Thus, the multi-gate 34 is used for injection molding, the gates 34 arranged on the upper side are main gates, the gates 34 respectively arranged on the ninth plate section 292 and the eleventh plate section 294 are in bilateral symmetry and form timing gates, the time for each timing gate to start glue feeding can be independently controlled, glue is preferentially fed from the main gates, after a melt flows through the timing gates, the timing gates are opened again, and finally the position of the welding line 40 is ensured to be at the lower side, so that the appearance defect is reduced, and the attractiveness of the plate-shaped appearance part is improved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the plate-shaped appearance part is formed by injection molding of combined particles formed by mixing base material particles and at least one color master batch, a through hole of the plate-shaped appearance part is formed by cutting off a feeding forming area from an appearance surface, and the feeding forming area is arranged corresponding to at least part of a feeding channel of a mold. Thus, the natural texture can be obtained after the injection molding of the platy appearance part, the secondary treatment is not needed, the processing efficiency of the platy appearance part is improved, the cost is low, the pattern formed on the appearance surface of the platy appearance part can simulate natural flow, and artistic effects with different textures, such as marble texture, jade texture, wave texture and the like, are created. As the flow mark patterns can replace the traditional expensive printing process (including film covering, pad printing, water transfer printing, heat transfer printing and the like) in the field of natural texture decoration, and no pollution is generated in the production process, the production process is green and environment-friendly, and the problems that the process for treating the surface of the injection molding piece in the prior art increases the processing cost of the injection molding piece and is not environment-friendly are solved. Meanwhile, the natural texture of the injection molding does not drop paint, and the injection molding has food-grade or flame-retardant materials, and has performance advantages and practicability.

Claims (15)

1. A plate-like appearance member which is injection molded from a composite pellet formed by mixing a base pellet and at least one kind of color master batch, comprising:
an appearance surface (11), the appearance surface (11) having a through hole (200);
a non-exterior surface (12);
the through hole (200) is formed by cutting off a feeding forming area from the appearance surface (11), and the feeding forming area is arranged corresponding to at least part of a feeding channel (30) of the die; the through hole (200) is positioned in the middle of the appearance surface (11).
2. -plate-like appearance part according to claim 1, characterized in that the feed channel (30) comprises a gate (34), said gate (34) communicating with a cavity of the mould, said feed-forming zone being arranged in correspondence of said gate (34); wherein the gate (34) is a fan gate.
3. -plate-like appearance part according to claim 1, characterized in that the feed channel (30) comprises a gate (34) and a transition feed channel (31), the gate (34) communicating with the cavity of the mould through the transition feed channel (31); a transition structure (32) formed by the transition feeding channel (31) is arranged on the feeding forming area or the non-appearance surface (12), and the transition structure (32) is provided with a gate forming area corresponding to the gate (34); a first preset distance is arranged between the gate (34) and the appearance surface (11), and the first preset distance is larger than or equal to 10mm.
4. The plate-like appearance member according to claim 3, wherein the feed channel (30) further comprises a buffer runner (33), the buffer runner (33) communicating with the gate (34) through the transition feed channel (31); the transition feed channel (31) comprises:
the two ends of the buffer flow channel (33) are respectively communicated with the sub-flow channel (311) and the cavity;
the two ends of the transition flow channel (312) are respectively communicated with the sub flow channel (311) and the pouring gate (34);
wherein there is one transition feed channel (31) and one gate (34); or, the transition feed channels (31) are multiple, the transition feed channels (31) are arranged around the buffer flow channel (33) at intervals in the circumferential direction, the gates (34) are multiple, and the gates (34) and the transition feed channels (31) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
5. Plate-like appearance part according to claim 4,
the height of the transition flow channel (312) is greater than or equal to 6mm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the width of the transition flow channel (312) is greater than or equal to 8mm; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the thickness D of the transition flow channel (312) and the main wall thickness D of the plate-shaped appearance part satisfy the following condition: d is more than or equal to 0.4D and less than or equal to 0.8D.

The plate-like appearance part according to claim 4, characterized in that the sub-channel (311) comprises a first channel (3111) and a second channel (3112) communicating with each other, the first channel (3111) and the second channel (3112) being arranged at an angle; two ends of the first flow passage (3111) are respectively communicated with the buffer flow passage (33) and the second flow passage (3112), and the pouring gate (34) is communicated with the middle of the second flow passage (3112).

The plate-like exterior member according to claim 4, wherein the number of the sub-runners (311) is two, and the number of the gates (34) is two; bending the two oppositely arranged sides of the plate-shaped appearance part towards each other to form a first arc-shaped plate (13) and a second arc-shaped plate (14), wherein the two gates (34) are respectively arranged on the first arc-shaped plate (13) and the second arc-shaped plate (14); a first flow channel (3111) of at least one of the sub-flow channels (311) is bent toward the through hole, and a second flow channel (3112) of at least one of the sub-flow channels (311) is bent to the same degree as that of the first arc-shaped plate (13) or the second arc-shaped plate (14) corresponding thereto.
8. The plate-like appearance member according to claim 4, wherein the transition feed channel (31) is plural, and plural transition feed channels (31) are evenly distributed around the circumference of the buffer flow channel (33).
9. The plate-like appearance member according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of plate segments connected in sequence, the plurality of plate segments surrounding to form the through hole (200), the plate segment with the smallest width among the plurality of plate segments being a reference plate segment (21); wherein at least one of the gates (34) is provided on the plate section disposed opposite the reference plate section (21) so that a weld line (40) is located on the reference plate section (21).
10. The plate-like appearance member according to claim 9, wherein the plurality of plate segments include the reference plate segment (21), a first plate segment (22), a second plate segment (23), and a third plate segment (24), the reference plate segment (21) is disposed opposite to the first plate segment (22), the second plate segment (23) is disposed opposite to the third plate segment (24), and both ends of the reference plate segment (21) are connected to the first plate segment (22) through the second plate segment (23) and the third plate segment (24), respectively; at least one gate (34) is provided on each of the second plate section (23) and the third plate section (24).
11. The plate-like appearance member according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that it comprises a fourth plate segment (25), a fifth plate segment (26), a sixth plate segment (27) and a seventh plate segment (28) connected in sequence, the fourth plate segment (25) being arranged opposite to the sixth plate segment (27), the fifth plate segment (26) being arranged opposite to the seventh plate segment (28), the width of the fourth plate segment (25) and the width of the sixth plate segment (27) both being greater than the width of the fifth plate segment (26), the width of the fourth plate segment (25) and the width of the sixth plate segment (27) both being greater than the width of the seventh plate segment (28), at least one of the gates (34) being arranged on the fourth plate segment (25), at least one other of the gates (34) being arranged on the sixth plate segment (27) such that a weld line (40) is located on the fifth plate segment (26) and/or the seventh plate segment (28).

The plate-like appearance member according to claim 2 or 3, comprising an eighth plate segment (291), a ninth plate segment (292), a tenth plate segment (293), and an eleventh plate segment (294) which are connected in this order, the eighth plate segment (291) being disposed opposite to the tenth plate segment (293), the ninth plate segment (292) being disposed opposite to the eleventh plate segment (294), the eighth plate segment (291) being located above the tenth plate segment (293), and at least one of the gates (34) being disposed on the eighth plate segment (291).
13. The plate-like appearance part according to claim 12, wherein the ninth plate segment (292) and the eleventh plate segment (294) are provided with at least one of the gates (34), respectively.
14. A household appliance comprising a plate-like appearance member, the appearance face (11) of which forms at least part of the appearance face of the household appliance, characterized in that the appearance member is a plate-like appearance member according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. A mold having a cavity for forming the plate-like appearance member according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the mold further having a feed channel (30), one end of the feed channel (30) communicating with the cavity.
