In this embodiment, the mold further has a buffer runner 100 and a melt inlet 90, wherein a first end of the buffer runner 100 is in communication with the melt inlet 90, and the buffer runner 100 is in communication with an end of the gate 30 remote from the cavity, so that the injection melt flows through the melt inlet 90, the buffer runner 100 and the gate 30 in sequence and then enters the cavity. The buffer runner 100 is arranged to buffer the injection molding melt and prevent appearance defects on the appearance surface 11.
Alternatively, the buffer flow channel 100 is a curved flow channel, i.e. the axis of the buffer flow channel 100 is curved.
Alternatively, the buffer flow channel 100 is an arc flow channel, i.e. the axis of the buffer flow channel 100 is an arc.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the appearance part is made by adopting a spraying-free technology, is an injection molding product and is made of a spraying-free material, the appearance part body 10 of the appearance part comprises a grid structure, and the non-appearance surface 12 of the appearance part body 10 is provided with a gate molding area 40 corresponding to a gate 30 of a die; the appearance part is symmetrically arranged relative to the reference surface 50, the reference surface 50 is intersected with the second part 17 of the grid structure, and the gate forming area 40 is arranged on the grid structure, so that glue feeding flow balance and pressure balance can be realized, injection molding melt almost simultaneously reaches and fills the structures at two sides of the gate forming area 40, symmetrical fountain flow is formed, appearance defects on the appearance surface 11 are reduced, and the problem that spraying-free injection molding parts are easy to produce appearance defects is solved; and the pressure equalization is beneficial to controlling the buckling deformation of the appearance part. In addition, the gate molding area 40 is provided on the second member 17 to keep the weld lines in order, thereby optimizing the appearance.

wherein, along the direction perpendicular to the reference plane (50), the grid structure comprises a first component (16), a second component (17) and a third component (18) which are sequentially connected, and the widths of the first component (16), the second component (17) and the third component (18) in the direction perpendicular to the reference plane are equal; wherein the gate molding zone (40) is located on the second component (17).
2. The appearance component according to claim 1, characterized in that the gate molding zone (40) is symmetrically arranged with respect to the reference plane (50).

The exterior member according to claim 1, wherein the grill structure forms a plurality of communication holes (20), the communication holes (20) are stripe-shaped holes, an extending direction of the stripe-shaped holes is perpendicular to the reference plane (50), and the plurality of communication holes (20) are arranged at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction thereof.

A visual component according to claim 3, wherein the gate molding zone (40) is symmetrically disposed with respect to the reference surface (50); a first welding line (60) is arranged between every two adjacent communication holes (20), and at least part of the first welding line (60) is overlapped with the reference surface (50); alternatively, the first weld line (60) is disposed proximate to the reference surface (50).

The exterior member according to claim 1, wherein the grill structure forms a plurality of communication holes (20), the communication holes (20) are stripe-shaped holes, an extending direction of the stripe-shaped holes is parallel to the reference surface (50), and the plurality of communication holes (20) are arranged at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction thereof.

the second welding line assembly (80) comprises a plurality of second welding lines (81), the second welding lines (81) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the communication holes (20), and each second welding line (81) extends to the edge of the appearance piece body (10) from the corresponding communication hole (20);
wherein the second weld line assembly (80) is symmetrically disposed with respect to the reference plane (50).
7. The exterior part according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the non-exterior surface (12) is provided with one gate molding region (40), and the exterior part body (10) has a length of 400mm or less in any extending direction thereof.

The appearance component according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the appearance body (10) has a top surface (13), a bottom surface (14) and side walls (15) extending in a circumferential direction of the appearance body (10) which are oppositely disposed; the top surface (13) and the side wall (15) are both the appearance surface (11), and the bottom surface (14) is the non-appearance surface (12);
the gate forming region (40) is disposed on the bottom surface (14) and extends to a junction of the bottom surface (14) and the side wall (15).

The appearance component according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the appearance body (10) has a top surface (13), a bottom surface (14) and side walls (15) extending in a circumferential direction of the appearance body (10) which are oppositely disposed; the top surface (13) is the appearance surface (11), and at least part of the side wall (15) and the bottom surface (14) are both the non-appearance surface (12);
the gate forming area (40) is arranged on the bottom surface (14) and extends to the connection part of the bottom surface (14) and the side wall (15); or alternatively
The gate molding zone (40) is disposed on the sidewall (15); or alternatively
The gate molding region (40) is disposed on the side wall (15) and the bottom surface (14).

The appearance part according to claim 5, characterized in that the grid structure comprises a plurality of parallel arranged bars, between two adjacent bars the communication holes (20) are provided; the grating structure has oppositely disposed first and second ends in a direction perpendicular to the reference plane (50); the thickness of the plurality of bars in the direction from the reference surface (50) to the first end of the grid structure is gradually increased, and the thickness of the plurality of bars in the direction from the reference surface (50) to the second end of the grid structure is gradually increased.
11. The exterior part according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the gate molding zone (40) has a length in a length direction thereof of 8mm or more; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the gate molding region (40) has a width in the width direction thereof ranging from 0.6mm to 2mm.
12. A household appliance comprising an appearance part, the appearance surface (11) of which forms at least part of the appearance surface of the household appliance, characterized in that the appearance part is the appearance part of any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. A mould, characterized in that it has a cavity for forming the appearance part according to any one of claims 1 to 11, the mould further having a gate (30), the gate (30) being in communication with the cavity.
14. The mold according to claim 13, characterized in that the gate (30) is a sector gate.
15. The mold of claim 13, further comprising a buffer runner (100) and a melt inlet (90), wherein a first end of the buffer runner (100) is in communication with the melt inlet (90), and wherein the buffer runner (100) is in communication with an end of the gate (30) remote from the cavity such that injection molding melt flows through the melt inlet (90), the buffer runner (100) and the gate (30) in sequence and into the cavity.
