The obtaining unit 110 obtains the stem data of the target item.
Specifically, the data of the target item includes the price of the target item. And when the target item is signed, determining whether the target item is a wrapped item or not by both parties of the contract, and when the target item is the wrapped item, negotiating to determine the wrapped price of the target item by both parties of the contract. After the dry package price of the target item is determined, the dry package price is used as the total fee in the execution process of the target item, and other fees are not charged.
Therefore, the determination of the data of the target project is an important component in the contract, and directly influences the profit and loss conditions of the target project.
When the cost data of the target item is larger than the trunk data of the target item, the acquisition unit 110 acquires the execution data of the target item.
Specifically, the execution data of the target project includes, but is not limited to, a combination of one or more of the following:
the number of sub-items of the target item, the item attributes of the sub-items of the target item, the execution efficiency of the target item, human cost data of the target item, non-human cost data of the target item, and the like.
Specifically, the item attributes of the sub-items of the target item include, but are not limited to, one or a combination of more of the following: the new items of the client, the original items, the new items of the original requirements and the like.
The execution efficiency of the target project refers to the amount of work done per unit time. Specifically, the obtaining unit 110 obtains the number of completed sub-items of the target item, obtains the executed time of the target item, and determines the execution efficiency of the target item according to the number of completed sub-items and the executed time.
The human cost data of the target project includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: operation and maintenance personnel cost data, development personnel cost data, testing personnel cost data and the like. Specifically, the obtaining unit 110 obtains all application systems of the target project, obtains unit prices and quantities of all application systems, and determines the non-human cost data of the target project according to the unit prices and quantities of all application systems.
It is understood that, after acquiring the execution data of the target project, the acquiring unit 110 may perform analysis according to the execution data of the target project to determine contract data of the target project, and perform analysis pre-warning according to the execution data. The specific mode will be described later.
The determination unit 111 determines contract data of the package dry data from the execution data of the target item.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, after the obtaining unit 110 obtains the execution data of the target item, the determining unit 111 may determine whether the contract data of the trunk data is reasonable by analyzing the execution data. This determination process will be described in detail below.
Preferably, the determining unit 111 determines the contract data of the trunk data according to the execution data of the target project, including, but not limited to, any one of the following cases:
(1) The determining unit 111 obtains the item attributes of all sub-items of the target item from the execution data of the target item, and when the item attribute of any sub-item is a newly added item of the client, the determining unit 111 determines that the dry data is unreasonable and prompts a designated person to sign a supplementary agreement of the target item with the client.
For example: after the determining unit 111 obtains the item attributes of all sub-items of the target item from the execution data of the target item, it determines that an item attribute of a sub-item B is a new item added by the client, because the sub-item B is not an original requirement of the target item but is caused by the client, that is, the sub-item B does not exist when a contract is signed, the determining unit 111 may determine that the wrapped data is unreasonable, and prompt a designated person to sign a supplementary agreement of the contract for the target item with the client.
In addition, in the supplementary agreement, the user can charge the sub-item B individually so as not to cause a loss.
Through the above embodiment, the determining unit 111 not only can analyze the reasonability of the contract data of the target project, but also can make a supplementary agreement for the extra cost caused by the client, so as to avoid affecting the whole implementation of the project and bringing loss to the company.
(2) The determining unit 111 obtains the execution efficiency of all sub-items of the target item from the execution data of the target item, and when the execution efficiency of any sub-item is less than or equal to a preset execution efficiency, the determining unit 111 determines that the overdrawn data is reasonable and prompts an executor of the target item to improve the execution efficiency of the target item.
For example: after the determining unit 111 obtains the execution efficiency of all sub-items of the target item from the execution data of the target item, it is determined that the execution efficiency of one sub-item C is less than or equal to a preset execution efficiency (for example: 60%), since the execution efficiency of the sub-item C is too low, the determining unit 111 may determine that the wrapped data is reasonable but the efficiency of internal operation is too low, and the determining unit 111 prompts the executor of the target item to improve the execution efficiency of the target item.
In this embodiment, the determining unit 111 obtains the number of jobs of all the sub-items and the executed time of all the sub-items, and determines the execution efficiency of all the sub-items according to the number of jobs of all the sub-items and the executed time of all the sub-items.
The preset execution efficiency may be configured by the electronic device, or may be configured by the electronic device receiving a setting of a user, which is not limited in the present invention.
Through the above embodiment, the determining unit 111 may not only analyze the rationality of the contract data of the target project, but also prompt the executor of the target project to improve the execution efficiency of the target project for the reason that the internal operation efficiency is too low, so as to take a certain warning effect on the internal executor.
(3) The determining unit 111 obtains the labor cost data of the target project from the execution data of the target project, and when the labor cost data of the target project is greater than or equal to the preset labor cost data, the determining unit 111 determines that the data of the trunk is reasonable and prompts an executor of the target project to redistribute labor.
For example: after the determining unit 111 obtains the human cost data of the target project from the execution data of the target project, it is determined that the human cost data of one sub-project C is greater than or equal to the preset human cost data (for example, 100 ten thousand), because the human cost data of the sub-project C is too high, the determining unit 111 may determine that the subcontracting data is reasonable, but the human cost of the internal operation is not well controlled, and the determining unit 111 prompts the executor of the target project to redistribute the human.
The preset human cost data can be configured by the designated personnel before the contract is signed, and the invention is not limited.
Through the above embodiment, the determining unit 111 not only can analyze the rationality of the contract data of the target project, but also can prompt the executor of the target project to redistribute manpower for the management and control problem of the internal operation of the human cost, and plays a certain warning role for the internal execution condition.
(4) The determining unit 111 obtains non-human cost data of the target project from the execution data of the target project, and when the non-human cost data of the target project is greater than or equal to preset non-human cost data, the determining unit 111 determines that the packing data is reasonable and prompts an executor of the target project to re-allocate non-human resources.
For example: after the determining unit 111 obtains the non-human cost data of the target project from the execution data of the target project, it is determined that the non-human cost data of a sub-project C is greater than or equal to the preset non-human cost data (for example, 100 ten thousand), because the non-human cost data of the sub-project C is too high, the determining unit 111 may determine that the subcontracting data is reasonable, but the non-human cost of the internal operation is not well controlled, and the determining unit 111 prompts the executor of the target project to re-allocate the non-human resources.
The preset non-human cost data can be configured by the appointed personnel before signing a contract, and the invention is not limited.
Through the above embodiment, the determining unit 111 not only can analyze the rationality of the contract data of the target project, but also can prompt the executor of the target project to re-prepare non-human resources aiming at the problem of non-human cost management and control of internal operation, and plays a certain warning role for the internal execution condition.
Preferably, after the determining unit 111 determines the reasonability of the package dry data according to the execution data of the target item, the method further includes:
the prompting unit 113 prompts the executor of the target item to check the daily report data of the target item to obtain a check result, the obtaining unit 110 obtains the check result, and when the check result shows that the daily report data of the target item is wrong, the prompting unit 113 prompts the executor of the target item to re-determine the daily report data of the target item.
Through the implementation mode, the influence on the judgment result due to data uploading errors can be effectively avoided through the mode of manual auditing participation, and the judgment result is more accurate.
In summary, the present invention determines the contract data of the target project through the daily report data, the trunk data and the execution data of the target project, so as to reduce the process of human participation, improve the accuracy, and be more intelligent.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device implementing a project control method according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

when the cost data of the target project is larger than the trunk data of the target project, acquiring the execution data of the target project;
determining contract data of the package data according to the execution data of the target project, including:
acquiring the project attributes of all sub-projects of the target project from the execution data of the target project, determining that the dry data is unreasonable when the project attribute of any sub-project is a newly added project of a client, and prompting appointed personnel to sign a supplementary agreement of the target project contract with the client; or
Acquiring the execution efficiency of all sub-items of the target item from the execution data of the target item, determining that the packing data is reasonable when the execution efficiency of any sub-item is less than or equal to the preset execution efficiency, and prompting an executor of the target item to improve the execution efficiency of the target item; or
Acquiring the labor cost data of the target project from the execution data of the target project, determining that the data of the trunk is reasonable when the labor cost data of the target project is greater than or equal to the preset labor cost data, and prompting an executor of the target project to redistribute labor; or

acquiring a wrapped item from the item list, and configuring the designated mark for the wrapped item.
3. The project control method of claim 1, wherein said daily data comprises a combination of one or more of:
a labor cost of a daily executor of the target project, a daily consumption cost of a hardware device of the target project, a daily consumption cost of a software system of the target project.
4. The project control method of claim 1, wherein said determining cost data for the target project from the daily data for the target project comprises:
acquiring current time;
calculating the sum of all daily data until the current time;
acquiring the starting time of the target project;
determining the executed time of the target project according to the starting time and the current time of the target project;
determining daily cost data of the target item according to the sum of all the daily report data and the executed time;
acquiring the pre-execution time of the target item;
and determining cost data of the target project according to the daily cost data and the pre-execution time.
5. The project control method of claim 4, wherein said determining daily cost data for said target project based on said sum of all daily data and said executed time comprises:
and calculating a quotient value of the sum of all daily report data and the executed time, and taking the quotient value as daily cost data of the target item.
6. The project control method according to claim 1, characterized in that after determining the reasonableness of the overdraft data based on the execution data of the target project, the method further comprises:
prompting an executor of the target project to check daily data of the target project to obtain a checking result;
acquiring the auditing result;
and when the auditing result shows that the daily data of the target project is wrong, prompting an executor of the target project to re-determine the daily data of the target project.
7. An item control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an item list in which at least one item is stored;
the acquisition unit is further used for acquiring a target item with a specified mark from the item list;
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring daily report data of the target project;
