Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a life cycle data processing method for metering materials according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the foregoing embodiment, and specifically includes the following steps:
s210, acquiring measurement material standing book information in a marketing system as a first list;
and S220, acquiring quota standing book information of the measured material inventory as a fourth list.
It should be noted that the inventory quota ledger information is a reasonable inventory quantity determined to ensure that the enterprise production and operation activities are performed normally.
S230, comparing the data items of the first list and the fourth list to obtain a third comparison result;
s240, if the third comparison result is that the data value of the first list is smaller than or equal to the data value of the fourth list, judging whether the data value of the first list falls within the range of 80% -100% of the data value of the fourth list; if yes, executing S250, otherwise executing S260;
s250, if yes, generating a primary alarm signal of insufficient inventory;
and S260, if not, generating a secondary alarm signal with sufficient inventory.
In an embodiment of the invention, it can be understood that the measured material standing account information and the inventory quota in the marketing system are compared, and if the actual material quantity is less than the quota standing account information, it indicates that the actual material quantity is less than the quantity required by daily production and operation of an enterprise, the actual material quantity is insufficient, and the inventory has a risk of being lower than the quota quantity. Furthermore, if the actual material quantity belongs to the range of 80% -100% of the rated standing book information, in order to avoid the situation that the supply of the enterprise material is short of the demand, a first-level alarm signal is sent to remind related personnel, and therefore the inventory is increased to a reasonable level.
S270, if the third comparison result shows that the data value of the first list is larger than the data value of the fourth list, generating a three-level alarm signal for consuming material instructions as soon as possible;
s280, verifying and executing the material consumption command as soon as possible, and re-executing the operations of obtaining the first list and the second list and comparing to obtain the third comparison result until the third comparison result is that the data value of the first list is smaller than or equal to the data value of the fourth list.
In an embodiment of the invention, it can be understood that the measured material standing account information and the inventory quota in the marketing system are compared, if the actual material quantity is greater than the quota standing account information, it is indicated that the actual inventory is greater than the quantity required by daily production and operation of an enterprise, and at this time, in order to avoid the accumulation of inventory materials, a three-level alarm signal is generated to prompt related personnel to consume the materials as soon as possible. After the command of consuming the materials as soon as possible is verified and executed, the information of the stock materials and the quota materials is obtained again and compared, and the finally achieved result that the numbers of the stock materials and the quota materials are balanced is ensured. Optionally, the material consumption instruction as soon as possible is generated by software or hardware, and the material consumption instruction as soon as possible may be executed by a computer or by related personnel.
For example, suppose that the quantity of the measured material inventory standing accounts and the quantity of the quota acquired by company a are respectively 90 ten thousand and 100 ten thousand, it is seen that the quantity of the inventory is less than the quantity of the quota, and the quantity of the inventory is 90% of the quantity of the quota, which is in the range of 80% -100%, which indicates that there is a risk that the normal operation of the enterprise production and operation activities cannot be guaranteed, at this time, the alarm lamp turns yellow, and the manager coordinates the production personnel to accelerate the production speed, or fills the inventory through other channels, so as to increase the quantity of the inventory to a reasonable quantity.
For example, suppose that the quantity of the measured material inventory standing accounts and the quantity of the measured material inventory standing accounts acquired by company B are 110 ten thousand and 100 ten thousand respectively, that is, the inventory quantity is greater than the quantity of the measured material inventory, which indicates that a part of materials in the inventory have a risk of being retained, and inevitably occupies a large amount of funds when the inventory quantity of the measured material inventory is excessive, so that the fund transfer speed is reduced, the loan interest expenditure of an enterprise bank is increased, the expenses of storage fees, insurance fees, maintenance fees and the like are increased, great difficulty is brought to the turnover of the enterprise liquidity funds, and normal production and operation activities of the enterprise and difficulty in controlling the inventory cost are influenced to a certain extent. At the moment, the alarm lamp is changed into red, a computer generates a material consumption instruction as soon as possible, relevant personnel make a relevant scheme after checking and determining and execute the scheme, and the alarm lamp is changed into green after the number of the inventory accounts is smaller than the quota number of 100 thousands, so that the current inventory number is reasonable.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a life cycle data processing method for metering materials according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the foregoing embodiments and specifically includes the following steps:
s310, performing data perspective classification on the first list, and extracting and obtaining a list of the retention time of the measured materials to be identified and the retention time of the measured materials to be scrapped as a fifth list;
in one embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that the data perspective classification refers to statistical summarization of source data through different combinations of data rows or columns, and the summarization includes, but is not limited to, summation, counting, averaging, and the like. The measured materials to be identified can be classified into measured materials to be scrapped or normal stock after being identified. The measured materials to be scrapped are returned materials which are determined to have no use value through the use value identification of the organization of the material use management department, engineering excess materials which are determined to have no use value through the organization identification of the material department, idle materials which are determined to have no use value through the organization identification of the material department and reserve materials which reach the rotation period.
S320, identifying according to the measured materials to be identified and the retention time of the measured materials to be scrapped in the fifth list to determine whether retention conditions are met; if the retention time of the measured materials to be identified is longer than or equal to a first set time or the retention time of the measured materials to be scrapped is longer than or equal to a second set time, determining that the retention condition is met; and the first set time length is less than the second set time length.
S330, if the retention condition is met, generating a starting order correcting instruction;
and S340, verifying and executing the order starting and modifying instruction, and re-executing the operation of extracting and identifying the fifth list until the fifth list does not meet the retention condition, and generating a normal alarm signal.
And S350, if the retention condition is determined not to be met, identifying whether the fifth list meets the retention early warning condition. Wherein, the retention early warning condition is as follows: the retention time of the to-be-identified metering material is within a range of two to three months or the retention time of the to-be-scrapped metering material is within a range of five to six months; if the delay early warning condition is met, a delay early warning signal is generated, otherwise, a normal warning signal is generated.
Optionally, the first set duration and the second set duration may be durations preset according to normal material life cycles of different enterprises.
It can be obtained that when the residence time of the metering materials to be identified is longer than or equal to the first set time, or the residence time of the metering materials to be scrapped is longer than or equal to the second set time, it shows that the residence time of the metering materials to be identified in the stock is too long, so that the stock is accumulated, and the warehouse is occupied, and the production, operation and turnover operation of a company are not facilitated. At the moment, a computer generates a single rectification instruction, the alarm lamp displays red, related personnel verify the quantity of the materials and rectify the materials, and the measured materials to be authenticated are identified as normal stock materials or materials to be scrapped as soon as possible. Redundant discarded materials in the warehouse can be identified in time, the discarded materials in the accumulated inventory materials can be reduced, and the analysis efficiency of the measured materials is improved.
Further, the detention time of the measured materials to be identified belongs to the range of two to three months or the detention time of the measured materials to be scrapped belongs to the range of five to six months, which shows that the detention time of the measured materials to be identified or the measured materials to be scrapped is longer, but the normal production and operation of a company are not influenced, and at the moment, the alarm lamp displays yellow. After relevant personnel verify and correct the materials to be identified or the materials to be discarded, or the retention time of the measured materials to be identified is less than two months or the retention time of the measured materials to be discarded is less than five months, the alarm lamp displays green, which indicates that the retention time of the measured materials to be identified or the measured materials to be discarded is short, and excessive newspaper waste materials cannot be generated in the time range to occupy too much inventory space, so that the relevant personnel do not need to be reminded, and the materials are treated according to the conventional flow.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the quantitative standing book information of the measured material inventory is obtained and used as a fourth statement; comparing the data items of the first list and the fourth list to obtain a third comparison result; if the third comparison result is that the data value of the first list is less than or equal to the data value of the fourth list, judging whether the data value of the first list falls within the range of 80% -100% of the data value of the fourth list; if yes, generating a primary alarm signal of insufficient inventory; if not, a secondary alarm signal with sufficient inventory is generated. Performing data perspective classification on the first list, and extracting and obtaining a retention time list of the measured materials to be identified and the retention time list of the measured materials to be scrapped as a fifth list; identifying according to the retention time of the measured materials to be identified and the measured materials to be scrapped in the fifth list to determine whether retention conditions are met; if the retention condition is met, generating a starting order correction instruction; verifying and executing the order starting and reforming instruction, and re-executing the operation of extracting and identifying the fifth list until the fifth list does not meet the retention condition, generating a normal alarm signal, efficiently and automatically extracting the inventory quota ratio data, quickly identifying the retention materials to be identified and scrapped, and generating a problem reforming task to carry out reforming for related workers; besides, the inventory threshold quota proportion and the residence time tolerance value can be set, an early warning line is set, the function of a red, yellow and green light is identified, and the effective management and control of the work management personnel on the full life cycle of the measured materials are promoted.
