The photovoltaic heat collection assembly collects heat through the photovoltaic panel 4 (the light facing surface is adjusted by the plurality of electric telescopic rods 2), and the heating of circulating water in the circulating pipeline 3 is realized. The horizontal water collection assembly is rotated to one side (specifically, is executed by two execution motors) through the rotating arm 21, and the vertical wind receiving surface of the horizontal power generation assembly is increased. Further, the vertical wind collecting assembly is driven to rotate by wind power, and then the main shaft 19 of the generator assembly is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, after wind power enters the rotary water tank 8 through the ventilation tank, the second water guide plate 20 is pushed to assist in driving the main shaft 19 to rotate. The vertical wind surface is influenced by wind power, and the second water guide plate 20 is pushed to assist in driving the main shaft 19 to rotate.
(2) The main application objects of the combined use of wind energy and water energy are a horizontal water collecting assembly, a vertical wind collecting assembly and a horizontal power generating assembly.
Firstly, the vertical wind collecting assembly is driven to rotate through wind power (the driving position of the vertical wind collecting assembly is adjustable through the circumferential moving assembly), and then the main shaft 19 of the generator assembly is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, after wind power enters the rotary water tank 8 through the ventilation tank, the second water guide plate 20 is pushed to assist in driving the main shaft 19 to rotate.
Secondly, falling rainwater is collected by the water collection sump 7 and assisted by the guide arc plates 23 (the orientation of the guide arc plates 23 is adjustable by another set of circumferentially moving assemblies). The water collecting tank 7 is rotated and accelerated by the spiral water tank 25 after collecting water, and the rotational rain water with the initial speed is dropped by the plurality of water dropping holes 26 and is guided by the first water guiding plate 22. The plurality of first water guide plates 22 drive the bottom rotary ring 24 to rotate under the action of the rotary running water, and the rotary running water enters the rotary water tank 8 to push the second water guide plates 20 to assist the main shaft 19 to rotate. Wherein, the water collecting tank 7 gives the collected rainwater a certain kinetic energy converted by potential energy, and the running water with a rotation initial speed hits the second water guide plate 20, provides rotation power and assists the driving main shaft 19 to realize power generation.
According to the embodiment, the vertical wind collecting assembly, the horizontal water collecting assembly and the horizontal power generating assembly are provided, the full comprehensive utilization of wind energy and water energy is realized through cooperation, the mutual influence factors of multiple energies are reduced, meanwhile, various energy losses are reduced, and a better energy storage scheme is obtained.

Claims (3)
1. A low carbon construction multi-energy complementary device, comprising:
the fixed table is erected on the top (1) of the building;
the generator component is erected in the fixed table;
the vertical wind collecting assembly is vertically rotatably erected on one side of the fixed table through a circumferential moving assembly and is driven to move along the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the fixed table through a driving assembly; the vertical wind collecting assembly is in transmission connection with a driving main shaft of the generator assembly through a transmission assembly;
the horizontal water collecting assembly comprises a water collecting tank (7) and a rotary circular ring (24) rotatably arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank (7); a spiral water tank (25) and a plurality of water falling holes (26) arranged in the circumferential direction are arranged in the water collecting tank (7); the bottom of the rotary ring (24) is provided with a plurality of first water guide plates (22) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged below the water falling holes (26); the water collecting tank (7) is horizontally erected above the fixed table through a circumferential moving assembly;
the horizontal power generation assembly comprises a rotary water tank (8) positioned between the water collecting tank (7) and the fixed table, and a second water guide plate (20) which is uniformly circumferentially arranged at the bottom of the rotary water tank (8) in an inclined manner; the second water guide plates (20) are respectively positioned below the water falling holes (26); a plurality of water falling grooves corresponding to the second water guide plate (20) are formed in the bottom of the rotary water tank (8); the bottom of the rotary water tank (8) is in transmission connection with a driving main shaft of the generator assembly; a plurality of ventilation grooves corresponding to the second water guide plate (20) are formed in the side wall of the rotary water tank (8);
the photovoltaic heat collection assembly is also included; the photovoltaic heat collection assembly includes:
the photovoltaic panel (4) is erected on the top (1) of the building through a plurality of electric telescopic rods (2);
the circulating pipeline (3) is arranged at the bottom of the photovoltaic panel (4) in a bending way;
the sealing box (12) is fixedly erected on the top (1) of the building; the circulating pipeline (3) passes through and is arranged in the sealing box (12) in a bending way;
the stationary stage includes:
the fixed column (10) is fixedly arranged at the top of the sealing box (12);
the frame plate (18) is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed column (10);
the generator assembly includes:
the generator (28) is fixedly arranged in the sealing box (12), and a main shaft (19) of the generator sequentially penetrates through the sealing box (12) and the fixed column (10) and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rotary water tank (8);
the storage battery is electrically connected with the generator (28);
the circumferential movement assembly includes:
