Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to an appearance part, a household appliance and a mold.
Background
At present, the household appliances generally adopt a spraying process to carry out surface treatment on injection molding parts so as to realize improvement of various colors and appearance textures, and can mask part of appearance defects, but the problems of high cost and environmental protection exist. Therefore, the spraying-free technology can be adopted to replace and make up the spraying process problem, and the injection molding part of the spraying-free material has unique light and shadow effect and metallic luster after being molded, and can achieve the appearance effect comparable to or better than spraying without secondary treatment. The technology has the advantages of excellent function, low cost, environmental protection and the like.
However, the spray-free material is very easy to have appearance defects such as flow marks, welding marks, gate marks and the like in the injection molding process, the occurrence position or degree is difficult to predict, and the consistency is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an appearance part, a household appliance and a mold, which are used for solving the problem that a spraying-free injection molding part in the prior art is easy to generate appearance defects.

Further, a preset distance is arranged between the gate forming area close to the appearance surface relative to other gate forming areas and the butt joint edge, and the preset distance is more than or equal to 5mm.
Further, the exterior surface of the appearance component further includes at least one second non-appearance surface.

Example 1

The first non-exterior surface 12 is provided adjacent to at least one exterior surface 11, the first non-exterior surface 12 has a plurality of gate molding regions 13 for corresponding to the gates 30 of the mold, and the plurality of gate molding regions 13 are provided at intervals on the first non-exterior surface 12. Wherein at least one gate molding region 13 of the plurality of gate molding regions 13 is adjacent to the butt edge of at least one exterior surface 11 and the first non-exterior surface 12 with respect to the other gate molding regions 13.

When the appearance part is injection molded by using the mold, the cavity of the mold is used for molding the appearance part, the gate 30 (may also be called a gate) is communicated with the cavity, the material in the gate 30 forms a gate molding portion, and the area where the appearance part is connected to the gate molding portion is referred to as a gate molding area 13.

Optionally, the appearance component includes at least two adjacent first and second plates. The outer surface of each first plate body is an appearance surface 11. The thickness of the middle part of the first plate body is greater than the thickness at the outer edge of the first plate body. Optionally, the length of the first plate body is less than or equal to 400mm; and/or, the width of the first plate body is smaller than or equal to 400mm.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the number of first plate bodies is two so that the exterior member has two exterior surfaces 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the weld line 70 is located on the connecting side along 2 appearance surfaces 11, and does not appear on the appearance surfaces 11.
In this embodiment, the exterior member is a body of the water purifier.
Example III
The exterior part in the third embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that: the two appearance surfaces 11 have different positional relationships.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the appearance surfaces 11 are two, and the plurality of gate molding regions 13 includes a first gate molding region 131 and a second gate molding region 132, the first gate molding region 131 being closer to the junction between one appearance surface 11 and the first non-appearance surface 12 than the other gate molding regions 13, and the second gate molding region 132 being closer to the junction between the other appearance surface 11 and the first non-appearance surface 12 than the other gate molding regions 13. In the present embodiment, the two appearance surfaces 11 are not adjacent. Specifically, the first non-exterior surface 12 is located between the two exterior surfaces 11, and the first non-exterior surface 12 is a quadrangular plane. Wherein, along the length direction and the width direction of the quadrilateral plane, the first gate molding areas 131 and the second gate molding areas 132 are staggered.
In this embodiment, the appearance component is a table-top water purifier body.
Example IV
The exterior part in the fourth embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that: the number of appearance surfaces 11 is different.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the number of the appearance surfaces 11 is three, and the first non-appearance surface 12 and the three appearance surfaces 11 are provided. The number of the pouring gate forming areas 13 is three, the three pouring gate forming areas 13 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the three appearance surfaces 11, and injection molding melt respectively enters the pouring gate forming areas 13 so as to perform injection molding on the corresponding appearance surfaces 11, so that the phenomenon that a plurality of melt flows through the same appearance surface 11 to form weld marks on the appearance surface can be avoided, and the problem that appearance defects are easy to generate on a spraying-free injection molding piece is solved.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the weld line 70 of the two melts is on the connecting edge along the 2 appearance surfaces 11, and does not appear on the appearance surfaces 11.
In this embodiment, the appearance component is a table-top water purifier body.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the appearance part is made by adopting a spraying-free technology, is an injection molding product and is made of a spraying-free material. The outer surface of the appearance part comprises at least one appearance surface, a first non-appearance surface and at least one second non-appearance surface, wherein the first non-appearance surface is arranged adjacent to the at least one appearance surface, the first non-appearance surface is provided with a plurality of sprue forming areas corresponding to the sprue of the mold, and the sprue forming areas are arranged on the first non-appearance surface at intervals. At least one gate molding zone of the plurality of gate molding zones is proximate to an interface of the at least one exterior surface and the first non-exterior surface relative to the other gate molding zones. Therefore, the welding line generated in the injection molding process is ensured to be positioned on the butt joint edge as much as possible by the arrangement of the gate forming area, the appearance surface is provided with the gate forming area which is correspondingly arranged, injection molding melt enters through the gate forming area and carries out injection molding on the appearance surface which corresponds to the injection molding melt, and further, the phenomenon that a plurality of melt flows through the same appearance surface to form welding marks on the appearance surface can be avoided, and the problem that appearance defects are easily generated on a spraying-free injection molding part is solved.

Claims (17)
1. An appearance component, wherein the appearance component is a spray-free injection molding, and an outer surface of the appearance component comprises:
at least one appearance surface (11);
a first non-exterior surface (12) disposed adjacent to at least one exterior surface (11), the first non-exterior surface (12) having a gate molding area (13) for corresponding to a gate (30) of a mold, the plurality of gate molding areas (13) being disposed at intervals on the first non-exterior surface (12);
wherein at least one gate molding region (13) of the plurality of gate molding regions (13) is close to a butt edge of at least one appearance surface (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) with respect to the other gate molding regions (13).
2. The appearance part according to claim 1, characterized in that the gate molding zone (13) close to the appearance surface (11) with respect to the other gate molding zones (13) has a preset distance from the butt edge, the preset distance being greater than or equal to 5mm.
3. The appearance part according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the outer surface of the appearance part further comprises at least one second non-appearance surface (14).
4. The appearance component according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the appearance surface (11) is two, the plurality of gate molding regions (13) includes a first gate molding region (131) and a second gate molding region (132), the first gate molding region (131) is close to a butt edge of one of the appearance surfaces (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) with respect to the other gate molding regions (13), and the second gate molding region (132) is close to a butt edge of the other of the appearance surfaces (11) and the first non-appearance surface (12) with respect to the other gate molding regions (13).
5. The appearance part according to claim 4, characterized in that two of the appearance surfaces (11) are arranged adjacent, the first non-appearance surface (12) being arranged in each case with two of the appearance surfaces (11).
6. The appearance part according to claim 4, characterized in that the first non-appearance surface (12) is located between two of the appearance surfaces (11), the first non-appearance surface (12) being a quadrangular plane; the first gate forming areas (131) and the second gate forming areas (132) are arranged in a staggered mode along the length direction and the width direction of the quadrilateral plane.
7. The appearance part according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of appearance surfaces (11) is three, the first non-appearance surface (12) being arranged in each case with three of the appearance surfaces (11).
8. The exterior part according to claim 5 or 7, wherein the first non-exterior surface (12) further has mounting recesses (121) communicating with each other, and a plurality of the gate molding regions (13) are provided around the mounting recesses (121).
9. A visual appearance component as claimed in claim 3, comprising:
at least one first plate body, the outer surface of which is the appearance surface (11);
the outer surface of the second plate body is the first non-appearance surface (12);
at least one third plate body, the outer surface of which is the second non-exterior surface (14);
wherein the first plate body, the second plate body and the third plate body surround to form a mounting cavity; the thickness of the middle part of the first plate body is larger than that of the outer edge of the first plate body; the length of the first plate body is smaller than or equal to 400mm; and/or, the width of the first plate body is smaller than or equal to 400mm.
10. An appearance component, wherein the appearance component is a spray-free injection molding, and an outer surface of the appearance component comprises:
at least two adjacent appearance surfaces (11);
the first non-appearance surface (12) is arranged on at least two appearance surfaces (11), the first non-appearance surface (12) is provided with a plurality of gate forming areas (13) corresponding to gates (30) of the mold, the plurality of gate forming areas (13) are arranged on the first non-appearance surface (12) at intervals;
wherein at least one gate molding region (13) of the plurality of gate molding regions (13) is close to a symmetry center line of at least two adjacent appearance surfaces (11) with respect to other gate molding regions (13).
11. The appearance component according to claim 10, characterized in that the gate molding zone (13) close to the symmetry center line of at least two adjacent appearance surfaces (11) with respect to the other gate molding zones (13) has a preset distance from the edge line of each appearance surface (11), the preset distance being greater than or equal to 5mm.
12. The appearance component of claim 10, wherein the appearance component comprises:
at least two adjacent first plate bodies, wherein the outer surface of each first plate body is the appearance surface (11);
the outer surface of the second plate body is the first non-appearance surface (12);
wherein the first plate body and the second plate body form a mounting cavity around; the thickness of the middle part of the first plate body is greater than that of the outer edge of the first plate body.
13. The appearance component of claim 12, wherein the first plate body has a length of less than or equal to 400mm; and/or, the width of the first plate body is smaller than or equal to 400mm.
14. A household appliance comprising an appearance part, the appearance surface (11) of which forms at least part of the appearance surface of the household appliance, characterized in that the appearance part is the appearance part of any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. A mould, characterized in that it has a cavity for forming the appearance part of any one of claims 1 to 13, the mould further having a gate (30), the gate (30) being in communication with the cavity.
16. The mold of claim 15, further comprising a buffer runner (50) and a melt inlet (60), wherein a first end of the buffer runner (50) is in communication with the melt inlet (60), and wherein the buffer runner (50) is in communication with the gate (30) such that injection molding melt flows through the melt inlet (60), the buffer runner (50), and the gate (30) in sequence and into the cavity.
17. The mold according to claim 16, wherein the buffer runner (50) includes a first runner (51) and a second runner (52) communicating with each other, an end of the first runner (51) remote from the second runner (52) communicating with the melt inlet (60), and an end of the second runner (52) remote from the first runner (51) communicating with the gate (30).
