背景技术
目前,老旧小区加装电梯,就目前进展情况来看,施行下去的阻力实在太大。原因有很多,如高低层住户意见不一致;会缩短房子的寿命;一层住户家中的采光和通风条件变差;噪音污染增加等等。本发明专利老楼智能轨道椅正是为解决这个难题而设计,即解决了老年人上下楼不方便的问题,又避开了加装电梯的矛盾。
发明内容
本发明设计老楼智能轨道椅广泛应用于全国各地没有电梯的老旧住宅楼。主要特征是在楼道里围绕着楼梯扶手架设智能单轨运行座椅,为老年人上下楼提供方便。包括:轨道运行装置、座位平衡装置、分段式换乘设置、智能操控系统等。
具体为:
1、轨道运行装置:老楼智能轨道椅围绕楼梯中心扶手,由下往上螺旋式铺设工字型齿轮单轨,单轨上卧装一台齿轮机组。齿轮机组内设有两个与工字型齿轮单轨相咬合的滚动齿轮,齿轮竖起的轮轴连接两台驱动电机,由驱动电机根据智能操作系统指挥上下行及停止运行。驱动电机固定在一块宽20CM长40CM厚2CM的钢板上,组合成运行齿轮组。
2、座位平衡装置:运行齿轮组钢板上前后装有两个微型液压机,做为收放座板的支撑,钢板靠扶手方向有座椅靠背架和靠背。钢板上有——块能伸缩的脚踏板。当无人乘坐不运行时,座板会在智能系统的操控下,直立贴在靠楼梯扶手的位置,节省楼梯通道空间;有人乘坐时,座板会自动放下,微型液压机顶起,支撑座椅,同时,随上下楼高低升降,无论运行任何角度,都能保持座椅的平衡。
3、分段式换乘设置:为了解决楼层多,单人乘坐等候时间长的问题,将六楼分两段,三楼换乘。各层楼都有按钮开关。这样方便二三层住户上下楼的时间,也减少高楼层住户的等待时间。
4、智能操控系统:各楼层都在楼梯扶手拐角处设立操控台,根据住户需求,智能安排座椅上下的顺序,提醒乘坐的注意事项。如在一层乘坐时,智能系统会操控上层轨道椅及时到三层等候换乘。当运行到各个楼层时,都会有自动提醒播报,同时安装有当日天气预报按钮,为出门老人参考。当运行中遇到突发事件或乘坐人突然离座,智能操作系统会立即停车,同时发出报警信号,呼叫住户前来帮助处理。

Claims (4)
1.轨道运行装置:老楼智能轨道椅围绕楼梯中心扶手,由下往上螺旋式铺设工字型齿轮单轨,单轨上卧装一台齿轮机组。齿轮机组内设有两个与工字型齿轮单轨相咬合的滚动齿轮,齿轮竖起的轮轴连接两台驱动电机,由驱动电机根据智能操作系统指挥上下行及停止运行。驱动电机固定在一块宽20CM长40CM厚2CM的钢板上,组合成运行齿轮组。
