Abstract
本发明属于日化领域,涉及一种含二硫化硒的去屑组合物。包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分:表面活性剂20‑30%;液晶相诱导结构化剂0.2‑0.8%,所述液晶相诱导结构化剂包括脂肪醇和三羟基硬脂精;羟基数大于1的醇类0.5‑2%;阳离子多糖0.2‑0.8%;非挥发性调理剂2‑4%;二硫化硒0.5‑1%;头皮护理剂0.5‑2%,所述头皮护理剂包括单糖同分异构体、D‑泛醇和PCA钠;以及余量的去离子水。本发明组合物对二硫化硒具有良好的悬浮稳定性,并通过添加头皮护理剂有效降低了二硫化硒对头皮的刺激性,提高去屑效果,改善头发的顺滑度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,涉及一种含二硫化硒的去屑组合物。
背景技术
头屑是因头皮生态环境平衡遭到破快引起的,目前大多的学者认为,是因头皮的有害菌群,例如马拉色菌的过度繁殖,导致头皮的生物菌群紊乱,以皮脂为食物,分泌刺激性的代谢产物,引起头屑增多。市面上的去屑洗发水,主要以吡硫鎓锌(ZPT)、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐(OCT)和氯咪巴唑等作为去屑。吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)对真菌和细菌有较强的杀灭力,能够有效地杀死产生头皮屑的真菌,对去除头屑有很好的作用,在洗发水业广为采用。
二硫化硒作为新型的去屑剂,有抗皮脂溢出、抑制马拉色菌繁殖、和抗表皮增生的药理作用,对去头屑和头皮脂溢性皮炎有良好的疗效。二硫化硒是一种不溶于水,密度大的固体,在使用过程中容易沉降,需要考虑其悬浮稳定的问题,且其在高浓度时被认为具有生态毒性和刺激性,因此未被广泛使用。
专利CN 111544332 A通过使用丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物作为悬浮剂,来克服稳定的问题,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物通过中和的方式,转变成盐,同性电荷相互排斥,使分子伸直形成张开的结构。洗发水中含有阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂,当表面活性剂的浓度低于表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)时,会形成不溶的凝聚物,当表面活性剂浓度高于CMC,该相又会溶解,在洗发的过程中,香波被不断稀释,当稀释至CMC以下是,凝聚相又会发生相分,达到调理的效果。而丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物作为阴离子聚合物,会削弱洗发水的絮凝能力,需要添加更多的阳离子聚合物来弥补其调理作用,大大降低了阳离子聚合物的利用率。
申请人发现,具有结构化表面活性剂体系的香波,具有良好的悬浮能力。结构化表面活性剂组合物含有层状的表面活性剂相、球形粒状的双层表面活性剂相或者两种并存。这种组合物各向异性并且表现出非牛顿型流体的特性。表面活性剂在紧密堆积下,该组合物有优异的悬浮性,并且可加入非水溶性或部分水溶性的成分在有表面活性剂组合物构成的连续基质中形成独立的非连续相。具有结构化表面活性剂体系的香波,可减少阳离子聚合物的使用量,达到改善头发干湿梳的效果,更容易使凝聚相中包裹有益组分沉积在头发上。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,该组合物对二硫化硒具有良好的悬浮稳定性,并通过添加头皮护理剂有效降低了二硫化硒对头皮的刺激性,提高去屑效果,改善头发的顺滑度。
本发明将通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:
一种含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分:
(A)表面活性剂20-30%;
(B)液晶相诱导结构化剂0.2-0.8%;
(C)羟基数大于1的醇类0.5-2%;
(D)阳离子多糖0.2-0.8%;
(E)非挥发性调理剂2-4%;
(F)二硫化硒0.5-1%;
(G)头皮护理剂0.5-2%;
以及,余量的去离子水。
(A)表面活性剂
所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂。
进一步的,适用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂,包括烷基醇硫酸酯盐类、烷基醇聚醚硫酸酯盐类、烷基-芳香基磺酸盐类、磺基琥珀酸盐类、酯酰基牛磺酸盐、酯酰基氨基酸盐中的至少一种。作为本发明的常用阴离子表面活性剂,包括月桂醇硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠中的至少一种。优选的,用于本发明的阴离子表面活性剂符合以下的结构式:
RO(C2H4O)nSO3 -M+
其中,R为C8-C18的烷基,优选的,R为C12-C14的烷基;n为乙氧基化的程度,n大于或等于0;M+为一价阳离子;质量百分比为12-18%。
本发明复配N-酰基氨基酸表面活性剂,可有效降低主表面活性剂的刺激性。其中,质量百分比为2-3%。
进一步的,适用于本发明的两性表面活性剂,包括烷基甜菜碱、酰基乙二胺衍生物、磺基甜菜碱等。作为本发明常用的两性表面活性剂,包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性乙酸钠、椰油酰两性乙酸钠、月桂酰两性二乙酸钠、椰油酰两性二乙酸钠等。优选的,用于本发明的两性表面活性剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱,质量百分比为4-7%。
进一步的,本发明添加非离子表面活性剂,有利于结构化表面活性剂的形成。适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂,包括脂肪醇聚醚-n、烷基聚糖苷、乙氧基化油类和油脂、烷基醇酰胺、脂类、PEG-n甘油脂肪酸酯、烷基氧化胺、脂类等。优选的,用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺MEA、椰油酰胺甲基MEA,其中,椰油酰胺MEA的质量百分比为0.5-1%,椰油酰胺甲基MEA的质量百分比为0.5-1%。
(B)液晶相诱导结构化剂
所述液晶相诱导结构化剂包括脂肪醇和三羟基硬脂精。
进一步的,所述脂肪醇的碳链含碳原子数为12-22,优选的,碳原子数为16-18。用于本发明的脂肪醇质量百分比为0.5-0.8%,三羟基硬脂精的质量百分比为0.3-0.8%。
结构化表面活性剂组合物表现出剪切变稀,也可以悬浮非水溶性或部分水溶性的成分。在这种情况下,表面活性剂形成一种紧密堆积的三维结构的液晶相,它可以使非水溶性或部分水溶性的成分悬浮。在低于临界胶束浓度时,表面活性剂以单个分子或离子的形式,吸附于溶液表面,形成表面吸附,其相体的浓度低于表面浓度,使其自由能降低。当浓度在临界胶束浓度时,溶液内部的浓度增大,表面活性剂形成分子聚集体。当表面活性剂溶液浓度到达临界胶束浓度时,表面活性剂以胶束-球体颗粒的形式存在。随着浓度增加,胶束形成圆柱状。浓度进一步增加,圆柱状紧密堆积,形成一种层状结构。表面活性剂的疏水剂在双层的内侧,亲水部分在外侧。或形成一系列同心圆多层结构的球体,及洋葱状结构。每个环的层与层之间,亲水基与水相连。表面活性剂在紧密堆积下,该组合物有优异的悬浮性,二硫化硒在有表面活性剂组合物构成的连续基质中形成独立的非连续相。
液晶相诱导结构化剂可以与表面活性剂一起促进这种结构化表面活性剂体系的形成,即该组合物表现出剪切变稀的流变特性,并且可以使非水溶性或部分水溶性的成分悬浮。液晶相诱导结构化剂可单独加入到组分中或掺和到其他的物质一起加入。一些具有长链烷基的化合物,在高温时可以溶于配方组分中,但冷却至常温时,结晶形成网络结构,静止时具有类似固体的流变特性,当组合物倾倒时产生的力超过塑变应力,组合物可成流动的状态。与卡波类的悬浮剂相比,结构化表面活性剂体系不受配方中的离子影响,而且不会影响洗发水的调理性。结晶形成网络结构赋予洗发水一定的悬浮效果,悬浮二硫化硒,令其稳定在配方体系中。
(D)阳离子多糖
所述阳离子多糖包括聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-67、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵等。优选地,本发明选用瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-10复配使用,与阴离子表面活性剂形成的固态絮凝物。
化妆品应用的阳离子多糖主要是一些改性的聚葡糖,洗发水中含有阳离子多糖和阴离子表面活性剂,当表面活性剂的浓度低于表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)时,会形成不溶的凝聚物,当表面活性剂浓度高于CMC,该相又会溶解,在洗发的过程中,香波被不断稀释,当稀释至CMC以下时,凝聚相会发生相分离,沉积在头发上,凝聚相中包裹着益组分,作用在头发上。
(E)非挥发性调理剂
所述的非挥发性调理剂为乳化聚硅氧烷、氨基硅油中的一种或两者复配,进一步的,所述氨基硅油为双氨基封端的线性无支链的氨基硅油,其胺值在0.2-2.0meq/g,优选的,其胺值在0.3-0.6meq/g;所述乳化聚硅氧烷和氨基硅油以粒径为1-100微米的大小存在于组合物中,优选的,其粒径分布在30-80微米之间,乳化聚硅氧烷的内相粘度在20万cps-30万cps之间。
本发明选用的非挥发性调理剂对于头发有调理作用,能被阳离子多糖(阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物)跟阴离子表面活性剂形成的固态絮凝物包裹吸附并且携带至头发之上,实现二合一的效果,提高洗发组合物的使用感觉。硅油具有良好的铺展性,在头发表面形成薄膜,氨基硅油相比未改性的硅油,对头发具有更强的吸附性。
(G)头皮护理剂
所述头皮护理剂包括单糖的同分异构体、D-泛醇以及PCA钠。进一步的,在本发明中,单糖同分异构体的质量百分比为0.2%-0.5%,D-泛醇的质量百分比为0.1%-0.5%,PCA钠的质量百分比为0.2%-1%。二硫化硒去屑效果强,但刺激性较大。申请人发现,在二硫化硒洗发水中,添加单糖同分异构体、D-泛醇、PCA钠可降低二硫化硒的刺激性。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的组合物中含有层状的表面活性剂相、球形粒状的双层表面活性剂相或者两种并存,形成一种紧密堆积的三维结构的液晶相,表现出各向异性及非牛顿型流体的特性。加入到产品中不仅可以提供良好泡沫,还使二硫化硒悬浮稳定性大大提高。相比传统的卡波悬浮,使用了更少的阳离子聚合物,令洗发水中的二硫化硒去屑组分更有效地沉积在头发上,其悬浮能力不受的电解质影响,在很宽的pH范围内,均能保持良好的悬浮能力。选用头皮护理剂单糖同分异构体、D-泛醇、PCA钠复配,大大降低了二硫化硒的对头皮的刺激性,提高去屑效果,改善头发的顺滑度。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式以及附图,对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不限于此。本发明中所涉及的方法,如无特殊说明均为本领域常用的方法,所涉及的试剂,如无特殊说明均可从普通商业途径获得。
以下表1为本发明去屑组合物的二个实施例以及三个对比例的配方表(单位:质量百分比),制备方法为本领域常规的混合搅拌。

将对比例1-2和实施例1-2进行梳理力对比测试。测试模拟洗发过程中的梳理性,在SK-7B动态梳理仪中,测试干梳、湿发动态和静态梳理的基础值和用样后的测试值,计算用样前后梳理功的变化率,梳理功变化率的绝对值越大,梳理性越好。其中,动态梳理取模拟起泡后,冲洗的过程的梳理功数据;静态梳理取模拟洗发后,头发吹干前的梳理功数据;干梳取用样前后的梳理功数据。其结果如表2所示:

上述结果表明,结构化表面活性剂悬浮体系的梳理性优于卡波悬浮体系,使用更少的阳离子聚合物就可以达到满意的调理效果,提高阳离子聚合物的利用率,同时可以降低配方的成本。
将实施例2与对比例3进行斑贴测试,以受试者的前臂作为受试部位,取2mL样品,敷于受试部位。观察24小时后,皮肤反应变化。空白对照为去离子水,每组受试志愿者为30人,根据下表4的不同皮肤反应进行评分,其评分结果如下表3所示:

上述结果表明,添加头皮护理剂单糖同分异构体、D-泛醇、PCA钠,可令皮肤不良的人数降低,有效减少二硫化硒的刺激性。
图1、图2、图3分别为3名志愿者使用实施例2前后对头皮的拍摄图,左侧为使用前,右侧为使用后,图中结果表明,使用本发明所述去屑组合物可使头皮头屑率明显降低。
可以理解的是,以上具体实施例均为本发明的进一步说明,并不用于限定本发明的保护范围,对本领域技术人员来说,在没有创造性劳动的条件下所获得的所有其它润饰和修改,都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分:
表面活性剂20-30%;
液晶相诱导结构化剂0.2-0.8%;所述液晶相诱导结构化剂包括脂肪醇和三羟基硬脂精;
羟基数大于1的醇类0.5-2%;
阳离子多糖0.2-0.8%;
非挥发性调理剂2-4%;
二硫化硒0.5-1%;
头皮护理剂0.5-2%;所述头皮护理剂包括单糖同分异构体、D-泛醇和PCA钠;
以及,余量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述液晶相诱导结构化剂包括脂肪醇0.5-0.8%,三羟基硬脂精0.3-0.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述头皮护理剂包括单糖同分异构体0.2%-0.5%,D-泛醇0.1%-0.5%,PCA钠0.2%-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性乙酸钠、椰油酰两性乙酸钠、月桂酰两性二乙酸钠、椰油酰两性二乙酸钠中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺MEA和椰油酰胺甲基MEA。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述阳离子多糖包括瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-10。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含二硫化硒的去屑组合物,其特征在于,所述非挥发性调理剂包括乳化聚硅氧烷和/或氨基硅油。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述含二硫化硒的去屑组合物在悬浮二硫化硒中的应用。
