Abstract
本发明是对圆盘型无烟蚊香的进一步改进，所改进的蚊香配方中采用经干镏处理后的无烟煤原料及用天然膨润土和高岭土取代了燃烧中释放有毒气体的聚乙烯醇和甲基纤维素，从而使无烟蚊香异味消除并且达到无毒绿色环保指标。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种驱除有害昆虫的卫生用品的配方及相当制作方法，特别适应用于家庭、办公室和公共场所驱杀蚊虫的场合。
背景技术
蚊香是人类生活中的必需品，我国自宋代起蚊香制造就已形成一个行业，传统观念一直认为蚊香的烟雾有驱蚊虫的作用，实质上真正起作用的是含在烟雾之中的有效杀虫成分，而烟雾本身却是有害人的身体健康的，特别是有烟蚊香中木质纤维燃烧过程中产生的烟雾中含有强致癌物质三四类并比已引起国内外专家的关注和不安。所以无烟驱蚊技术已引起制造厂家的注意，我国研究无烟技术开始于1982年。目前，无烟驱蚊产品有两类，一类是利用电加热技术，将浸有驱虫剂的纸片烘烤挥发，达到驱蚊的目的，虽然其污染环境最轻，使用也较方便，但其成本费用较高，尤其不适于我国电力不发达的农村，所以目前应用的范围在农村还很小。另一类是在传统蚊香工艺基础上，将木质纤维去掉，采用优质木炭粉做基料，加上阻燃剂、粘合剂、香料和驱虫剂加工成型。木炭无烟蚊香燃烧时无烟雾，无刺激，驱蚊效果好，有一定的应用前景，但是，由于木炭吸湿性强，所以容易受潮下垂，点火困难，成品脆且易折断，运输折损率太高，且木炭粉粉尘严重，操作环境艰苦，影响了制造厂的积极性。因而多年来木炭无烟蚊香没有得到推广应用。1985年，保定古城工艺香厂杨金庆等人采用无烟煤和木炭结合做填充料，研制成功85-A1圆盘型无烟蚊香，获国家专利(专利号：88100102.3)，解决了无烟蚊香吸潮下垂和易脆断的问题，具有很大的推广应用前景但是，填充料中的无烟煤在蚊香燃烧时，散发出一种煤的异味，影响了用户使用的积极性，造成推广应用缓慢，随着物质文明的发展，人类对环境保护的意识也越来越加强，在无烟蚊香所采用的粘合常使用的是聚乙烯醇和甲基纤维素，它随着蚊香的燃烧能散放有损人体健康的化学物质，也是目前本行业十分关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要改进圆盘形无烟蚊香的组份和工艺使其去除异味，并达到绿色产品无毒无害的要求，使本项产品在解决人类蚊虫之忧的同时得到更舒适更安全的环境气氛。
本烟香应用中虽然去除烦人的烟雾，静化了视觉环境，但却污染了嗅觉环境，仔细分析所得出的结论是这些气味来自于无烟煤中所含的复杂有机成分在燃烧过程中释放或裂解反应所致为此经过多次实验，本发明人借助干镏窑例如可使用普通立式木炭窑，将无烟煤原料(使用柴煤即可)。放入窑中热处理20-30小时，在100-800温度下密封干镏使其易挥发或裂解挥发的物质，尽数散去，然后将处理后的无烟煤，再粉碎成150-200粉未做原料制成的无烟蚊香，异味一扫而光，深得广大用户的欢迎，此外为使甲基纤维素，聚乙稀醇的粘合剂中有毒成份得以克服，本新型配方中所采用的粘合改性剂采用膨润土(铸造中常用材料，有较好的粘合作用和阻燃作用)和高岭土(陶瓷工业原料，由有较好的粘合、抗湿、增强作用)配合在一起，达到了理想的效果。
新型圆盘无烟蚊香组份重量百分比如下：
干镏后无烟煤： 15-76％
木炭粉： 15-75％
膨润土： 5-10％
高岭土： 3-6％
杀虫剂： 0.1-1％
香料： 微量
具体实施方式
具体实施本发明时，首先要选取3-30厘米大小时的无烟煤块将其垒积在立式干镏窑中，具体可参照木炭窑的结构，在下方放入点火柴煤，留有进气口，点燃后20-30分钟，待窑中柴煤起燃后，立即封闭进气口，使无烟煤在窑中100-800℃温度下隔氧加热20-30小时，其处理后的煤，燃烧性能好，易点火，且燃烧过程中无任何异味，然后和加工为150-200目的木炭粉、膨润土、高岭土、及杀虫剂、香料按比例混合，加工时需喷洒少许水份润湿混合，然后模压成型，烘干除水份后即获得新型无烟蚊香，下面给出组份配比的实施如下：

经试验证明用本配方及加工处理法所制成的新一代盘型无烟蚊香在相对湿度35％，温度27℃下拆封时不易折断，无第一代无烟蚊香的异味，而且燃烧释放物达国家环境绿色标准，是对无烟蚊香的重大改进。
Claims (4)
1、一种改进的圆盘形无烟蚊香，由无烟煤，木炭粉做为可燃基料，用粘合剂成型，加入适量杀虫剂和微量香料组成，其特征在于，所采取的无烟煤均经过密封干镏处理，粘合成型剂用高岭土和 润土混合料取代有毒的107胶和甲基纤维素，具体的组份百分比如下：
干镏无烟煤： 15-76％
木炭粉： 15-75％
膨润土： 5-10％
高岭土： 3-6％
杀虫剂： 0.1-1％
香料： 微量
2、根据权利要求1所说的改进的圆盘形无烟蚊香，其特征在于，对无烟煤的密封干镏处理按以下操作步骤进行：
a、选取线性尺寸3-30厘米无烟煤块，借助立式烧炭窑的结构，将煤块装入加热窑中，
b、点燃底柴20-30分钟后待底煤点燃后，将进气口封死，
c、密封干镏20-30小时后出窑，
d、选取干镏煤粉碎过筛150-200目备用。
3、根据权利要求2所说的改进的圆盘型无烟蚊香，其特征在于干镏时保持窑温100-800℃之间。
4、根据权利要求1所说的圆盘形无烟蚊香，其特例在于其组份中的木炭、膨润土、高岭土均加工粉碎为150-200目粉状。
