Abstract
The application provides a cleaning method and device of a seasoning machine, a storage medium and the seasoning machine, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining at least one target cleaning pipeline of the seasoning machine in response to the cleaning instruction, wherein the target cleaning pipeline is a seasoning conveying pipeline of the seasoning machine; acquiring cleaning parameters of each target cleaning pipeline; and respectively controlling the cleaning pumps corresponding to each target cleaning pipeline to work according to the cleaning parameters so as to drive the cleaning materials to flow out of the target cleaning pipelines under the action of the cleaning pumps. Background
With the continuous development of intelligent kitchen ware, intelligent flavoring machines are used in more and more families, restaurants and other scenes. In step 302, the inlet end of the target wash conduit is provided with a multi-way valve through which both the target seasoning container and one end of the second wash material delivery conduit are connected. When feeding, the target cleaning pipeline is communicated with the target seasoning container by adjusting the passage of the multi-way valve, and the seasoning in the target seasoning container enters the target cleaning pipeline through the multi-way valve. During cleaning, the target cleaning pipeline is communicated with the second cleaning material conveying pipeline by adjusting the passage of the multi-way valve, the seasoning machine controls the cleaning material to pass through the second cleaning material conveying pipeline, enters the target cleaning pipeline from the second cleaning material conveying pipeline based on the passage state of the multi-way valve, and washes the inner wall of the target cleaning pipeline.
In an actual application scenario, the first cleaning material conveying pipeline and the second cleaning material conveying pipeline are respectively connected with the cleaning material storage devices of corresponding types, wherein when the cleaning material is a gas material, the cleaning material storage devices are provided with corresponding steam generating devices. For example, a steam generator is provided in the water tank to change water into steam, and the pipe is cleaned with the steam.
In this embodiment, a plurality of cleaning materials may be provided, and a corresponding cleaning material storage device may be provided for each cleaning material, and different types of cleaning materials may be sequentially used to clean the pipes a plurality of times, or different types of cleaning materials may be selected for the seasoning conveying pipes corresponding to different seasoning. Based on this, the first cleaning material conveying pipeline and the second cleaning material conveying pipeline are respectively connected with the cleaning material devices of the corresponding types, and the cleaning materials of the corresponding types can be selected by selecting the first cleaning material conveying pipeline or the second cleaning material conveying pipeline, so that the cleaning effect is enhanced.
In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, the cleaning parameter includes a cleaning mode, and the cleaning mode includes bubble cleaning or normal cleaning; if the cleaning mode is bubble cleaning, the step 301 may further include: a flavoring blender within the target flavoring container is activated.
Alternatively, if the cleaning mode is bubble cleaning, the step 302 may further include: and starting a bubble generator corresponding to the second cleaning material conveying pipeline or a bubble generator corresponding to the cleaning material storage container of the second cleaning material conveying pipeline.
Alternatively, if the cleaning mode is bubble cleaning, the step 103 may further include: and starting the bubble generator corresponding to the target cleaning pipeline.
In this embodiment, a seasoning stirrer is provided in the target seasoning container, and the seasoning stirrer may stir the seasoning. The washing parameters include a washing mode including bubble washing or general washing. If the cleaning mode is a bubble mode, a device capable of generating bubbles is required. Specifically, the seasoning stirrer in the target seasoning box may be used as a bubble generating device, and the seasoning stirrer may be started before the operation of the cleaning pump is controlled, and bubbles may be generated by the stirring operation of the seasoning stirrer. In addition, a bubble generator may be provided at a port of the cleaning material transfer pipe, inside the pipe, or in a cleaning material storage container corresponding to the cleaning material transfer pipe, and after the target cleaning pipe is communicated with the second cleaning material transfer pipe, the bubble generator may be started to generate bubbles, so that the bubbles and the cleaning material pass through the second cleaning material transfer pipe and enter the target cleaning pipe. Of course, a corresponding bubble generator may be provided for each seasoning conveying pipe, for example, at a port of the seasoning conveying pipe, and after the cleaning pump works, the cleaning material flows through the bubble generator corresponding to the target cleaning pipe, and bubbles generated by the bubble generator are carried to flush the target cleaning pipe together.
In this embodiment, the bubbles collapse and generate energy when in contact with the inner wall of the target cleaning pipe, thereby acting as an impact and brush against the inner wall of the pipe being cleaned, improving cleaning efficiency.
In this application embodiment, after wasing the target cleaning pipe, cleaning material can follow the pipeline mouth and flow out, in order to avoid the pollution, can control the cleaning material after flowing out and directly flow in the container of special drainage waste water, optionally, the exit end of target cleaning pipe can be linked together with the drain pipe, also can be linked together with the drain box.
Step 103 may be preceded by the step of communicating with the outlet end of the target wash conduit at least one of:
step 401, controlling an outlet multi-way valve switching passage arranged at the outlet end of a target cleaning pipeline and communicated with a drainage pipeline of a seasoning machine;
step 402, controlling a first drain box of the seasoning machine to move to the lower part of the seasoning conveying pipeline so as to enable cleaning materials to flow into the first drain box;
step 403, removing the receiving container corresponding to the target cleaning pipeline, so that the cleaning material flowing out of the target cleaning pipeline flows into a second drain box arranged below the seasoning conveying pipeline.
In step 401, the outlet end of the target cleaning pipeline is provided with a multi-way valve, and is connected with the outside and one end of the seasoning machine drainage pipeline through the multi-way valve. When discharging, the opening and closing state of the multi-way valve is adjusted, so that the target cleaning pipeline is communicated with the outside, and the seasonings in the target cleaning pipeline flow out of the seasoning machine through the multi-way valve and flow into the material receiving container. During cleaning, the opening and closing states of the multi-way valve are adjusted to enable the target cleaning pipeline to be communicated with the drainage pipeline of the seasoning machine, and the seasoning machine controls cleaning materials to flow out of the target cleaning pipeline from the outlet end and flow out of the drainage pipeline of the seasoning machine through the multi-way valve.
In step 402, the seasoning machine is provided with a movable first drain tank. The seasoning machine is controlled to move the first drain tank to below the target wash pipe before the target wash pipe is washed. At the time of cleaning, the cleaning material flows out from the target cleaning pipe to the first drain tank.
In step 403, the target wash pipe is provided with a corresponding receiving container and second drain tank. During discharging, the seasoning flows out from the target cleaning pipeline to the material receiving container. The receiving container, which covers the second drain tank, is removed prior to cleaning, enabling cleaning material to flow from the target cleaning conduit into the second drain tank.
Alternatively, it may be determined whether to shut down the wash pump based on the operating time period or the internal state of the target wash pipe. Step 103 may be followed by the step of shutting down the wash pump at least one of:
104, when the working time of the cleaning pump reaches the preset cleaning time, controlling the cleaning pump to be closed;
step 105, collecting photoelectric signals through a photoelectric sensor arranged at least one first preset position of the target cleaning pipeline, analyzing the transparency of the target cleaning pipeline based on the photoelectric signals, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline according to the transparency, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches preset cleaning conditions;
Step 106, shooting a pipeline picture through an image acquisition device arranged at least one second preset position of the target cleaning pipeline, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline based on the pipeline picture, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches preset cleaning conditions;
and 107, collecting the outlet end outflow material of the target cleaning pipeline, detecting the outlet end outflow material through a preset reagent, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline according to the detection result of the reagent, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches the preset cleaning condition.
In step 104, a timer is set, and is started when the cleaning pump starts to work, and when the timing time of the timer reaches the preset cleaning time length, the target cleaning pipeline is considered to be cleaned, and at the moment, the cleaning pump is closed, and the cleaning operation is stopped.
In step 105, a photoelectric sensor may be disposed at least one first preset position of the target cleaning pipeline, where the first preset position may be uniformly distributed in a plurality of positions at the end portion of the seasoning conveying pipeline, and the photoelectric sensor may convert optical signals such as infrared light, visible light, and the like into electrical signals, and since the transparency of the pipeline is different and the optical signals received by the photoelectric sensor are different in the case where there is dirt and no dirt at the first preset position, the electrical signals converted by the photoelectric sensor are also different. Based on the above, the transparency of the target cleaning pipeline can be analyzed according to the photoelectric signals acquired by the photoelectric sensor. If the transparency meets the preset condition, the cleaning effect can be considered to meet the requirement, and at the moment, the cleaning pump is turned off, and the cleaning operation is stopped.
In step 106, an image acquisition device is provided at least one second preset location of the target filling duct, wherein the image acquisition device can acquire a duct picture at the second location. And carrying out image recognition on the pipeline picture to determine the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline, and further closing the cleaning pump when the cleaning effect reaches the preset cleaning condition, and stopping the cleaning operation.
In step 107, collecting the material flowing out from the outlet end of the target cleaning pipe, if the cleanliness of the material flowing out from the outlet end meets the condition, the target cleaning pipe is considered to be cleaned, and at this time, the cleaning pump is turned off to stop the cleaning operation. The method comprises the steps of detecting outlet end outflow materials by using a preset reagent, judging whether the cleanliness of the outlet end outflow materials meets the conditions, and further judging whether a target cleaning pipeline is cleaned.
Collecting the outlet end outflow material of the target cleaning pipeline, detecting the outlet end outflow material by a preset reagent, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline according to the reagent detection result, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches the preset cleaning condition.
In this embodiment, it is determined which seasoning transport pipe is to be cleaned according to the cleaning instruction, that is, the target cleaning pipe is determined, then the cleaning parameters are acquired to determine how to clean the material type, and finally the cleaning pump is controlled to clean the target cleaning pipe by using the cleaning material corresponding to the determined cleaning material according to the cleaning parameters. According to the scheme, automatic cleaning of the seasoning is realized, washing liquid is not needed to be injected into the seasoning conveying pipeline manually, manual operation is reduced, automatic cleaning of the seasoning conveying pipeline is realized, and the intelligent degree of the seasoning machine is improved. In addition, the embodiment provides a plurality of methods for injecting cleaning materials, removing the cleaning materials and closing the cleaning pump, so that the application range of the automatic cleaning method of the seasoning machine is wider.
Further, as a specific implementation of the cleaning method of the seasoning machine, the embodiment of the application provides a cleaning device of the seasoning machine, as shown in fig. 2, where the cleaning device of the seasoning machine includes: the device comprises a pipeline determining module, a parameter obtaining module and a cleaning control module.
A pipeline determining module for determining at least one target cleaning pipeline of the seasoning machine in response to the cleaning instruction, wherein the target cleaning pipeline is a seasoning conveying pipeline of the seasoning machine;
the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring the cleaning parameters of each target cleaning pipeline;
and the cleaning control module is used for respectively controlling the cleaning pumps corresponding to each target cleaning pipeline to work according to the cleaning parameters so as to drive the cleaning materials to flow out from the target cleaning pipelines under the action of the cleaning pumps.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a cleaning material injection module, in particular for:
according to the types of the cleaning materials, controlling the seasoning machine to pass through the first cleaning material conveying pipeline, and injecting the cleaning materials of the corresponding types into the target seasoning containers corresponding to the target cleaning pipelines; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and controlling an inlet multi-way valve switching passage arranged at the inlet end of the target cleaning pipeline according to the type of the cleaning material, and communicating with a second cleaning material conveying pipeline corresponding to the type of the cleaning material.
Optionally, the first cleaning material conveying pipeline and the second cleaning material conveying pipeline are respectively connected with a cleaning material storage device of a corresponding type, wherein when the cleaning material is a gas material, the cleaning material storage device is provided with a corresponding steam generating device.
Optionally, the cleaning parameters include a cleaning mode, the cleaning mode including bubble cleaning or normal cleaning;
if the cleaning mode is bubble cleaning, the cleaning module is further configured to:
starting a seasoning stirrer in the target seasoning container; or alternatively, the process may be performed,

According to yet another aspect of the present application, there is provided a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which when executed by a processor implements the above-described method of cleaning a seasoning machine.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, there is provided a seasoning machine including a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, the processor implementing a cleaning method of the seasoning machine when executing the computer program.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the flavoring machine further comprises a control screen, a cleaning pump, an electric cabinet and a flavoring conveying pipeline. The user can input or select instructions on the control screen to enable the electric cabinet to control the cleaning pump to work, and the cleaning pump enables cleaning materials to flow in from one end of the seasoning conveying pipeline and flow out from the other end of the seasoning conveying pipeline.
It should be noted that, other corresponding descriptions of each functional module related to the cleaning device of the seasoning machine provided in the embodiments of the present application may refer to the corresponding descriptions of fig. 1, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the program is executed by a processor to implement the cleaning method of the seasoning machine shown in fig. 1.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in a software product or a hardware product, or a combination of hardware and software, where the software product may be stored in a nonvolatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for causing a seasoning machine (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the methods of various implementation scenarios of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and the cleaning device embodiment of the seasoning machine shown in fig. 2, in order to achieve the above objective, the embodiment of the present application further provides a seasoning machine, which may specifically be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc., where the seasoning machine includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described cleaning method of the seasoning machine as shown in fig. 1.
Optionally, the seasoning machine may also include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, radio Frequency (RF) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, WI-FI modules, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., bluetooth interface, WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configuration of a seasoning machine provided in this embodiment is not limiting and may include more or fewer components, or may be a combination of certain components, or may be a different arrangement of components.
The storage medium may also include an operating system, a network communication module. An operating system is a program that manages and saves the hardware and software resources of the seasoning machine, supporting the execution of information handling programs and other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among all the controls in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the entity equipment.

Claims (10)
1. A method of cleaning a seasoning machine, the method comprising:
determining at least one target cleaning conduit of the seasoning machine in response to a cleaning instruction, wherein the target cleaning conduit is a seasoning delivery conduit of the seasoning machine;
acquiring cleaning parameters of each target cleaning pipeline;
And respectively controlling the cleaning pumps corresponding to each target cleaning pipeline to work according to the cleaning parameters so as to drive the cleaning materials to flow out from the target cleaning pipelines under the action of the cleaning pumps.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cleaning parameters include a cleaning material type; before the cleaning pumps corresponding to the target cleaning pipelines are respectively controlled to work according to the cleaning parameters, the method further comprises the following steps:
according to the types of the cleaning materials, controlling the seasoning machine to pass through a first cleaning material conveying pipeline, and injecting the cleaning materials of the corresponding types into target seasoning containers corresponding to the target cleaning pipelines; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and controlling an inlet multi-way valve switching passage arranged at the inlet end of the target cleaning pipeline according to the cleaning material type, and communicating with a second cleaning material conveying pipeline corresponding to the cleaning material type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining the position of the substrate comprises,
the first cleaning material conveying pipeline and the second cleaning material conveying pipeline are respectively connected with corresponding types of cleaning material storage devices, wherein when the cleaning materials are gas materials, the cleaning material storage devices are provided with corresponding steam generating devices.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the cleaning parameters include a cleaning mode including bubble cleaning or normal cleaning;
if the cleaning mode is the bubble cleaning, the seasoning machine is controlled to pass through a first cleaning material conveying pipeline according to the type of the cleaning material, and after the cleaning material of the corresponding type is injected into a target seasoning container corresponding to the target cleaning pipeline, the method further comprises: starting a seasoning stirrer in the target seasoning container; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
if the cleaning mode is the bubble cleaning, controlling an inlet multi-way valve switching passage arranged at the inlet end of the target cleaning pipeline according to the cleaning material type, and after the inlet multi-way valve switching passage is communicated with a second cleaning material conveying pipeline corresponding to the cleaning material type, the method further comprises: starting a bubble generator corresponding to the second cleaning material conveying pipeline or a bubble generator corresponding to a cleaning material storage container of the second cleaning material conveying pipeline; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
if the cleaning mode is the bubble cleaning, after the cleaning pumps corresponding to the target cleaning pipelines are respectively controlled to work according to the cleaning parameters, the method further comprises: and starting the bubble generator corresponding to the target cleaning pipeline.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, in response to a cleaning instruction, at least one target cleaning conduit of the seasoning machine is preceded by the method further comprising:
determining the target cleaning pipeline based on the selection operation of the cleaning function in the seasoning robot-computer interaction interface and/or based on the sound wave input data, and generating the cleaning instruction carrying the target cleaning pipeline information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
monitoring health data of each seasoning conveying pipeline in the seasoning machine, determining a target cleaning pipeline to be cleaned in the seasoning conveying pipelines according to the health data, and generating the cleaning instruction carrying target cleaning pipeline information, wherein the health data comprises the use duration and/or the use times from the last cleaning; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
generating the cleaning instruction according to the first preset cleaning period corresponding to each seasoning conveying pipeline or the second preset cleaning period corresponding to the seasoning machine.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before the respective control of the operation of the respective cleaning pump for each of the target cleaning pipes in accordance with the cleaning parameters, the method further comprises:
Controlling an outlet multi-way valve switching passage arranged at the outlet end of the target cleaning pipeline to be communicated with a drainage pipeline of the seasoning machine; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
controlling a first drain tank of the seasoning machine to move below the seasoning conveying pipeline so as to enable cleaning materials to flow into the first drain tank; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and removing the material receiving container corresponding to the target cleaning pipeline so that the cleaning material flowing out of the target cleaning pipeline flows into a second drainage box arranged below the seasoning conveying pipeline.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the respective control of the operation of the respective cleaning pump for each of the target cleaning pipes in accordance with the cleaning parameters, the method further comprises:
when the working time of the cleaning pump reaches the preset cleaning time, the cleaning pump is controlled to be closed; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
collecting photoelectric signals through a photoelectric sensor arranged at least one first preset position of the target cleaning pipeline, analyzing the transparency of the target cleaning pipeline based on the photoelectric signals, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline according to the transparency, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches preset cleaning conditions; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
Taking a pipeline picture through an image acquisition device arranged at least one second preset position of the target cleaning pipeline, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline based on the pipeline picture, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches a preset cleaning condition; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
collecting outlet end outflow materials of the target cleaning pipeline, detecting the outlet end outflow materials through a preset reagent, determining the cleaning effect of the target cleaning pipeline according to the reagent detection result, and controlling the cleaning pump to be closed when the cleaning effect reaches a preset cleaning condition.
8. A cleaning device for a seasoning machine, the device comprising:
a pipe determination module for determining at least one target cleaning pipe of the seasoning machine in response to a cleaning instruction, wherein the target cleaning pipe is a seasoning conveying pipe of the seasoning machine;
the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring the cleaning parameters of each target cleaning pipeline;
and the cleaning control module is used for respectively controlling the cleaning pumps corresponding to each target cleaning pipeline to work according to the cleaning parameters so as to drive the cleaning materials to flow out from the target cleaning pipelines under the action of the cleaning pumps.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A seasoning machine comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
