为了能够容易且灵活地适应于各种滚动元件几何形状和/或要求,至少一个桥元件和/或侧部元件包括其中接纳插入元件的至少一个开口,所述插入元件被构造为至少接触所接纳的滚动元件。换言之,第一侧部(或第一侧部元件)和第二侧部(或第二侧部元件)以及至少一个桥元件形成保持架基本结构,该保持架基本结构借助于至少一个插入元件可以适应于轴承保持架的不同设计。例如,相同的保持架基本结构可以由此而用于不同的滚动元件,其中,仅更换插入元件。此外,插入元件还具有以下优点:由于滚动元件之间的任何间距差异可以通过插入元件来补偿,因此第一侧部和/或第二侧部和/或至少一个桥元件可以设计得较薄。除了节省重量和材料之外,这还具有以下优点:由于较薄的第一侧部和/或第二侧部和/或桥元件,尤其是在大型滚动轴承中,可以在滚动轴承中容纳更多的滚动元件,由此可以提高滚动轴承的效率和/或使用寿命。
至少一个开口可以例如延伸穿过侧部和/或桥元件的整个壁厚。作为另一种选择,开口也可以仅延伸穿过侧部和/或桥元件的壁厚的一部分,并且例如被构造为盲孔的类型。此外,轴承保持架可以在滚动元件上被引导,或者作为另一种选择,轴承保持架可以引导滚动元件。此外,可以在多于一个开口(例如,两个开口)中接纳插入元件。
插入元件可以优选地具有适用于引导滚动元件和/或轴承保持架的形状。例如,插入元件可以被构造为与滚动元件接触。此外,在滚动元件抵接表面(rolling-elementabutment surface)的区域中,插入元件在面对滚动元件的一侧可以设置有基于滚动元件(可接纳在腔格中)的形状和/或结构。此外,插入元件也可以被构造为提供对轴承保持架的滚道引导。轴承保持架和插入元件的组合允许对轴承保持架施加的不同要求,并且可以分成两个组件。这里,特别地,轴承保持架可以用作相对简单且制造起来相对经济的框架基本结构,而插入元件可以被构造为使轴承保持架适应于不同的滚动元件几何形状。
根据另一实施方式,插入元件被构造为使保持架腔格的尺寸适应于(/适配于)(adapt to)所接纳的滚动元件。插入元件的厚度优选与第一侧部和/或第二侧部和/或桥元件的厚度不同。例如,当插入元件布置在轴承保持架的侧部中的一个上时,可以补偿滚动元件的长度,并且当插入元件布置在桥元件上时,可以补偿滚动元件的直径。例如,标准化的保持架基本结构可以由此而用于不同尺寸的滚动元件,使得不必为每个滚动元件尺寸提供相应的保持架基本结构。相反,可以通过插入元件来补偿滚动元件与所形成的腔格之间的几何形状差异。特别地,由此也可以以快速且简单的方式制造原型。
对于对轴承保持架和/或滚动元件的引导,作为另一种选择或另外地,插入元件可以被构造为润滑剂储存部(/腔)(reservoir),其中,优选地,插入元件的表面设置有结构,和/或,其中,优选地,插入元件由固体润滑剂材料制造。例如,插入元件可以由海绵型(sponge-type)材料、多孔(porous)材料和/或烧结材料制造,这些材料还可以被构造为例如在其孔中储存润滑剂。此外,插入元件可以包括至少一个第一区域和一个第二区域,其中,这些区域在至少一个功能性质方面不同。例如,一个区域可以被构造为储存润滑剂,并且另一区域可以被构造为阻尼元件。特别地,第一区域和第二区域可以由不同的材料制造。
根据另一优选实施方式,插入元件被构造为阻尼(/减震)(damping)元件,插入元件优选地由弹性材料制成。例如,插入元件可以由硬质耐磨泡沫制成。这使得可以减少对滚动元件的冲击和/或撞击(blow),因为不发生钢-钢接触。以这种方式,特别是在大的和/或重的滚动元件的情况下,由于可以减少材料碎裂(chipping),因此可以有利地防止相邻的滚动元件和/或轴承保持架被损坏。
插入元件优选可释放地或防脱地(/俘获地/受困地)(captively)附接在至少一个开口中。例如,可以使用常规的接合方法,以将插入元件牢固地附接在至少一个开口中。例如,至少一个插入元件可以以过盈配合(/干涉配合)(interference-fit)、摩擦配合和/或材料结合的方式附接在至少一个开口中。例如,插入元件可以通过夹持(/夹紧)、胶合(/粘合)(gluing)、包覆成型、注射成型和/或焊接来附接。
此外,插入元件可以由金属制造(优选地,由黄铜(brass)和/或钢制造),和/或由塑料制造(特别地,由耐磨塑料制造)。有利地,这使得可以提供具有高强度的插入元件。作为另一种选择或另外地,插入元件也可以由不同的材料(诸如,以木材、毛毡、陶瓷等为例)制造。至少一个插入元件优选地可以被切割、特别是激光切割、冲压和/或冲切(/啃咬/逐渐压咬)(nibbled),继而由此仅产生低的工具成本。作为另一种选择或另外地,插入元件可以设置有孔,例如由铸造工件或烧结工件制造,使得插入元件可以由于其孔而储存润滑剂,并且因此可以被构造为润滑剂储存部。
至少一个开口优选地被构造为凹部或缺口(/凹口)(notch)。特别地,凹部是延伸穿过侧部和/或桥元件的整个壁厚的开口,其中,侧部和/或桥元件的材料形成绕着凹部的封闭框架。与此相反,在缺口的情况下,材料不形成封闭框架,而是至少在一侧敞开,使得在缺口的情况下,插入元件也可以通过将其推入到开口中而插入到开口中。
根据另一方面,提出了一种用于上述轴承保持架的插入元件。
根据另一方面,提出一种特别是大型滚动轴承的滚动轴承,所述滚动轴承包括至少一个内圈和至少一个外圈,其中,在内圈与外圈之间布置有滚动元件,其中,滚动元件由上述轴承保持架保持。

在下文中,相同或功能等同的元件由相同的附图标记表示。
图1至图3示出了根据实施方式的特别适用于大型滚动轴承的轴承保持架1。轴承保持架1具有保持架基本结构,保持架基本结构具有第一侧部2、第二侧部4以及连接侧部2、4的多个桥元件6。这里,侧部和桥元件形成保持架腔格8,保持架腔格8被构造为接纳至少一个滚动元件(未描绘)。轴承保持架1可以例如用在滚子轴承中,即用在具有滚子状滚动元件(诸如,以圆锥滚子、圆柱滚子、鼓筒(/筒体)(barrels)、滚针等为例)的滚动轴承中。轴承保持架优选由金属(特别是金属板)和/或由塑料形成。此外,轴承保持架可以由固体(/实心/坚固)(solid)材料形成。
为了能够使轴承保持架1的保持架基本结构更加灵活地适应于规定的要求,桥元件6包括其中接纳插入元件12(图2)的开口10(图2),插入元件12被构造为至少接触所接纳的滚动元件。另外地或作为另一种选择,第一侧部2和/或第二侧部4也可以设置有开口10和插入元件12。
在所示的示例性实施方式中,开口10形成为凹部,插入元件12可以插入到该凹部中。作为另一种选择,开口也可以被构造为缺口(/凹口)(notch),插入元件12可以滑动到该缺口中。在开口10中,插入元件12可以利用常规的接合方法(例如,以过盈配合、摩擦配合和/或材料结合的方式)附接。插入元件12也可以可释放地或防脱地(/捕获地)(captively)附接在开口10中。例如,插入元件可以通过夹持(/夹紧)、粘附和/或焊接来附接。在所示的实施方式中,开口10延伸穿过桥元件6的整个壁厚。作为另一种选择,开口10也可以仅延伸穿过桥元件6的壁厚的一部分,并且可以被构造为例如盲孔的类型。
从图2中可以看出,插入元件12(在图3中被更精确地描绘)插入到开口中。为此目的,插入元件12包括环绕的(/环形的)(encircling)突出部14,插入元件12利用突出部14抵接桥元件6并且由此保持在开口10中。当然,也可以使用除了环绕的突出部14之外的设计来将插入元件12保持在开口10中。例如,代替环绕的突出部14,也可以设置多个单独的突出部。如果开口10被构造为缺口,则在插入元件或开口中也可以设置有槽,相应的突出部可以滑动到该槽中。
为了使轴承保持架1的保持架基本结构适应于其他要求(诸如,以新的滚动元件为例),插入元件12被构造为与滚动元件接触,并且例如将滚动元件保持在腔格8中的期望位置,或者防止轴承保持架1在使用时在径向上向外迁移。为此目的,插入元件12的在使用时面对滚动元件的表面16、18在滚动元件抵接表面的区域中设置有曲率。在这种情况下,轴承保持架引导的改变(例如,从滚道引导改变到滚动元件引导)可以通过插入元件12的改变来实现。
另外地或作为另一种选择,这些表面也可以设置有结构,以例如改善润滑剂向滚动元件的供应。插入元件12的厚度与桥元件6和/或侧部2、4的厚度不同,使得可以有利地补偿滚动元件与轴承保持架1之间的间距。
插入元件12优选由耐磨材料制造,诸如,以由金属制造(优选地,由黄铜和/或钢制造)和/或由塑料制造为例。作为另一种选择或另外地,插入元件12可以具有孔。例如,插入元件12可以由铸造工件或烧结工件制造,使得插入元件12由于孔而可以储存润滑剂并因此用作润滑剂储存部(/腔)(reservoir)。在这种情况下,插入元件12用作磨损部件(wearpart),当储存在插入元件12中的润滑剂被消耗时,可以更换该磨损部件。此外,插入元件12也可以由固体润滑剂材料形成。
根据插入元件12的材料,插入元件12也可以具有阻尼(/减震)(damping)性质,并且可以被构造为减小对滚动元件的冲击和/或撞击的阻尼元件。为此目的,插入元件12可以由硬质耐磨泡沫制造。插入元件12可以优选地被切割、特别是激光切割、冲压和/或冲切(/啃咬/逐渐压咬)(nibbled),继而由此仅产生低的工具成本。
如在图3中还可以看到的,在所描绘的示例性实施方式中,插入元件12具有第一区域20和两个第二区域22。两个区域20、22在特别是材料性质方面彼此不同。例如,第一区域20被构造为储存润滑剂,并且第二区域22被构造为阻尼元件。
总之,提出了提供一种具有开口10的轴承保持架1,单独的插入元件12插入到该开口10中。这使得可以提供一种保持架基本结构(cage basic structure),该保持架基本结构由侧部2、4和至少一个桥元件6形成并且可以通过至少一个插入元件12来适用于轴承保持架1的各个要求。
Claims (13)
1.一种特别是用于大型滚动轴承的轴承保持架(1),所述轴承保持架(1)具有第一侧部(2)和第二侧部(4)以及连接所述侧部的多个桥元件(6),其中,所述侧部(2、4)和所述桥元件(6)形成保持架腔格(8),所述保持架腔格(8)被构造为接纳至少一个滚动元件,其特征在于,至少一个桥元件(6)和/或侧部(2、4)包括其中接纳插入元件(12)的至少一个开口(10),所述插入元件(12)被构造为至少接触所接纳的滚动元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)是适用于引导所述滚动元件和/或所述轴承保持架(1)的形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)被构造为使所述保持架腔格(8)的尺寸适应于所接纳的滚动元件。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)的厚度与所述第一侧部(2)和/或所述第二侧部(4)和/或所述桥元件(6)的厚度不同。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)被构造为润滑剂储存部,其中,所述插入元件(12)的表面优选设置有结构,和/或所述插入元件(12)是由固体润滑剂材料制造的。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)被构造为阻尼元件,其中,所述插入元件(12)优选是由弹性材料制造的。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)能够释放地或防脱地附接在所述至少一个开口(10)中。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)是由金属、优选是由黄铜和/或钢制造的,和/或,是由塑料制造的,其中,至少一个所述插入元件(12)优选被切割、特别是被激光切割、冲压和/或冲切。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述插入元件(12)包括至少一个第一区域(20)和一个第二区域(22),其中,所述区域(20、22)在至少一个功能性质方面不同。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个开口(10)被构造为凹部或缺口。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述轴承保持架(1)是由金属、特别是金属板形成的和/或是由塑料形成的。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1),其特征在于,所述轴承保持架(1)被构造为单件式或多件式。
13.一种插入元件(12),所述插入元件(12)用于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承保持架(1)。
