In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, a research and development plan of a product to be online is generated according to data of the product to be online, ID of the product to be online and a plan making instruction input by a user, the product to be online can be quickly and completely input on a product management platform, and the research and development plan of the product to be online is generated; then generating an instruction according to progress tracking information input by a user, generating progress tracking information of the product to be on-line based on the research and development time corresponding to the research and development node and the research and development node, tracking the progress of the product to be on-line, and rapidly and comprehensively acquiring the progress condition of each research and development module of the product to be on-line; then, risk early warning information is generated based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, so that risk early warning of online products can be realized, and users can quickly and unreletedly know products to be online, which have difficulty in research and development progress; and finally, displaying the research and development plan of the product to be online, the progress tracking information of the product to be online or the risk early warning information to a user by adopting a preset information display mode, so that the user can know the latest condition of the product to be online in time, and the user can conveniently perform visual management on the product to be online at any time. In the embodiment of the invention, the product management platform can realize effective management of the products to be online.

The Processor 51 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 52 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 50, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 50. The memory 52 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 50, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the computer device 50, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 52 may also include both internal and external storage devices for the computer device 50. The memory 52 is used to store computer programs and other programs and data required by the computer device. The memory 52 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.

1. A product development management method, the method comprising:
generating a research and development plan of a product to be on-line according to data of the product to be on-line input by a user, an ID of the product to be on-line and a planning instruction, wherein the planning instruction is used for determining research and development nodes of the product to be on-line and research and development time corresponding to each research and development node, the research and development plan comprises a research and development module, and the research and development module comprises one or more research and development nodes;
generating an instruction according to progress tracking information input by a user, and generating progress tracking information of the product to be on-line based on the research and development node and research and development time corresponding to the research and development node, wherein the progress tracking information is related to the research and development module;
generating risk early warning information based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, wherein the risk early warning information is generated through a risk early warning information instruction input by a user or automatically generated according to a preset time period;
and displaying the research and development plan of the product to be on-line, the progress tracking information of the product to be on-line or the risk early warning information to a user by adopting a preset information display mode, wherein the information display mode comprises displaying the progress tracking information in a chart mode or displaying the progress tracking information in a mail notification mode.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the research and development plan of the product to be on-line according to the data of the product to be on-line, the ID of the product to be on-line and the plan making instruction input by the user comprises:
according to the data of the product to be online and the ID of the product to be online, which are input by a user, creating the product to be online on a product management platform, and displaying the ID of the new product to be online and the data of the product to be online on a platform page, wherein the ID of the product to be online is displayed on the platform page in a hyperlink mode, and the hyperlink is used for jumping to a planned customization page;
according to a jump instruction input by a user, jumping to the plan customization page through the hyperlink of the ID of the product to be on-line;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an editing instruction of a user on a plan customizing page, entering the editing page, obtaining starting time input by the user and a plan formulating instruction calculated by later time in the editing page, obtaining research and development nodes of a product to be online according to the starting time and the plan formulating instruction calculated by later time and research and development time corresponding to each research and development node, and generating a research and development plan of the product to be online, wherein the research and development nodes are determined by searching matched research and development product templates in a database according to the flow type and the product type of the product to be online, and the research and development product templates store the research and development nodes and information of the research and development time corresponding to each research and development node and development plan.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the progress tracking information includes overview progress tracking information of a demand submission module, wherein the demand submission module belongs to the research and development module, and the generating of the progress tracking information according to the progress tracking information input by the user generates the progress tracking information of the product to be on-line based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, and includes:
generating an instruction according to the progress tracking information input by the user, acquiring a target time period input by the user in advance, and determining the total number of products of the products to be uploaded in the target time period according to the research and development nodes of the products to be uploaded and the research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, wherein the progress tracking information generation instruction is related to the overview progress tracking information of the demand submission module;
traversing the products to be uploaded, acquiring the number of demands associated with the products to be uploaded, and accumulating the number of demands to obtain the total number of demands in the target time period;
in the traversing process, acquiring the number of demands to be submitted and the number of submitted demands of the product to be uploaded, counting the total number of the demands submitted in the target time period, and calculating to obtain a demand submitting progress according to the total number of the demands submitted, wherein the demand submitting progress is the number of submitted demands/the number of the demands to be submitted;
in the traversing process, acquiring abnormal demand number, wherein the abnormal demand number comprises demand number which is not submitted on time and demand number which is submitted overdue, and calculating to obtain an abnormal demand proportion according to the abnormal demand number, wherein the abnormal demand proportion is abnormal demand number/demand submission total number;
and generating progress tracking information of the products to be on-line according to the total product number, the total demand submission number, the demand submission progress and the abnormal demand proportion of the products to be on-line in the target time period, wherein the progress tracking information is related to the overview progress tracking information of the demand submission module.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating risk early warning information based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes comprises:
acquiring a target time period input by a user;
counting predetermined target data in the research and development module based on the research and development node and research and development time corresponding to the research and development node to obtain target statistical data;
and detecting whether the target statistical data falling into the risk early warning condition predefined by the user exist or not, and if so, generating the risk early warning information according to the target statistical data.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the displaying the development plan of the product to be on-line, the progress tracking information of the product to be on-line, or the risk early warning information to a user in a preset information displaying manner, the method further comprises:
recording the research and development node of the to-be-online product after the date is in the research and development plan of the to-be-online product in the progress tracking information of the to-be-online product, and taking the recorded research and development node as a target research and development node;
and storing the detailed information of the target research and development node in a text document for a user to look up and analyze, wherein the detailed information of the target research and development node comprises a product to be online where the target research and development node is located, research and development nodes of the product to be online, and research and development time corresponding to each research and development node.
6. A product development management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a research and development plan generating module, a searching module and a processing module, wherein the research and development plan generating module is used for generating a research and development plan of a product to be on-line according to data of the product to be on-line input by a user, an ID of the product to be on-line and a planning instruction, the planning instruction is used for determining research and development nodes of the product to be on-line and research and development time corresponding to each research and development node, the research and development plan comprises a research and development module, and the research and development module comprises one or more;
the progress tracking information generating module is used for generating an instruction according to progress tracking information input by a user and generating the progress tracking information of the product to be on-line based on the research and development node and the research and development time corresponding to the research and development node, wherein the progress tracking information is related to the research and development module;
a risk early warning information generation module, configured to generate risk early warning information based on the research and development nodes and research and development time corresponding to the research and development nodes, where the risk early warning information is generated through a risk early warning information instruction input by a user, or is automatically generated according to a preset time period;
and the display module is used for displaying the research and development plan of the product to be online, the progress tracking information of the product to be online or the risk early warning information to a user in a preset information display mode, wherein the information display mode comprises displaying the progress tracking information in a chart mode or displaying the progress tracking information in a mail notification mode.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the development plan generation module is specifically configured to:

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the product development management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
