purchase price, payment information, etc., and vendor information, which may include vendor name, vendor account number, etc. The initial purchase order generated based on the purchase information may further include an order number, an order type, an order responsible person, etc., and in some embodiments of the present application, the initial purchase order may further carry early warning information corresponding to the initial purchase order, and may specifically include target early warning object information, an early warning information template, etc.
Step S102, the purchasing terminal system loads a target production progress reporting template into the initial purchasing order to obtain a target purchasing order, and sends the target purchasing order to the supplier terminal system.
In this embodiment, after the initial purchase order is obtained (generated), the initial purchase order is not directly sent to the provider terminal system, but the target production progress reporting template is loaded into the initial purchase order, and the obtained target purchase order is further sent to the provider terminal for goods production.
The target purchase order is used for indicating a provider terminal system to carry out goods production, the target production progress reporting template is used for indicating a provider user to report progress data of production progress according to a planning period, the target production progress reporting template specifically comprises progress data input positions corresponding to each planning period in a plurality of planning periods, and the provider user can input the progress data corresponding to the current planning period into the corresponding progress data input positions (target progress data input positions).
The plan period in the target production schedule reporting template is a plurality of sub-periods divided into the whole purchase order fulfilling process, and a specific division manner may be according to time division, for example, in a weekly division manner, as shown in the following table 1, where each plan period may be: first week, second week, …, nth week.
Table 1:
Figure BDA0004156263250000071
in some embodiments, the dividing manner of the planning period in the target production progress report template may also be divided according to the production process, for example, as shown in table 2, each planning period may be a stage one, a component production, a stage two, an assembly, a stage three, a debugging, etc., and may be specifically determined according to factors such as purchasing goods and suppliers, which is not limited in this application.
Table 2:
Figure BDA0004156263250000072
as shown in tables 1 and 2, the schedule data input position corresponding to the planning period in the target production schedule report template is used for allowing the supplier to input the schedule data corresponding to the planning period, where the schedule data is used for characterizing the completion schedule of the planning period, specifically may be the number of goods produced, or the ratio of the number of goods produced to the purchasing amount, or may be the completion schedule of the goods production process, taking the above table 2 as an example, the schedule data may be whether to complete the content corresponding to each stage, and if not, the completion schedule of the content corresponding to the stage may be additionally described.
The present application does not limit the form of the progress data content, and any data that can reflect the progress of the corresponding planning period is considered to be the progress data.
In a specific application, since the purchasing goods and suppliers are different, the dividing modes of the planning periods are correspondingly different, for example, for the purchasing orders of goods which can be rapidly produced in batches, the purchasing quantity can be distributed in each time period, namely, the planning periods can be divided according to time periods, and for the production of large-scale assembled goods, the planning periods can be divided according to production steps and production stages.
In an embodiment, in order to ensure the suitability of the target production progress reporting template to the purchased goods and suppliers, and reduce the time consumption of generating the target purchase order, each piece of goods information (for example, the type of the goods and the name of the goods) and the first production progress reporting template corresponding to each butted supplier may be preset and stored in the template library, so that after the initial purchase order is obtained, the target production progress reporting template matched with the piece of goods information and the supplier information may be obtained from the preset template library according to the piece of goods information and the supplier information in the initial purchase order, and then the target production progress reporting template is loaded into the initial purchase order, so as to obtain the target purchase order.
In practical application, because the production period corresponding to each purchase order is different, in order to improve the adaptability of the template further, in some embodiments of the present application, after obtaining an initial purchase order including cargo information and provider information, a plurality of planning periods corresponding to the cargo information and the provider information may be determined based on a preset period dividing rule, so as to generate a target production progress reporting template according to the planning periods, and load the target production progress reporting template into the initial purchase order, thereby obtaining the target purchase order.
In the specific implementation, the basic production progress report template can be obtained, wherein the basic progress report template comprises the input positions of each planning period and the progress data input positions corresponding to each planning period, and further after a plurality of planning periods are determined, the determined planning periods are respectively input into the input positions of each planning period in the basic progress report template, so that the target production progress report template is obtained.
The preset period dividing rule may be a period dividing rule corresponding to the purchased goods and suppliers, and specifically may include a dividing manner, for example, time division or production process division, if time division is performed, the preset period dividing rule may further include a period long-short distribution rule (for example, average distribution, that is, each planned period has the same duration, or a long period in the early period and a short period in the later period, or a short period in the early period and a long period in the later period, and the days corresponding to each average period, the days corresponding to the long period, the days corresponding to the short period, and the like, which may be determined according to specific situations.
In practical applications, the target production progress report template may further include input reminding information, order information and a cargo delivery period for reminding the supplier user of the position and input content required to be input, in some embodiments of the present application, the target production progress report template may further include a progress report date corresponding to each planning period, where the progress report date may be determined by the purchasing terminal system or the purchasing user, for example, when the planning period is divided by time, the last day of the planning period may be used as the progress report date, when the planning period is divided by the production process, the progress report date corresponding to each stage may be determined according to the theoretical duration corresponding to each stage (step), and in some embodiments, because the supplier user is an actual cargo producer, the supplier user may further understand a time allocation relationship of each stage in the whole cargo production process, in order to improve the flexibility of setting the progress report date, the progress report date may also be determined by the supplier terminal system or the supplier user, where the target production progress report template may include the progress report input position corresponding to each planning period, where the progress report date corresponding to each stage is input to the supplier user. Optionally, the progress reporting date set by the provider at the progress reporting date input position may also be sent to the purchasing terminal system in advance for auditing, and the auditing is implemented as the target progress reporting date after passing.
Step S103, the provider terminal system receives the target purchase order sent by the purchase terminal system.
In this embodiment, after receiving the target purchase order sent by the purchase terminal system, the provider terminal system may generate new order reminding information for reminding the provider user of the new purchase order, so as to perform cargo production according to the content in the purchase order.
Step S104, the provider terminal system enters a display interface of a target production progress reporting template according to a progress data reporting instruction triggered by the provider for the target purchase order.
In this embodiment, a progress reporting control may be displayed in a display page of the target purchase order in the provider subsystem, and in each planning period of the goods production, the provider user may click on the progress reporting control to report the progress. For example, as shown in fig. 3, after clicking the progress report control "progress report" of the target purchase order with the order number 100001 in the display page 300 of the target purchase order in the provider subsystem, the provider subsystem may enter the display interface 310 of the target production progress report template of the target purchase order with the order number 100001, and the user may input the progress data in the progress data input position (in the figure, the progress data column) of the display page.
Step S105, the provider terminal system receives the progress data input by the provider user in the target progress data input position based on the display interface, and sends the progress data to the purchasing terminal system.
The target schedule data input position is a schedule data input position corresponding to a current schedule period among a plurality of schedule periods, and the current schedule period refers to a schedule period for which the provider user wants to report the schedule, for example, if the provider user wants to report the schedule data corresponding to the second week, the current schedule period is the second week, and the target schedule data input position is the schedule data input position corresponding to the second week.
In this embodiment, after receiving the progress data input by the provider user in the target progress data input position, the provider subsystem may automatically send the progress data to the purchasing subsystem, and in some embodiments, the provider subsystem may also send the progress data input by the provider user to the purchasing subsystem according to a progress data sending instruction triggered by the provider user.
In the specific process of sending the schedule data, the supplier terminal system may send the latest target production schedule template including the schedule data input by the supplier user to the purchasing terminal system, or may send only the schedule data input recently by the supplier to the purchasing terminal system, or send part of the information in the target production schedule template and the schedule data to the purchasing terminal system together.
It should be noted that, the target production progress report template includes a progress data input position corresponding to each of a plurality of plan periods, that is, the target production progress report template includes a plurality of progress data input positions that require a supplier user to input.
Step S106, the purchasing terminal system receives the progress data sent by the supplier terminal system.
In this embodiment, after receiving the progress data sent by the provider terminal system, the purchasing terminal system may acquire a preset progress condition corresponding to the progress data, so as to determine whether the progress data meets the corresponding preset progress condition. Specifically, the purchasing terminal system may first determine a target production progress reporting template to which the progress data belongs, and then use a preset progress condition corresponding to the target production progress reporting template as a preset progress condition corresponding to the progress data.
And step S107, when the purchasing terminal system monitors that the progress data does not accord with the preset progress condition corresponding to the current planning period, carrying out capacity early warning of the initial purchasing order.
In this embodiment, each time the purchasing subsystem receives the schedule data, the purchasing subsystem may compare the schedule data with a preset schedule condition corresponding to a schedule period (current schedule period) corresponding to the schedule data, if the schedule data does not meet the preset schedule condition corresponding to the current schedule period, the supplier may be considered to have a risk of overdue delivery, and the capacity early warning of the initial purchasing order is performed, that is, in the specific implementation process, the steps S105 to S107 may be repeatedly performed.
The preset progress condition reflects the progress requirement of the purchasing party on the provider, and corresponds to the progress meaning represented by the progress data, if the progress data is the yield value of the first week, the preset progress condition may be the lowest yield threshold of the first week, and if the progress data is "completed" in the first stage, or "incomplete, the current progress is 85%", the preset progress condition may be "completed", or "incomplete, the current progress percentage is higher than the preset percentage threshold 80%", for example, when the progress data is "completed" or is the current progress in the incomplete state is higher than the preset percentage 80% ("incomplete, the current progress is 85%"), the progress data corresponding to the planning period may conform to the preset progress condition. The present application does not limit the data format of the schedule data, and does not limit the data format of the preset schedule condition for judging the schedule data, so long as the data can reflect the production schedule of the planning period, the data can be regarded as the schedule data, and the data can be regarded as the preset schedule condition as long as the data can judge whether the schedule data meets the schedule condition of the purchasing party on the production schedule.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the preset progress condition is a preset progress data threshold, where the preset progress data threshold may be determined according to a purchase amount in an initial purchase order, and the purchase amount may be specifically distributed to each planning period according to a preset purchase progress distribution standard, so as to obtain a preset progress condition corresponding to each planning period, and, for reminding a provider to timely produce, for example, as shown in table 3, the target production progress report template further includes a preset progress data threshold corresponding to each planning period (i.e., a production progress threshold in table 3).
Table 3:
planning cycle Progress data Threshold of production progress
First week of (progress data input position) 1000
Second week (progress data input position) 2000
Third week (progress data input position) 3000
The preset purchasing progress allocation standard may be an average purchasing amount allocation, or a major portion of purchasing amount may be allocated to a planning period corresponding to a production early period, and a remaining minor portion may be allocated to a planning period corresponding to a production late period, in some embodiments, if a production speed of the purchasing order is low in the production early period due to factors such as order stacking, the supplier may appropriately allocate a minor portion of purchasing amount to the planning period corresponding to the production early period, and a major portion to the planning period corresponding to the production mid-late period, where this application does not limit this according to specific situations.
In an embodiment, when the capacity early warning of the initial purchase order is performed, the capacity early warning information of the initial purchase order can be generated according to a preset early warning information template, and then the capacity early warning information is sent to a target early warning terminal corresponding to the initial purchase order.
