Claims (17)

1. An appearance component, wherein the appearance component is a spray-free injection molded part, and wherein an outer surface of the appearance component comprises:
at least one design surface (11);
a first non-exterior surface (12) disposed adjacent to at least one of the exterior surfaces (11), the first non-exterior surface (12) having a plurality of gate forming regions (13) for corresponding to gates (30) of a mold, the plurality of gate forming regions (13) being disposed at intervals on the first non-exterior surface (12);
wherein at least one gate forming region (13) of the plurality of gate forming regions (13) is located adjacent to the interface of at least one appearance surface (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) relative to the other gate forming regions (13).
2. The appearance element according to claim 1, characterized in that said gate forming zone (13) close to said appearance surface (11) with respect to the other gate forming zones (13) has a preset distance from said abutting edge, said preset distance being greater than or equal to 5 mm.
3. The appearance element according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the outer surface of the appearance element further comprises at least one second non-appearance face (14).
4. The appearance component according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the appearance surfaces (11) are two, and the plurality of gate forming regions (13) includes a first gate forming region (131) and a second gate forming region (132), the first gate forming region (131) being located close to a butt edge of one of the appearance surfaces (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) with respect to the other gate forming region (13), and the second gate forming region (132) being located close to a butt edge of the other of the appearance surfaces (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) with respect to the other gate forming region (13).
5. The appearance element according to claim 4, characterized in that two of said appearance faces (11) are disposed adjacent to each other, said first non-appearance face (12) being disposed adjacent to both of said appearance faces (11).
6. The appearance element according to claim 4, characterized in that said first non-appearance face (12) is located between two of said appearance faces (11), said first non-appearance face (12) being a quadrangular plane; wherein the first gate forming areas (131) and the second gate forming areas (132) are staggered along the length direction and the width direction of the quadrilateral plane.
7. The appearance element according to claim 2, characterized in that said appearance faces (11) are three, said first non-appearance face (12) being disposed adjacent to all three of said appearance faces (11).
8. The exterior component according to claim 5 or 7, wherein the first non-exterior surface (12) further has a mounting recess (121) communicating with each other, and a plurality of the gate forming regions (13) are provided around the mounting recess (121).
9. The appearance element according to claim 3, characterized in that the appearance element comprises:
at least one first plate body, the outer surface of which is the appearance surface (11);
a second plate body, the outer surface of which is the first non-exterior surface (12);
at least one third plate, the outer surface of which is the second non-exterior surface (14);
the first plate body, the second plate body and the third plate body surround to form a mounting cavity; the thickness of the middle part of the first plate body is greater than that of the outer edge of the first plate body; the length of the first plate body is less than or equal to 400 mm; and/or the width of the first plate body is less than or equal to 400 mm.
10. An appearance component, wherein the appearance component is a spray-free injection molded part, and wherein an outer surface of the appearance component comprises:
at least two adjacent design surfaces (11);
a first non-exterior surface (12) disposed adjacent to each of at least two of the exterior surfaces (11), the first non-exterior surface (12) having a plurality of gate forming regions (13) for corresponding to gates (30) of a mold, the plurality of gate forming regions (13) being disposed at intervals on the first non-exterior surface (12);
wherein at least one gate forming region (13) of the plurality of gate forming regions (13) is located close to the symmetry center line of at least two adjacent design surfaces (11) with respect to the other gate forming regions (13).
11. The appearance element according to claim 10, characterized in that said gate forming zone (13), which is close to the centre line of symmetry of at least two adjacent appearance surfaces (11) with respect to the other said gate forming zones (13), has a predetermined distance from the edge line of each said appearance surface (11), said predetermined distance being greater than or equal to 5 mm.
12. The appearance element according to claim 10, characterized in that the appearance element comprises:
the outer surface of each first plate body is the appearance surface (11);
a second plate body, the outer surface of which is the first non-exterior surface (12);
the first plate body and the second plate body surround to form a mounting cavity; the thickness of the middle part of the first plate body is larger than the thickness of the outer edge of the first plate body.
13. The appearance element according to claim 12, characterized in that the length of said first plate body is less than or equal to 400 mm; and/or the width of the first plate body is less than or equal to 400 mm.
14. A household appliance comprising an appearance component, the appearance face (11) of which forms at least part of the appearance face of the household appliance, characterized in that the appearance component is an appearance component according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. A mold having a cavity for forming the exterior part according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the mold further having a gate (30), the gate (30) communicating with the cavity.
16. The mold of claim 15, further comprising a buffer runner (50) and a melt inlet (60), wherein a first end of the buffer runner (50) is in communication with the melt inlet (60), and the buffer runner (50) is in communication with the gate (30), such that the injection melt flows through the melt inlet (60), the buffer runner (50) and the gate (30) in sequence and then enters the cavity.
17. The mold according to claim 16, wherein the buffer runner (50) comprises a first runner (51) and a second runner (52) which are communicated with each other, wherein an end of the first runner (51) away from the second runner (52) is communicated with the melt inlet (60), and an end of the second runner (52) away from the first runner (51) is communicated with the gate (30).
