according to data of a product to be online, an ID of the product to be online and a planning instruction input by a user, skipping to a planning customization page, acquiring an editing instruction of the user on the planning customization page, entering the editing page, acquiring starting time input by the user and a planning instruction calculated by the backward time in the editing page, acquiring a research and development node of the product to be online and research and development time corresponding to each research and development node according to the starting time and the planning instruction calculated by the backward time, and generating a research and development plan of the product to be online, wherein the research and development node is determined by searching a research and development product template matched in a database according to the flow type and the product type of the product to be online, and the research and development product template stores information related to the research and development plan of the research and development node and the research and development time corresponding to each research and development node, wherein the planning instruction is used for determining the research and development node of the product to be online and the research and development time corresponding to each research and development node, and the research and development module comprises one or more research and development nodes;
Generating a command according to progress tracking information input by a user, and generating the progress tracking information of the product to be online based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, wherein the progress tracking information is related to the research and development module;
generating risk early warning information based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, wherein the risk early warning information is generated through a risk early warning information instruction input by a user or is automatically generated according to a preset time period; and
displaying a research and development plan of the product to be online, progress tracking information of the product to be online or the risk early warning information to a user by adopting a preset information display mode, wherein the information display mode comprises displaying the progress tracking information in a chart mode or displaying the progress tracking information in a mail notification mode;
the process tracking information comprises overview process tracking information of a demand submitting module, wherein the demand submitting module belongs to the research and development module, the process tracking information of the product to be online is generated based on research and development time corresponding to the research and development node according to a process tracking information generation instruction input by a user, and the process tracking information comprises the following steps:
Acquiring a target time period input by a user in advance according to the progress tracking information generation instruction input by the user, and determining the total number of products of the products to be online in the target time period according to the research nodes of the products to be online and the research time corresponding to the research nodes, wherein the progress tracking information generation instruction is related to the overview progress tracking information of the demand submitting module;
traversing the product to be online, obtaining the number of requirements associated with the product to be online, and obtaining the total number of requirements submitted in the target time period by accumulating the number of requirements;
in the traversing process, obtaining the number of to-be-submitted requirements and the number of submitted requirements of the to-be-online product, counting the total number of requirement submissions in the target time period, and calculating to obtain a requirement submission progress according to the total number of requirement submissions, wherein the requirement submission progress = the number of submitted requirements/the number of to-be-submitted requirements;
in the traversing process, obtaining an abnormal demand number, wherein the abnormal demand number comprises a demand number of demand which is not submitted on time and a demand number submitted overdue, and calculating to obtain an abnormal demand proportion according to the abnormal demand number, wherein the abnormal demand proportion = abnormal demand number/demand submission total; and
And generating progress tracking information of the products to be online according to the total number of the products to be online, the total number of the demand submissions, the demand submissions progress and the abnormal demand proportion in the target time period, wherein the progress tracking information is related to the overview progress tracking information of the demand submissions module.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the jumping to the plan customization page according to the data of the product to be online, the product ID to be online, and the plan formulation instruction input by the user comprises:
